My granddaughters birthday party was held here and though there are strict CDC guidelines they work it out wonderfully!! She/we had the best time and our hostess was amazing I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a childs party or just a fun day! The pizza is great and there are games to play for everyone. Plus, they set up and clean up!!!! By far her best and easiest party yet. Thanks Clarksville Chuck E Cheese !!! Good deal for the money. My little boy was able to run around and play, got a meal and had fun for around $45. However, their website advertised for Halloween if kids showed up in costume they would get a candy bag and that they also had pumpkin shaped pizzas. We showed up and there was no candy bags, we ordered the pumpkin pizza and it came out regular. I did not get the sense the staff cared.

I always remember the pizza being fantastic. Its still great, but reminds me of a hot pizza from Little Ceasars.

What a fun place to take the grandkids. The pizza is good along with the pretzel bites. Purchase the 60 minute game card. This is more than enough for their enjoyment plus you probably will be ready to take a load off by then.

Nice clean place, games are up to date...but weve had less than great little things happen in our last two visits. 2 weeks ago we called to ask and make sure they were open until 9pm...yes the said they were...we arrived at 720p and kitchen closed early for no reason given. Wasted a 55min trip there. Then we came again on another monday night...open until 9p, but they closed drink station at 830p for cleaning...why not atart at 9pm closomg time? They turned off music and tvs at 840p, 20m before closing. We ordered the $35 #4 Deal and the portions are tiny. My little ones had fun, thats all that really matters, but yikes the employees are really more worried about shutting down and going home than they are worrying about taking care of patrons. If they want to close at 830p, I suggest a new posted closing time.

Had my granddaughters 7th bday party here. What a great place! The staff helped with everything from game playing and food to cake time and presents!

We had a wonderful experience in the Birthday Area for our sons 6th Birthday. We ordered one of the packages and TORY was our host. I lost the receipt so I wasnt able to do the survey for her but she DEFINITELY GETS A 10 OUT OF 10!!!! Id give her a 20 if I could. She was amazing and made the process run so smooth. I would definitely book a Birthday Party there again.

The kids had a nice time however it had been several years since we had been. I was disappointed in the newer changes. The cards are based on a time limit and nothing comes included with pizza combo purchases. 3 kiddos 90 min play cards and a very thin and lousy pizza with four drinks was $115. Not a good value and they were very under staffed. Good points were the games worked properly and it was clean. I say buy the play time and skip the food. It’s a complete rip-off.

A great experience for the kids during these difficult times. Theyve introduced appropriate measures to limit contact, such as temperature checks, photo validation for check in and out versus the old handstamp system, limiting multiplayer games to single, limiting dining booths and multiple hand sanitizing stations. They are cleaning and sanitizing games more frequently, but I dont believe its every 30 minutes as advertised. I dont blame the workers, as they were trying to keep up. It seemed more of an understaffed issue, versus a complacency issue.

My kids love playing here and we normally go during the week if school is out or early on the weekends and it isnt too busy. If you check the website before you go in you can normally find some good deals in their coupon section. Theyve recently renovated and it does have more of an updated feel.

Im here with family for a birthday party and Im kids are going ham. Im mean having a good time. The place is clean & stuff are kid and adult friendly. Two things I wont to point out the price is a high for a kids party. And I believe if they lowered it it would bring alot more business. We loved this Chuck E. Cheese. All of the games had tickets, and not one unit was down. They were slammed, and yet the tables were clean, and the entire store was well maintained. The store was well lit, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Jackson, TN store could take some lessons.If you have little ones, and they need to burn off some energy this is the place to do it.

The other favorite mouse spot. Always good times here. No major complaint. Food tasted good during bday parties. Havent had their salad bar. Always using their fountain drink machine with our lifetime cups.

I love the look of the place now! And they have something for every age! I like the new prices for how to play, its easier and seems worth the money to me. Overall great place! It has food and fun!

