This is an absolutely awesome venue! Right on the water and when the weather is warm there’s a cool breeze to go along with the even cooler view. The tickets were fairly priced but they are worth more due to the picturesque scene. There’s plenty of parking close by and some lots involve a decent walk but as I mentioned before... the view makes everything worth it.
Amazing concert venue not a bad seat in the place
It sucks they take caps off bottles and refused my tiny backpack purse that was smaller than many womens purses brought in because it was a backpack. The venue is nice and I loved the show, but beware if the rotating bridge breaks down, you could be stranded in the torrential downpour and have to walk 2 miles soaking wet to get across the canal. Ask me how I know!
What an unbelievable venue we drove from Michigan about 3 and 1/2 hours away and so wish that we had a venue like this near us...of course the concert was one of the best concert weve been to were going to come back to Columbus just to see them but the venue here its stellar in all types of ways the surface the cleanliness of you everything is unbelievable so want to go back just to see someone to be in that atmosphere...
Went to a concert in August, had the best time ever due to one worker. His name was Chuck and he was an absolute joy to be around. He was always smiling and directing people, he even yelled at me to get away from the stage. I only walked out of my row to get a picture 30 minutes before the show started, it’s a good thing he caught that one. It could’ve been dangerous for me to be out any longer, I would’ve ruined the show. Please give Chuck a pay raise and thank him for his outstanding friendliness. What a rational, hard working guy he is!
Really nice outdoor venue. All the seats are covered, however, the upper rows of seats could get rained on as they are on the outer edge of the pavilion. There are really no bad seats as far as viewing the stage. And since it is not an arena, you can easily see the band on stage. The only reason I am giving it four stars is due to the seats in the back sections do not have seat backs. They are slightly better than a football stadium in that the seats have a contoured seat for you to sit on. But there is no seat back. So after sitting for a few hours, you start to feel it. The seats on the floor are mostly folding chairs. At least those have seat backs! But overall a very nice outdoor venue. Rest rooms are very close. Parking is also very close. And the snack bar I thought was extremely reasonable. Three dollar hot dogs and only two dollars for a bottled water. You can also bring in bottled water to the venue.
This was a very laid back venue. Clean and with enough staff to keep things running smoothly. Great time with my son HIS FIRST CONCERT!BAD WOLVESASKING ALEXANDRIAPAPA ROACH
Such a beautiful venue, and the staff was utterly amazing. Everyone contributed to you having a wonderful time, the view was breath taking, and the music was pitch perfect. I would come back and see more shows at this specific location based on those key points alone. The sun doesnt really beat down on you, and youre close to the water so theres always a nice breeze. Often you can see boats passing by and alot of tourists, very beautiful place. Check it out.
Great times! Employees very helpful!
Amazing venue! The sound system is awesome. Its right on the water and the scenery is beautiful. The drinks are a little expensive, but hey its a concert venue, what else do you expect? You can bring sealed water in with you so its no big deal.
Stunning location, perfect for summer nights!
I loved this place to get to see Josh Groban and Idina Menzel it is a Great place to go to see them!
Such a great venue! Beautiful River view with ships passing by makes seeing your favorite band 100x more enjoyable.
My absolute favorite place to catch a concert in the summer! I think this is the best venue in Cleveland. Prices are relatively reasonable and the outdoor acoustics are great. Staff is friendly and helpful
The seats were great. Sound was great. Love this place
Saw Why Dont We with my nieces. Even far away seats werent bad. Very nice view with water behind stage
A very awesome venue. Decent prices on drinks given it being a concert. I Was impressed actuLly definatly will come back!!
Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica is one of the best concert venues for bigger shows. The outdoor setting is awesome whether youre seated in the bleachers, standing in the pit, or seated in the pit. The sound is run super well. Beer and concessions prices are what youd expect ($13.00 for 24 ounce domestics). Security and staff are nice and helpful. The venue also has well-maintained portable restrooms. Jacobs Pavilion holds 5,000 people, and it sits in a neat cross-section of feeling like a much smaller show, while still holding a lot of people. The occasional barge running on the river behind your concert is a cool addition in the background.
Lovely place a lot of concerts take place.
