This place is AMAZING. AN ABSOLUTE *MUST SEE*. Its inside of an abandoned mall which is already amazing but the games they have are phenomenal! They have all sorts of games to play with a lot of unique games for sale as well as snacks. Everyone here is so nice and fun to talk to. Plus its crazy affordable. Its so nice. This place is an absolute gem.
Always love going to this place and paying the old stand up arcade games! The kids also love coming here to play the older consoles, which they have from Atari 2600 up to the newest consoles out!
Great old school arcade in the heart of the abandoned Forest Fair Mall !! Owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about all things video game related ! They have all the favorite games/consoles/pinball machines. They also have a premium pinball section where you pay to play the games but dont have to pay admission to the arcade if you love the silver ball !!
Yeah, place is looking normal and popular. When I go there usually a lot of costumers and smells like locker room, lol. People that makes that place function is way out going.
Best Arcade in the greater cincinnati metropolitan area that I know of, and they regularly change what arcade machines they have so it’s well worth returning to.
The last bastion of nostalgic video game fun in Cincinnati. This is a real arcade, not that poor mans imitation at Wal-Mart. I would live here.
Great people and fun games!
Great place to go for fun. The machines are well kept and entertaining, the staff is brilliant, and the location within an empty mall makes for an awesome experience
Decent arcade and an ok used game store. Some of the best prices to play.
Okay so parking is not limited but even though entry 2 is the closest... Its also pitch black in there since they dont keep the lights on. Its surreal to come here. Of all the inner stores of this relic of a mall, its the only thing open. Coming inside you get 10$ for unlimited timer play or 1 hour for 5 bucks.... Before you see the value option... Do the one hour play! Unless your a lover of all old games.
Nice arcade, play what you want for 5$. Lots of obscure japanese arcade titles. Plus they have a great variety of console games, carts CD Coleco games etc. The location adds to the atmosphere.( Use Entrance 2)
Best kept secret in Cincinnati the only way to really find it is through word of mouth
Decent amount of arcades. Pretty good price. This isnt Dave and Busters, no big fancy games, they are second hand arcades. Sadly its inside of a dead mall. If you are there late be sure to park in appropriate areas because some mall entrances lock after 9pm. The workers are very friendly
I honestly have never been to an arcade. I didnt know what to expect here but it was great! I had so much fun with my friends and we were there for hours. A great place to go and enjoy a day, its only ten bucks for a whole day so its fairly cheap for a bunch of free arcade games! All in all, really great place to go with friends and by yourself. Hope my review helps!
Great experience with a one time entry payment and all the free game playing you want. Has modern and classic games like donkey Kong, pinball and interactive dance. Very entertaining for kids and adults.
I am very pleased that they have added a pinball machines up front. Keep it up and please add some nice decor like plants, colored neon lights and black walls. You should embrace the aesthetic that you are located inside a dead mall .
Very cool rhythm games!
Coolest arcade in the city. Tons of games, and you can find just about anything there. Owner is a great guy and they have a bunch of game tournaments on Thursdays. Well worth checking out.
The entry was inexpensive, and the selection of games - both old and new is so vast that I couldnt even begin to list them all. Everything from an Atari to Will to cabinet games, Battle Royal Pacman, and Guitar Hero. I had a blast, as did my friends. Definitely coming back.
Nice selection of games to play, though I feel it was missing some classics. Interesting collection of Japanese-imported rhythm games though. Overall enjoyed my time.
Just had my daughters birthday party there. The kids had a blast! They played for hours! The old cabinet games were a hit! Only negative is that the lighting is very dim. Wish it was a little brighter.
If you are looking for an arcade, but dont want to subsidize cheap prizes, this is it. You wont win anything, but they have some awesome Japanese rhythm games as well as old arcade machines, pinball machines, and console gaming. The prices are good and they have unlimited gaming for the whole family every Friday night for a flat price. It is a bit of a drive and you have to walk through a (beautiful) deserted mall, but hey, I think thats part of the fun.
Big place. Probably 50 old (some newer) Arcade games. Some in need of work but most worked great. Also around 20 stations with tvs and chairs to play old Nintendo, xbox, PlayStation games that you obtain at the front desk (along with controllers). Also around 10 pinball machines (in various working conditions). Ping pong table, two consoles hooked to movie screens to play in the back as well.My 11yr old and I spent more than 5hrs there on a Friday night.Good fun! Find a Groupon!!The abandoned mall is super weird walking thru to get there...
