I went in to your seasonal tent today in the Church Hill Shopping Center and there was a lady working. She was the only one working as far as I know. She did not get up not one time the whole time I was in there looking around. And when I asked her if she had any deals going on she snapped back with a very rude NO!! I guess she got mad because I came in & interrupted her movie!!! SMH!!! I dont know what kind of people you have running these locations for you, but I will NEVER go back to any Southern Boom location!!! I went over to the Wild Wilmas fireworks tent in the same parking lot and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I ended up making a purchase with them. They made me feel right at home like I was family. Thats how Southern hospitality is supposed to be!!! By the way the whole time I was in their tent the lady working at your tent stared and glared over at the Wild Wilmas tent the whole entire time. If she wanted to make a sale maybe she shouldve gotten up and actually put forth the effort. With people like this working for you, your company is going to get the backfire from it eventually. I was going to call your store and make a complaint, but its apparently not listed anywhere. Now I know why!!!!!

Drove all the way here hoping to get some fireworks for this weekend on the lake as their google business listing says they are open. Got all the way there and they aren’t even open for another month. Lazy management can’t update their hours and they don’t have a number to call ahead of time to check if they are open. I’ll take my business to the other shop in Clarksville tomorrow