We had a great Mega birthday party here today. The kids had a blast....they are doing some updates/renovations. The ultimate game play is a must have for any occasion. Heads up...dont buy the gift cards at Sams Club and try to use them for birthday parties; they are not accepted.

We visited here to bring our 3 year old granddaughter for her birthday. Our family had a great time playing the games and just watching her have the best time. We will bring her back for a great time.

Great place for a young child’s bday. My 4 yr old had a blast, and so did the other kids. Our party hostess, Trinity, was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

They have significantly improved in the last year. A lot of new games thy are now geared more towards children. They dining areas are still pretty dirty but I was pleasantly surprised with all the new games they have now.

I have been going to Chuck E Cheese seems like forever my kids my grandkids and now my great grand kids, its a great place for birthday parties the staff is always friendly and the food has gotten better through out the years, we just enjoy the place and we plan on having my other great grand babies birthday party there as soon as he turns 1 year old...

Its been remodeled really nice and was lots of fun for the kids and me. Price is still expensive but I like being able to let my kids have unlimited play for 60 min and not just x amount of tokens.

We had a birthday party for our son here and Trin our hostess was AWESOME!! The pizza was delicious and everyone was very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that they removed the play ground but overall they had a great assortment of games for kids and adults.

Was there for a birthday party today and even though the put stamps on ur kids hands to make sure they do not leave with wrong group or without a parent my 5 year old daughter was found running the parking lot after mg husband lost sight of her among all the children in the building. The managers acted like this wasnt a problem or a big deal wont be going back.

We had a great experience there for my youngest daughters birthday. Jahida was an awesome birthday party host. Highly recommend her for your childs party.

We went on a week night and it was pretty calm. There arent a ton of games for toddlers, but the ones they do have, our little ones loved! Theres also a toddler area with a small slide. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The salad bar had a nice selection and the pizza was hot and fresh. Well definitely be back soon!

I love the time thing. Actually saves me some money! Lol. I also love the roller coaster ride game. Me and my future daughter loved doing it.

Had fun with the grand n kids

Was there while every tree shook outside and did not even know until I headed home how much damage there was. Too busy but every one was cordial and happy to be safe. One thing that struck me as odd was there were no sirens or any warnings in the building. Sure would have been a disaster if the little ones were hurt due to no one knowing what was happening outside!

Pizza is way better than it used to be. Its actually pretty darn good. Nice salad bar. Unlimited play is great. Good place to take our little guy to get out of the heat

Fun atmosphere, our daughter loves it here, but definitely on the pricier side for entertainment.

So noisy, it gave me a headache. But, my grandson had fun. Except when the tickets he earned were not dispensed. Also, ordered sausage and pepperoni pizza. After 30 minutes the pager went off. Got told they did not have sausage, so had to wait while they remade with bacon.

Best Kiddie Casino around! Plus they have ok pizza.

It used to be a fun place. They had a indoor play ground for older kids and one for small children. They got rid of both. Then you literally have to score thousands af tickets before you can actually get a decent toy and that would take going about 20 times to actually do. Also the pizza is gross.

They did away with the points except for toddlers. Now for $20 your kid only gets 60 minutes. I was there on Friday night and it was pretty much empty. I have no intention of going back with my 7 kids.

The 3 stars is because my granddaughter loved the games and pizza. The wait time on everything was 30-45 minutes. Went to turn in tickets for a prize, we waited 25 minutes.

They have remolded adding more kids games and rides and a nicer party area for birthdays I love it

This place is always a hit for my kids, whose goal is to play and to have fun! Pricing is nationally set and pretty affordable. Customer service was exceptional!!!! We are return customers because of the great customer service and affordability/variety of games. The food is also good. The kids love the variety offered at the buffet.My only major concern with this establishment is the very limited space. I will encourage the owners to consider an expansion to the existing space. It gets overly crowded during peak hours. For this reason, parents are hesitant to book parties or to attend parties here.