Always a treat with nice people and good games!
My favorite arcade and game shop PERIOD
Fantastic place. Love the atmosphere and you can schedule partys there for cheap
We took our son here for his 11th birthday. He gives it 4.4 stars but we are saying 3. We had a fantastic time but it needs some new carpet and a good scrub down. Well definitely go back.
Loved the smash bros ultimate local, never been to one, or any LAN esports related. Loved the environment
Fun place. Quite a few games. Brought bake memories of my childhood going to the arcade.
The employees were nice. There is a good selection of arcade games and a good place to find used games for most consouls.
Cool spot to chill out & play old/new school video games! Fun for all
An oasis for those exploring the largely abandoned Cincinnati Mills mall, this arcade offers unlimited game play for $5 an hour! Huge pinball collection, super smash bros on projector, old skool console and arcade games on tap and tons of gaming stuff for sale ! Very similar to Akiba Arcade in Columbus.
Pretty cool, not crowded at all. Best gaming price in town.
Friendly staff, great environment (especially considering its so lively in such a desolate location), and a pretty great value for kids and adults alike. A no-brainer for dates, an underrated hang out spot, and a fun little get away for younger people who probably have never been to an arcade these days.I swear the worst part about it is trying to explain to people how to get there for the first time. Then again that just gives me an excuse to bring them myself, lol.
They shuffle their games pretty frequently, never too crowded, light needs to be turned on above the ping pong table and maybe some instructions for the foreign games
Love this place, great atmosphere and employees
I love the atmosphere of this place. Although its in a pretty much abandoned mall, its a very calming and relaxing place to go hang out at. Everytime I go I remember why I loved it in the first place. Good arcade games, low price! And retro stuff you can buy as well!
Been coming to this arcade for years, before they moved to this location and its always been a good experience. Recently, it had started to get a little bit run down with a lot of the machines not working and a little bit disorganized but recently after they reorganized it, it is much improved.Love the new additions of the Japanese rhythm games, Groove coaster, Beat Voltex ECT. Will keep me coming back again and again- hope to see more like that soon!
Still the best place to play games. They really need a face lift though
Friendly staff. Wide selection of games to play and purchase.
Pretty cool arcade in an otherwise abandoned mall. It’s fun walking around the desolation after you play games. There is also a jumping place for kids in the same mall.
It was kinda fun but weird not any store near it .
Pretty good selection of games. Great value. Best part is it is located in a nearly abandoned mall that is absolutely colossal. We stopped by on our way passing through Cincinnati just to check the apocalyptic setting out a second time after discovering it last year.
So this was something we did a few years ago but I hope it still open was alot of fun and cheap for the family...I think it was like $20-25 for me the gf and our daughter for the day
Great games, great prices, great people!
This place is very fun. Me and my husband go on dates here often and just unwinde.
Im a fan of video games so I loved this place.. unlimited play pricing thats reasonably cheap in my opinion. My nephew and I played unlimited for a half hour for just $6. For the both of us it would have been $10 for an hour and $20 for all day. Theres older games and even newer ones.. and also a bunch of TVs set up if you want to play on a console but Im not sure how that goes. There was a giant screen on the wall to play a console on as well. Its got a bunch of cool merchandise as well. Theres not too many places like this around d anymore. But one issue is, Google maps directs to either its old or wrong location so when we got to the mall it was clear on the other side.. theres a sign on the door to park in lot 2 but we were in 6 and it was pouring so I didnt want us the have to go back to the car to go to the right location but I wish we would have because it was a long walk through part of the mall that does not have businesses anymore.. the GPS needs changed bc that walk was terrible.
Great arcade classic and obscure games were available console selection was large and game library was larger.
BEST arcade, for any age group
A really good selection of games and I LOVE all of the retro pinball machines! A good mix of new and old games, lots of Japanese rhythm games, DDR, racing, metal slug, battletoads, Simpsons, SNK vs Capcom, and big projectors for consoles.Theres also a huge selection of cartridges and movies, secondhand consoles and merchandise. The only thing that could be better was the staff there was a little offputting and accused me of not paying for an all day pass, despite me handing him my card only an hour earlier. When I checked my balance after close, my card wasnt charged despite him handing me back my card. The security also accused my friends of messing with things despite us only being at a few tables in the empty food court. This doesnt change the fact that arcade legacy has a great selection of cabinets though and it could just be a weird first impression with the staff.Lastly: a few of the games were out of order. Several of the pinball games were turned off or unplayable due to stuck balls. It was enough that I could see it being an issue for some people.
