This area is not so much a park as it is a wilderness area, with one paved trail behind the school and a couple deer trails. Its a nice quiet spot but has been under development for at least a decade with little to show for it, not sure what the long-term plan is.

Im not sure if the plan is to develop this area but its pretty rough right now, would not walk there after a heavy rain.
