Owner is very rude and the park is trash. Cant be rude when you manage a live-in dumpster park.

Craphole. They have roaches and rats. I seen them at a friends. She has since moved. Thank God. I heard the manager doesnt do any pest control or fix anything when asked.

Great place for low income people. Repairs done in a timely manner by a kind prompt maintenance guy!

This is a horrible place. My 74 year old grandfather moved in with holes in the walls, broken doors and windows and the owner refuses to repair them. Someone tried to break in a week after he moved in and the owner holds no responsibility for the broken window and left it uncovered for over a month. DO NOT RENT from this horrible person.

Dirty looking and not very safe looking either. The homes all look like they should be condemned.

Im probably getting kicked out, but I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive been working everyday, but havent caught on to the taxi business or just plain old dumb .

Friendly staff, cheap housing, staff works well to keep the park clean.

I had a druggie homeless man who slept on the kids playground every night sexually harass me and threaten me with a knife. I told the landlord and he said he didnt care and it wasnt his problem if I get raped. He was too lazy to get the guy trespassed after multiple people had problems with this homeless man.

Worst mobile home park rent is cheap but trailers are falling apart maintenance is almost non-existent place floods management are not people persons its a run down park full of drug addicts dirty drugs baggies everywhere if you need a temporary place to live and dont care about the drugs and run down park and mobile homes this place is for you
