This was our first and it was amazing! The entire crew from the captain to Justin to the server, Linda was one of the best anywhere. Dinner was delicious, and the view at sunset was stunning. Dolphins were jumping next to our vessel and the picture that was taken by the crew was brought out to us and we purchased it without hesitation since not only was it a great picture, it was a memory of a fantastic evening.

We had a great experience last year on an evening dining tour. Food was delicious and there was good enough verity. We booked the anniversary package which comes with 2 complimentary cocktails and an anniversary dessert. Good thing is they will give you the cocktail glasses to carry home as a souvenir.You can spend some time on the deck enjoy sunset with a beer. Overall i loved the evening dining cruise.

This experience was amazing! We did the dinner cruise. The service, the food, EVERYTHING was great! We really enjoyed ourselves AND will definitely be back to try to brunch!! The only complaint I have is the parking was a little confusing but besides that it was really nice. :)

We cruised for my 30th birthday/Halloween night! My theme was roarin 20s and it was perfectly glamorous for the occasion. There is a small area inside at the front of the room that we used as a dance floor. We dined and watched the sunset over dinner while several guests wandered over to the bow to take a few gorgeous pictures. The dinner was delicious. The chef was kind enough to cut a cake and serve a cake that we had brought in. Later, we went upstairs after under the stars to enjoy our drinks. It was an evening to remember - thanks a million for helping me reign in the new decade, Yacht Starship Team!

I wanted to show my best friend a good time who was visiting from out of state so I booked a booze cruise ahead of time. We had so much fun. Beautiful views including the bartender Frank. He was another treat to the experience. He was smiley happy fun and professional. We had a great time. Ive been on other booze cruises in this marina and this one was my favorite. We enjoyed this dinner cruise with about 100 associates from our company in town for a conference. Catered food and drink was good. The service was wonderful. There was a spectacular sunset. Entertainment was also good.

I cant say enough about how awesome this was for our family. The staff is incredible. So much fun and so willing to help us have a great night. This was the highlight of our entire vacation.

We were pleasantly surprised ... this is one of the smaller ships in the harbor but the crew makes you feel at home and the food quality is excellent (and all you can eat). The smaller venue is perfect for office parties.The one thing I found a bit lacking was the dance floor. It gets crowded and needs to be wider and the table space on that level should not be reserved.. one should be able to sit down inside the dance area and not have go out on deck to find a table.

Food was very good. Staff was friendly and the DJ took requests. The waitress also got the ok to give us an extra piece of dessert. The voucher said excludes holidays and the month of December but they let us go with our voucher anyway. The downfalls were that they allow pets on board and there was a dog behind us at the table and kept barking during dinner at passers by. My husband and I were wanting a nice relaxing intimate dinner cruise. ..a little disappointing. In the email they sent it said a rose would be at the table as well as an included champagne toast. No rose and no toast. Also said that it was a 2 hour cruise. Left at 7pm. Didnt return until 9:40pm. Should not schedule plans for after the cruise. Lesson learned. Otherwise it was nice.

We decided to take a dinner cruise for our anniversary. When I called to make reservations, the CSR asked if we were celebrating anything special, and I told her it was our anniversary. I thought they might do something special for us, so I was a little disappointed when all they did was write happy anniversary on our table placeholder. But, not a big deal. We enjoyed the ride, the food was tasty and the sunset view was great. I ordered one of the wine spritzer/fruit juice drinks and it was really tasty. Food was served buffet-style and was all good. For dessert I had a piece of very rich chocolate cake. I thought the experience was neat, but now weve done it and Im not in a huge hurry to do it again.

If your having a wedding....let me tell you this is how you do it!!!!! This was everything I could of dreamed of my wedding to be like. Y’all they take great care of you and your guest and make sure everything is perfect. I am so lucky to have chosen them! Everyone at our wedding has said that was the best wedding ever! We had so much fun! Eric the coordinator and direct of events is outstanding!!!! The captain for our ceremony was amazing, the chief cooked the perfect food, our DJ rocked the house down, and the staff was just so amazing and accommodating! If you want a great wedding to remember come here!!!! Our wedding everyone has been talking about non stop and we have absolutely nothing bad to say. So don’t think twice and do your wedding/ Events with them!!!!!! Thank you all for the wedding I have dreamed about since I was a little girl!

