This park offers nothing..........

The Great Park its very near the river and easy access to town. Its an over 55 community with lots of planned activities, lots of Clubs such as woodworking, stained glass window making, sewing, there are lots on the river that have boat docks. it said that Bing Crosby used to own this park which has an attached island via a walking bridge, the island is set up for entertainment.

Great surveillance. Was able to leave bicycle out front with no worries about thieves!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I purchased a mobile home, signed, keys in my hand. Before I could back to my original place, they called because someone higher in the office wanted $2000 more than what I paid. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always room for improvement Very good,management. Need for, Better more knowledgeable Maintenance,people,Need for review,of Under Age Residents,Stop Speeding, Unauthorised So Called Visitors,Kakusha Mobile Home Community Is Listed as an age appropriate 55and up This is not the case.Unable to control animal population.Management Has her hands Full,The blame Always goes to Manager.This Is is,not Fair,Let The Owners Put Their Names On The Rules,And Pursue Violations And Violaters, Ill Hold My Breath,and See