One of the best concert venues I go to. Love that it is outdoor but has the pavilion covering in case it starts to rain. Any seat is a good seat here!
Best place to see a concert. This is a small venue which makes for an intimate setting. All the seats give you a great view of the stage. If you get the general admission bleacher seats, be sure to bring a stadium seat with a back on it. Sitting the entire concert and not being able to lean back can be hard to do for a whole night! By the way we went to see Matt Nathanson and OAR. They were fantastic!
Super rad venue. Definitely recommend taking a small blanket or seat to sit on if you have general admission seats. But seriously, not a bad seat in the house. Even the nose bleeds are pretty good.
Got to be the best venue in the city, at least during the warmer months. The city makes a great back drop and the sound is good for outside!
Awesome venue! Getting out at the end of the night was a breeze.
This venue is wonderful! I have seen Jason Mraz and Drop Kick Murphys here. You get a great view of Cleveland as a backdrop just beyond the Cuyahoga river that snakes its way behind the stage. Before the show you can browse some vendors or get a drink and chill right on the river. Sometimes boats pass by and sound their horn which is neat and gets a reaction from the artist. The seating isnt for everyone as its bleachers in the back and folding chairs or a pit up front. Also, traffic can be crazy leaving a show. If you arent too picky, this is truly a great place with city ambiance to see a concert.
The sound in this venue is amazing! This is the best space to be in for warm days.
Nice covered but open venue. Staff is super helpful if you have any special needs, especially ear plugs. Try and be in center of stage for best acoustics though.
Very nice place to see a concert will attend here again for future concert
Great venue! So much fun and good view!
A great venue. Thx for Pechakucha night....:)
Fun times in Cleveland again (still Cleveland)Come on down to Cleveland town everyoneUnder construction since 1868See a river that catches on fireIts so polluted that all our fish have AIDSWe see the sun almost three times a yearThis guy has at least two DUIsThe flats look like a Scooby Doo ghost townDont slow down in East Cleveland or youll dieOur economys based on LeBron JamesBuy a house for the price of a VCROur main export is crippling depressionWere so retarded that we think this is artIt could be worse, though, at least were not Detroit (Were not Detroit)
Going to the Pavilion is always such a great time. Getting GA seats are the best because you can sit anywhere and we were able to snag seats centered with the stage. Great time!
I went to see Lindsay Stirling and it was an awesome evening. Not only was her performance one of the best I have seen, but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was in the very back row but still had a good view. The river is right in the background and gives the ambiance vibe. There is plenty of seating, and traffic was directed by police so it was pretty smooth.
Nautica is hands down the best outdoor venue in Cleveland. Maybe the best venue overall. It is so easy to get to and there is plenty of parking even for sold out shows. Beer and drink stations are everywhere so theres no waiting and prices are reasonable so no gouging either. The bleacher seats dont have backs, but who sits through a show anyway? And what about the backdrop? The Cuyahoga river floats lazily by directly behind the stage and downtown Cleveland looms above. The best is when a huge freighter passes slowly and you can see the sailors dancing on deck! All of the seats are under the tent so rain wont stop a show and finding shade is easy. For the shows Ive seen (Greta Van Fleet, Janes Addiction, Wish You Were Here) the sound has been perfect and clear. Never painfully loud.Great spot. I always get excited to see the new lineup at Nautica.
Beautiful venue, great acoustics! Drinks were crazy overpriced. $9 for a White Claw!
Great outdoor venue. Any seat is a good seat and even if it rains, you can stay pretty dry. Lots of parking for $10. Only bad part of the Flats is that traffic can get a little backed up. Very nice place to enjoy a concert.
Great venue with lots of very friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the concert and the view was one in a million.
Great venue, not a bad seat in the house. Beautiful view of the city and river. Seats arent the most comfortable, but you can bring a cushion. Parking is easy when you get there and well directed when leaving.
Cool venue that was a great pipe band experience (even in the downpour!)
Is something that I enjoy every time I go. The sun the water the view of downtown amazing
Saw Vampire Weekend last weekend and had a blast! It was my 11 year old brothers first concert and Live Nation provided him with a certificate and a photo as proof. It was a nice night so it was cool to see the city skyline and a boat on the river behind the stage.