This was so much fun!!! Great dj and great drinks. The ride itself seemed much longer than 2 hours. Peaceful and relaxing, great for couples, girls night, or just anyone looking for a quick, affordable good time

The Staff were great. About 4.5 stars. The quality of the food was 5 stars for taste but only 3 stars for temperatures! Two of the 3 meats were only slightly warm. The 3rd, the all you can eat prime rib was served cold!Still not a bad buffet meal overall.The open bar is a 5 star as top shelf drinks were made without skimping. The only bad thing was the management of the line. You see in order to gain 12 more seats from three, four top tables the line for the bar runs right down the middle of the dance floor.Even with a staff members help to move the line to the side once we were an hour under way this still takes away from total dancing time. The DJ dance floor gets a 4.5 stars for this reason only. I say this because once the dance floor got going it was great. The DJ played requested songs. The lightning was very good, and the had AC fans that cooled you off.As for the Ship its self 4.75 stars. The only thing was the tight mens room. They had a a broken soap pump at the start of the cruise that only got worse. It would have been better to have had a dollar store bottle on the countertop. There was no back up plan in place.As for the rest of the Ship it was top notch, Ship Shape all the way. The silverware, dishes, and glass wear was of good quality. The tables, and chairs were in good shape, well placed (with the exception of the dance floor bar line), and everything from the decks, doors, glass, and walls were all well keep.I had been on the Captin Andersons Dinner Cruse on Valentines Day in Panama City before and it was very low budget. As if we were on bubbas pontoon eating deli food from Publix on paper plates! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE ON STAR SHIP AS IT WAS WELL WORTH THE $150 per Guest!Great job to the Captain who got us in a great place to watch the fireworks even thow it was a little rough, and some other Captains may have backed out.Great job to the whole team as you made our special evening great! The food was very tasty and the service was friendly. Having said that, I felt a little rushed through the meal, as we were done eating before the ship even left the dock. Our beautiful and yummy dessert was kind of pushed on us, rather than later when we actually wanted it. We were not offered coffee with dessert, and we never got to see the photo they took of us when we boarded. Did not have an opportunity to go up to the buffet a second time because they took all the cutlery. Would have preferred table service over a buffet.It was a lovely evening, though we would like to try the other dinner cruise group (Starlite) to see how it compares.

This is an absolute must if you are visiting Clearwater! We had the best time! The cruise director Victor was so fun and really went out of his way to make sure everyone had a fantastic time! Our server Jaleel was one of the best servers I’ve ever had—friendly, hardworking, very attentive without being annoying—just fantastic! The food was surprisingly amazing, the drinks delicious (and strong!), and the second floor dancing was a blast! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to make their trip memorable!

We were on the starship sensation & it was absolute amazing experience, really enjoyed the whole thing . entire staff was really friendly & our waitress Brianna was great & very accommodating . there was not a moment when we needed something & didnt get it right away . Special shout out to the chef, mahi-mahi was great & thanks for the Anniversary touch on dessert . Also not sure what his position was but Paul was also very nice . will definitely be cruising with them again.

Came here for our anniversary, a quaint little ship offering great views and great drinks. The food was okay, and even though I spent the extra money on the guaranteed window seat, the ship was small enough and laid out to where we didn’t even need it. Still a nice little evening however.

The buffet was unexpected, but delicious. The service was horrendous. We waited 30 minutes for just for water. Then waited even longer for our drinks for dinner. We will never book a sunset cruise with this company again. When you have to ask for a water refill multiple times PLUS another drink more than once... that’s called BAD service. Save your money!

We rented the yacht for a private event and it was spectacular! The food was fantastic, the bar was great, the DJ did his job well. Our event coordinator was fantastic. It could not have been a better event.

