I forgot the name of the dude that works there but he wears glasses, very cool guy. Their prices are really good compared to other places Ive been so far, and their bongs are so pretty! I also love their variety of incense.

I LOVE TOWER SMOKES CLOVIS LOCATION! I bought my VERY FIRST box-mod at the first location & frequented it above ALL others in the area. It unfortunately had a bad fire & I was HEART BROKEN! That was my go-to! The NEW location is just down a few blocks, still on Shaw. I love the MANAGEMENT, WORKERS, PRODUCTS, PRICES, DIVERSITY IN PRODUCTS-LAYOUT OF STORE. Very knowledgeable staff, if they dont have it- theyll try to order it, OR recommend a place that DOES have it! Super CLEAN! Great GLASS PRODUCTS- SOME ARE STUNNING! Yesterday on 02/21/19, just got a piece for my girl, drove it home used it, wake up this morning and the D on the lettering is already worn off, this is something i asked the shop teller about and he assured me as long as i dont use acitone it will be fine, its Literally the second day of purchase havnt washed it!!! Nothing!!! And its wearing off like crazy!! I called to see if i can exchange for a new bong as i know all sales are final and he said oh well its probably because you put it in your back yard, BULL!! Because ive kept bongs in my backyard for years, first problem ive had, worst buisness ever!!!you all need to put all your heady/expensive glass with all your china imported pieces, then maybe i wouldnt be so mad if a piece i bought for 60 bucks that was from china but no this was from your american local glass, you all need to step up your customer service game!!

For those who need a smoke shop in clovis. Tower Smoke in clovis covers a wide variety including vape,hookah, bongs, and pipes. shawn is name of the worker at the establishment who helped me to find a simple vape. he did this with impeccable customer service skills that are hard to find. no hustle, no fake attitude, and definitely not rude. down to earth worker go to shawn at Tower smoke shop.

I walk in to buy a vape box mod, the guy there was like half stoned and didnt really care to help me at all. Then sold me a vaporizer without the battery, I had to drive back because he failed to mention that. A week later the mod wont turn on anymore and the manager refused to replace it, now I have a broken vaporizer and Im out about 100 bucks. Thanks tower smoke!

Everything is overpriced, you can find it online cheaper. Some of the staff Im pretty sure has a 5th grade education or is stoned. And they wont replace anything even if it ends up being defective. Go somewhere else, please for your sake.