Great venue for music. The view from my drum seat on the stage was fantastic!
Great place young or old to see a concert. This time was to see Papa Roach, and it was our childrens first time seeing them. I like that the children could still see, but not have to be super close. The layout of seating, restrooms, and food and drink areas are very accessible no matter where you are seated. All in all was a win and great time for my family and I to enjoy one of our favorite bands.
Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats!!!! Great show, awesome venue. Hope to come back someday.
This concert venue is amazing. The old industrial aesthetic of the surrounding buildings and the view out into the river make for a wonderful concert experience. Was able to catch Fitz and the Tantrums and Young the Giant here. Will definitely be back one day!
Besides being a great place to work, I appreciate how clean it is! The womens bathroom is always super clean, smells good and has friendly staff showing you personally where the open stalls are. Great work! I have never been to a concert venue with cleaner bathrooms!! The ladies are so friendly!!
Beautiful scenery, can get a little chilly as it gets later, since its on the water.
Had a great time at the Monica Concert in this facility!! The weather was great and the staff was cool. I definitely recommend floor seats if you want to be close to the stage. Only downside was the price for food and beverage ($4 for a bottle of water and as we were leaving the price dropped to $2).
Nice little venue for music. Playing here with ZZ Top.
Great covered venue with a new breeze from the water
Hands down THE best venue for a concert!
Great spot for a show!
A life changing experience
I did not like the bleached seating. There was no leg room and you were right on top of the people next to you. If I go again, its best to make sure you have a chair in the front sections.
Great venue, easy to get to, every seat has an amazing view. Easy to get to bathrooms and alcohol vendors. Will definitely see more shows here
Decent place for cheaper concerts. Would be better if they had more drink options and the if the options they did have were better. I ordered a mixed drink with Titos Vodka (the only Vodka they served since Titos is a Sponsor) and it just tasted like cheap Red Drink with Titos. I was not impressed. Also, it would be nice to have some type of fan or cooling system, even with the venue being outside. If there is some type of cooling system available...I didnt feel it.
Jacobs Pavilion is one of my favorite venues! Great views of the city.
Has always been one of my favorite venues. The overpriced water takes away 1 star. The way way price gouged booze takes another
A wonderful venue to see any show! Love having the water right behind the stage, makes for a beautiful backdrop. There really isnt a bad seat in the place.
Love this venue! This is my 3rd show here and will not be the last. The acoustics are amazing and there is not a bad seat in the house. The live nation staff is great. If there is a band playing that you like definitely buy the tickets, you wont be disappointed!
Every seat is great.. great venue for concerts
Great place to see a show. Sounds great. Looks great. Fun atmosphere right on the water.
Good sound and cool place to see a show. Drinks and food available. Parking for a fee. Been to several shows here and always had a good time
It is nice in the area it is in, by the water. The place is nice too, but when I was ordering my tickets from Live Nation, I asked if they have seating for handicap and she told me first row (not the floor, with folding seats but, where theirs start.) I said ok. When we got there, and were heading to out seats, I was totally disappointed they were like bleacher seats, no back to them. How is one with disabilities suppose to sit like that. My disabilities are my knees and multiple injuries to all 3 parts of back. I need the back of chair for support and take edge off the pain. We explained to one of the employees and she found her boss and they gave us folding chairs in front of the section next to ours where people with wheelchairs and such sit. Really nice of them, until the concert started. Everyone on floor stood up almost through the whole concert and we were unable to see, even if I stood. I asked the people behind me if they could see with me standing and they said yes. They say you can see the stage from any seat. Right, not true. I was totally disgusted with the whole situation. I mean I paid $130+, along with $20.00 parking. And to have anything kind of beverage or food was crazy. 20 oz. Bottle of Pepsi $5.00. I mean I wont buy at store, because they are $1.89. I mean it would be so upsetting, but I think the company could charge like $2.00-$2.50, maybe even $3.00, but $5.00. Soft Pretzel was $4.00, but a thing of Nachos...$8.00. Beer and such was in double digits. I dont know if I will ever go back. They dont even have screens on each side of the stage, so you can watch it, if you cant see. So, if you havent been, I hope this helped you out on your decision.
