Bad place. Not allowed to park on the grass even if your vehicle is just a few inches on it they will tow your car. Theres always problems with the water almost every month. The water smellsvand taste, and when you take a shower the water can start smelling fishy.They poorly maintain their area. Every now and then they would have people cut the grass but they will leave a bush pass overgrown to the point where its leaning in. You can only have two cars, and youre not allowed outside past 10pm. They have a pool with water but its never open basically its only for visuals.

The place will be closed and the land will be used to build condominiums.It is a well kept mobile home complex and those living there will be displaced.

This place is a great peaceful place to live in. There is no robbery or noise. The manager is a nice person. I recommend this place if you want peace and quiet.

Nasty place and the managers are always angry and people never is treating with respect. Its like trump daughter is managing the place. Too bad. Before was a nice place to visit and live. Now you cant park anywhere because the manager call the towing people maybe they are agree and making extra money. Who knows.

The park manager wont let the community live in peace. They are always sending letters to get things fixed around your moblie home. They start out being nice to you but dont be fooled they will make your life impossible especially wonda. I would recommend looking for a different moblie home park but just not here.

It was a nice neighborhood. Bit run down and you cant park in the street past midnight, but otherwise its quaint.

Terrible place to live in, the administration staff is left than helpful and will disregard anything you have to say to them, they will also tow your vehicle if its park outside your own lot and staff wont provide you with stickers or anything if your household has more than 2 vehicles

Worst place ever they added new rules to just get more money such as no partys 2 cars pet lot and no one can be out after 10:00 PM I had 2 bicyles on my porch and just for that my rent got rejected WORST PLACE EVER Do not come here its literally paying to stay in a prison they even ruined new years eve when all the fireworks finished 5 tow trucks came p.s except to be towed every month

Went there to check on a trailer for sell the park is run down so bad and the manager seemed like she could care less