I visit this Chuck E Cheese with my wife and 2 kids on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and the food is always cooked fast. They have a great salad bar and some of the best pizza in town. My kids love playing the games and running around and having fun. A great place to take your kids for a little fun.

It’s nostalgic to go here for me, and I do miss the animatronic (and creepy) characters, but the last time we went was far beyond just nostalgic and ventured into truly awesome. The new games and upgrades were fairly impressive but “Chuck E” was the highlight. My 8 year old has always loved the Chuck E dance and ticket grab but my 2 year old was slightly uneasy and fully collapsed in terror during the ticket throw and literally crawled under a table to hide. Chuck E waited for the other kids to file away to try and coax my toddler out to say hi, even sitting down on the floor to wait and see if he’d come out. We finally said goodbye and carried my little one back to the games and he immediately went to the Chuck E car to sit next to his “niiiice friend” and offer him pretend cheese. Instead of moving on and forgetting about it, the manager playing Chuck E came over, asked if my son was ok and offered him extra tickets because he hadn’t gotten any, and even assured me that he was scared of Chuck E as a kid and had gone on to work there and love it instead. He simply didn’t have to do that. He did it because he cared that my kids had a good time and didn’t leave scared or upset. They didn’t, and I left feeling good about picking Chuck E Cheese as a special treat over fall break. We will definitely be back.

Not a bad place to have fun with small kids. I like the elimination of tokens and just paying for the amount of time. Keep in mind that you can pause the clock on your play card but I think it can only be done once. If they got rid of the area with the old animatronics on stage and replaced it with the jungle gym sort of play place that would be better.

This Chuck E Cheese seemed a bit small, and I dont like the new way of playing, seemed very expensive.

Service was kind of slow, but love the renovation. And the food was good, if not a little overpriced

My son loves going here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is clean. We only go during the week when they open up for lunch. It is crazy busy on the weekend. One word of caution, it states on Google that they open at 10 and if you call the phone number Google gives you, it states that they open at 10. They do not. They open at 11.

Not so busy! Good food and fun for adults, too! Be careful that games are appropriate for age.

Well first off I can say not bad Chuck E. You have now provided beer for the parents. Yes its high and you have set a standard which is good, but from a dad/grandpa I say thank you. Food still the same could be better staff was cool and overall ok. 5 stars for the added feature.

I had pizza on plates and left the pizza tray empty and they went and took the tray and threw my pizza on the plates away. They obviously knew we were still eating because they left our cups alone. I have 1 child and spent about $50 so they could throw my food out and then they didnt have certain toys and the worker got irritated that my 3 year old couldnt decide on the last toy so he handed him what he wanted and said thats all your tickets!!!

We waited over an hour for our pizza! One cashier for the whole place. The only reason they are still in business is because of the children. This place is wack!!!

Great rebranding! I used to hate coming here. It was dirty and always frustrating. Theyve gotten rid of the diaper trap ball pit maze, cleaned up and lot and even spiced up the food. The D&B style points cards are great. I enjoy coming here with the kids now.

Dont care for the new card system its by time versus the old days by tokens. So its a waste of money or their way to get you to spend more money

As long as my kids are happy and the ticket muncher(no as many times as I have been I dont know the correct word for it) gets unjammed we good! Always a good place to go to, too break cabin fever. The pizza is too expensive. A pizza that expensive should be the bomb diggity but it isnt. Its just an average pizza. But overall its a good fun place.

Decent place to take the kids for some time out of the house and on a rainy day. Wish that there were more games as it does not seem to have a real good selection and the payout is not that great however everyone is a winner regardless and gets at least 1 ticket. Toddler area is very small and needs updated and expanded. Prize selections are rather big, however the amount you have to spend to cover in tickets you dont have or the amount of tickets needed is a joke. You can go to a box store or online and buy two for that price. The items you get for the reasonable amount of tickets youll have are dinky items the kids will loose or dont care about once they get home. Food is rather good. Its an ok outing every now and then when you go in with the understanding your going to be out of pocket unreasonably.
