Freedom to work with the property, is much better than 55+. New management threw me out of my home I had spent so much time and energy on. Be careful with the lease you sign!

The white trailer park trash was a little over methed. The sex was cheaper than other trailer parks.
Not the greatest place to live but cheap i know the owner are working to clean it up and if they manage to it could be a great place.
Run down trailer park.
It has drug dealers here the park is very old and run down