We had a wonderful evening with friends. Weather was perfect. Crew was very friendly but table service could have been better. We waited over 35 minutes for our drinks and our waitress disappeared.

My sister had her wedding here! An amazing and unique experience! I am so glad that they have an affordable option for people that want a wedding on the ocean!

We enjoyed a beautiful wedding, the meal was delicious, the DJ got the party dancing and the entire vessel staff were kind and helpful. I just think the a/c wasnt sufficient for July weather, may need more coolant.

New years Eve 200 bucks to have no service at all, 25 minutes for a drink, not enough tables, isnt worth even 50 bucks . Terrible, terrible, terrible. Everything you have to do yourself.

I thought the Yacht Star Ship did a fabulous job for a Wedding I recently Photographed. Great staff. Food was very good. Captain made sure we were in the perfect position for sunset Photography of the couple. All around gorgeous night. And the guests had a blast!

Great service, clean and fun atmosphere. Food choices and options are limited however. Gluten-free, dairy-free and other more flexibles food choices should be made available for guests with special nutritional needs.

7/2/17 - 7:00 PM Dinner Cruise was a huge disappointment. The air conditioner blew hot air the first 1 1/2 of the 2 hour cruise. Thermostat read 81 degrees! It was very hot! When we inquired about the air, we were told its as cold as its going to get. Food tasted like it was cooked the day before and the bread was hard as a rock. The elevator music really put us to sleep until we inquired about more up beat tunes. It was a dinner & dance cruise after all. Our souvenir picture came out really nice so we bought it but the picture of the yacht adjacent to our picture was so blurry it looked like a picture of a picture. You cant even read the name of the yacht. It was hilarious. Overall, the best part of the cruise was the view of the sunset. Never again.

This was by far THE best dining experience Ive ever had! Our server, Jaleel was very friendly and attentive but not overbearing and the manager on board, Victor Feliciano, was incredibly accommodating, giving us better seat by the window once the boat took off. They were kind, engaging and fun which made for the most wonderful experience!

Today was a day to remember great customer service! I booked a dinner cruise for my mom and my granddaughter. So an error happen on my part I set up for the 13 today but it seems it was for the 6 last week. So when I got there, to find out my reservation was for the 6 not the 13 and for some reason they were booked. So the cashier advise me that they will put me on a waiting list if 3 people don’t show I will get the spot! So I was sitting and praying that 3 people does not show up while sitting. The hostess who assisted me for my granddaughter birthday last year remember me His name is Ali Matallah the best I mean the best customer service customer care he took awesome care of me and my Mom granddaughter! and to top it off he gave me an awesome waiter Zohan who also took care of care of me and my family. This Man Ali I will tell all my friends families and coworkers anyone who goes to yacht starship cruise for whatever events for anything I will highly recommend that to asked for Ali Matallah who will take great care of you! This is my second experience with the Yacht Starship. Both experiences were memorable due to Ali because my mom is going back home tomorrow to New York and if it was not for Ali she would of miss that experience!! So going forward my events will be at the Yacht Starship cruise & Event I want to give a big thank you to Ali Matallah for excellent customer service and care and thank you zohan for great service taking care of me and my family! I will be back for my granddaughter birthday and my birthday !! Thank you for a memorable experience without Ali it wouldn’t happen!! The food was mediocre at best. The yacht did not stay out to watch the sunset, instead went half way out the pass and then came back in so the sunset was missed. The service inside was a bit slow to get refills. Went for a special occasion in the family. Most likely would not do this again. The one in Tampa was much better, but we chose this for the sunset that we never got to see.

We when 10 of us all very happy w cruise and meal. Great entertainment. Job well done . Will go again.

The staff was friendly but the inside of the yacht was HOT! I was burning up and it smelled like Roach spray which was triggering my sinus. I had to step outside and I couldnt enjoy the food for-real. The buffet was okay the chicken was good and the strignbeans. I give the food a 40% I have to agree with someone who said the bread was hard as a rock. I paid for the birthday package and never got my stuff. The best part about this Yacht was I got to watch the sunset and me and my girlfriends made the best out of a HOT roach spray smelling situation.
