This place has gone downhill over the years. It doesnt seem like Michaels is responding well to competition from Hobby Lobby. They have made up for losses by cutting back on workers or quality of work performed, as it seems by the state of the store.

Out of elastic no bueno but coupons are nice employees nice they help me to look for elastic

Went to see if they could fix a picture frame the girl working there is just so helpful.

I like the crafts they have. Only wish they carried more DIY luke they use to. Still a nice store.

A lot of the shelves were bare but it was black Friday so its understandable. Lines were big but they went fast

Brianna was very friendly and courteous and helpful while helping me discuss picture frames. She was very patient when she was explaining our options. There should be more employees like Brianna.

Store was clean, organized and staff was friendly. Lots of cool arts and craft supplies. Too many supplies. Left the store before I could see everything I wanted.

This is not to my regular store and I was highly disappointed. The staff were not enthusiastically helpful and the cashier did not wipe down the counter or the credit card pad after every customer. After I discussed it, she offered me some antibacterial wipes but failed to wipe the credit card unit after I left. The next customer probably didnt know what had transpired. There was still quite a variety of merchandise and that is the reason why they get two Stars.

Its all good, nice things but some items are priced a little high, they do have good sales.

Location is nice. Store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only problem is the same for all Michaels stores: I can find almost anything they have for cheaper online. Still a great store though.

This particular Michaels is excellent. Customer service staff were very helpful. Be careful...the parking lot has a lot of cracks and holes in the pavement. I hurt myself!

Lots of pretty unique items & lots or variety. Its expensive though but when theres a sale - Im there.

Both terrible and non-existent service. Needed to get spray paint out of case. Rang bell and no one ever came. Went to the framing section and the short and discourtious girl barked Question? at me while on the phone. She paged someone to go to spray paint and no one still came. So I left... Staff your store with enough staff and train them in proper customer service... Geez.

Quick and easy online ordering and curbside pickup. Super easy to find DMC threads quickly, and theres always a coupon.

Have had very few issues here, maybe a gift card that wouldnt process, or a defective product. But nothing major. Overall a very clean and convenient store. You can always take in a coupon on your phone, theyll honor that. Good selection of frames, and a lot of crafty stuff. They also carry scale model kits, paints, brushes, pads of drawing paper. Posted up pics of more. Service is usually good too. You might have to find an associate, because they dont all greet you.

Very happy with my purchase and the clerk made sure to package my fragile pots so they wouldnt get broken.

They have lots of stuff for a multitude of things.

The weekly coupons are great you save 20% on your entire purchase even on sale items. There are also coupons available at retailmenot. I think its one of the more affordable arts and crafts stores in town and I like the selection of materials they have.

Bought beading supplies, like what they have, would like more tools for stamping.

I do enjoying this Michaels but I enjoyed it better before all the extras. It starting to look really clutter not sure why they added the whole outdoor section. I go there for the arts and crafts not my patio decor. Its all pretty but so expensive. Its still my go to.

Michaels is a store that makes me want to stay all day! I am not fond of shopping,I usually want to get my things & be done, but when I go to Michaels I find myself wandering down isles looking at all the great stuff they have. Great ideas for crafts, decorating, refurbishing, anything you need, & with a personal feel, staff is always very helpful.

I like the variety in product but not the scarcity of customer service.

Prices are a bit high but they will probably have what you need.

Great customer service. Besides that I need to deduct a star cause some weird dude kept following me around like a creeper (He wasnt in a Michaels uniform but obviously worked there). While he was busy stalking me I saw 2 people putting things in their backpacks - Maybe he shouldve been watching them & not someone who frequents that store & spends way more $ than I should. Im questioning if I even want to spend anymore of my hard earned money there seeing as this wasnt the first time. Joannes is looking real nice as of late.

This is such a good neighborhood store to take the family. We love crafting and spend numerous walking trips to the store. Everyone is helpful and makes it easy to find what you need. The membership offered is great and there is always a coupon to use. I have never paid full price for anything by using their sales and coupons!

I really appreciate the coupons they put out regularly. However, store is out of what I need most of the time. Staff seems to be put out if u call ahead to ask if something is in stock. Its a 25min drive for me & Im disabled & not easy 2get around. Several times Ive made the trip & got there & what they put on hold was not what I asked 4. Gets very frustrating

A lot of the letters were sold out and other items were missing. But the attendant was helpful although without a smile. Das ok... I love craftingand Michaels is the place to get prepped for it.

Anything art or crafting is here, but prices are not very competitive considering there is a walmart in the same shopping center with crafting stuff and allards has art supplies cheaper and better quality...

Went to look for a portrait and they had a lot to choose from and they all had discounts. I am definitely going back whenever I need any size portraits.

Michaels is my go to place for craft and office items. They had an excellent sale on office items and fall items were also on sale. This visit they had adequate staff to keep the line moving and I pulled up a coupon off the Internet. Nothing I purchased was full price.

Wow! Great customer service!!! They have quite an array of flowers only wish they had iriss but still so much to choose from@great prices! Oh & havent even mentioned their selection of water features & fountains.

Found some surprising treasures today. A card of simple but cute earrings...quite unexpected; a nice selection of beads for my jewelry making; a few silk sunflowers to brighten my kitchen, and some nice garden accents. Had a helpful employee asking if we had any questions at the jewelry/beading aisle, and a sweet checkout clerk. To add an even more positive spin, the 40% off coupon wad for 2 regularly priced items.

Michaels always has good coupons and has just about everything a crafter would need as well as great holiday and day to day decorations. I always find what I come in looking for and then some!

Extremely rude female employees at checkout. I get that they probably dont want to be there but dont take it out on your customers. Also, a lot of stuff in the store doesnt have a price on it. Its less crowded than the one in River Park, which is pretty much the only good thing I can say about it. If you want to buy fine art supplies I highly recommend going to Allards instead, where the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Its a great store for crafts. There are so many things in there it can be overwhelming. You need to know what your looking for so that you dont get distracted even though thats what they want you to do so you buy everything. I like to look my item online so I can find what row its in cuz I dont normally see anyone around to ask where its at. Its pricey here but if you need it right away the price is not option.