Went to see Lindsey Strling what a great show
Mark, thank you so much for taking care of your employees and their families. I wish more employers would follow in your footsteps. We had a fun time at the pavilion, with plenty of food, great music, and a great evening. Go Third Federal Savings and Loan!
Another fun performance. Quick though... I guess Alice Cooper is starting to feel his age at 71 years old!
Nice outdoor venue. Concessions are pricey, so enjoy the flats beforehand.
This is a great venue for entertainment right on the west side of the river. Seats 5000 and has plenty of food and beverage stands. We saw Paul Simon and he was fantastic.
Jacobs Pavillion at Nautica is a great venue where there really isnt a bad seat in the house. The setting is gorgeous, with the stage on the river bank and the views of downtown Cleveland along with the boats passing by. The canopy provides shade over the venue so you dont roast in the heat.
Sitting on the river listening to ZZTop. Cant be any better than this!
Fully covered, open air, outdoor venue right on the west Bank of the Cuyahoga River. Great views of the stage and city. Keep your eye out for Nautica Queen passing by!
Beautiful views of the city and river. Terrible sound. Horrible seating.
Very cool venue on the water!! Easy to get to in the Flats. The only problem is the lack of signs directing you to the actual venue around the river and parking.
Awesome riverfront outdoor amphitheatre, view of the skyline. Bleachers arent the comfiest, but its fun to be up there and it gives you a great vantage point of the show!
Great place to see a show. Fine location and a cozy atmosphere. The sound was excellent.
Awesome venue. Not huge. Plenty of restrooms and vendors. Right on the river.
What started out as a difficult experience inside the venue was quickly corrected by Laura (Ticket Taker Manager). The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly throughout the show as well. The venue itself has an incredible ambiance with the Cuyahoga River, Cleveland skyline and great music as the backdrop.
Great place fun great sound
Water front show. Intimate. Fun. Go there yourself loser.
Second year Walking for Lupus Foundation with my phenomenal team. The venue as always is nice.
Awesome place to see a show. We were on the floor and were able to be very close to the stage. Plus the environment is very appealing, along the water withe views of the bridge and old and new buildings all around us.
Great concert venue and during the day so much to do right around there and the photo ops are awesome.
This is my favorite summer venue for concerts in Cleveland. It’s always a great time!
What a great venue. Right on the water. The Nautica Queen went by and honked. Everything just felt really festive. I wish Id been to a thousand concerts there.
I went yesterday for the Why Don’t We show and honestly this venue is amazing! It’s right on the water. The seating is very good and from every place you sit you are going to have a great view! (If no one taller than you is infront). I had section one row e seat 34 and it was an amazing view! It wasn’t too on the side either which is perfect! It’s smaller than others which I feel makes it nicer! Every seat is covered so if it rains no one should get wet. I would 100% reccomend going to this venue!
Very cool venue! We sat in the General Admission Bleacher seats. I had never heard of this venue until we got tickets for a show. Getting through security was very quick, they have plenty of concession options, and bathrooms were clean. Very cool that the stage is right off the river. Will attend more shows here!
Great views. Good sound. I would go again.
Place is great! Went to a concert there and had great sound and everything was really well kept and easy to park and get in and out!
Love it because we have our lupus walk everyear.this is my second walk and if its the lords will i will walk every year.
There is no bad seat in the house
Came in from out of town to see OAR. I liked that it was covered because the weather can be unpredictable at times. I liked how reps were giving out certificates to kids if it was their first show.
I come here for my jobs summer event! Always a great time!
Great outdoor venue right on the Cuyahoga River. Concerts there are always a great time. No need to worry if it rains because its covered by a huge tent so you wont get wet. Pending on the concert theres bleachers to sit on and possibly chaired seating pending on the band whos playing. Incredible sound. Has CD quality sound which makes your time there much more enjoyable. Plenty of sots to buy alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
I love this venue! One of my favorites in the area. I love being able to be outside and enjoy live music. ♡
Beautiful setting but the restrooms need more upkeep.. also the two handicapped restrooms have no lighting. Attended an event that ran from 4 pm to 11 pm and by 7 pm the ladies restrooms were flooded and stayed that way the rest of the night.
Nice venue!