My 9 year old and I had the best time here, less is more!
Great arcade. Constantly rotating machines in and out, and pricing is pretty good too
I love this Arcade Legacy! While the bar one does have food and drinks, this is the best one (in my opinion) for pure game play. Tons of games, lots of room, skads of consoles, a ping pong table to change it up, lots of pinball machines - if you want to play games, this is the best location. Bonus points for the location - I keep hoping someone will save this amazing mall.
Very fun place to take your kids and play vintage arcade games.
It was awesome. A stroll down memory lane.
I would strongly not recommend this establishment. I called and asked for a pricing on merchandise to sell. I was quoted at at 60 for one of the items which in their entirety hold a value of over $100. I then drove 30 miles there to have the cashier low ball me down to $45 after he already said $60 on the phone. Thank you for wasting an hour of my day, and my gas. Deffiently avoid this place if you, like me, enjoy honesty because it will not be found here.
My kid and I really enjoy going to this arcade. Plenty of machines to choose from, console with projectors on the walls, a few decent pinball machines. If youve never been, you pay to get it and thats it. You dont need to bring a pocket full of quarters. Its super convenient.
I LOVE this place. It is a great way to spend time. The prices are amazing to play the games. The movies and games they sell is a great price. Its just an overall amazing place. So happy to be regulars and so proud for the other stores theyve been able to expand!!
Really nice place. Almost everything is for sale, lots of new and old machines. The pinball machines are from the 70s!! They also have gaming consoles Sega Master System to PS4 Pro. Really nice!!
Its the nearest Arcade, I know of that isnt also a bar. No disrespect to bars.
Our family loves this place. We celebrate birthdays here. Everyone can play what they want.
Not to bash them its a good time for the price. But the staff isnt very friendly. At least the 2 times I went they werent. Games are fun but quite a few do not work.
One of the best retro stores and arcades available in Ohio.
I love going here, its super fun and not super expensive.
I really like this place they have one of these my favorite games. last time I was there there was a pinball machine that somebody left a bunch of quarters and so I played that for like half an hour and it was great. But I always lose at Street fighter when I play my wife.
Good selection of arcade cabinets, great prices for playing them! Also if youre into collecting retro games, like myself, they have a very big selection with prices right around or below what you can find on Ebay. One of the better game stores in the area, only complaint is that its in the creepy dead mall! Still a great place though, just weird location. (:
Best place to sell your used games. Jesse is the owner and has always done very good business by me. He often offers more than i even expect for stuff like old Gameboy Advanced and Playstation games, consoles, controllers. Will keep selling my extra video game stuff here.
The arcade is a great place for kids. There is one dead mall security guard that pays way too much attention to the kids for me to feel comfortable anymore. What a creep! Watch for his scooter, hes too lazy to walk!
We found some games many of us had looked long and hard for. Great addition to the community, and its always cool walking though Cincinnati Mall and reminiscing about the mall. Definitely worth the trip!
Half of the games are in need of repair. Good place to get used retro games. watch your surroundings its in an abandoned mall.also Paul Blart (mall security guard) is a P.I.T.A.
This place was so much fun they have so many games here
Fridays is family day all members get in for $20 for unlimited play :-) awesome!!!
Cool place. All the classic games. Kid friendly. Good price.
Still the best place in southern Ohio (aside from the Barcade) to hang out and play arcade and video games. Absolutely love the rhythm game selection!
Love it. $10 for all you can play all day. You really cant go wrong. Also has a great selection of retro and modern video game stuff for sale for a very reasonable price.
An awesome little arcade. You can pay to stay for an hour or you can pay to stay all day but either way the prices are very reasonable. You pay one flat rate and its all you can play on retro stand up games or even gaming systems. It is an excellent wintertime activity with great hours. We always have a good time here.
Had a really good time with a bunch of friends. Extremely reasonable price, $10 for 2+ hours. Lots of good games, some were recognizable and some not so much, but all of them were fun. Machines were well maintained and clean. It was pretty warm, but thats to be expected considering the copious amount of machines. Very nice, friendly staff. Super fun spot, highly recommend.
Its a very unique place in the middle of a time capsule like setting. The building used to be a popular shopping mall and has since been emptied out except for a few stores. Great place to play retro and new games.
Nice arcade with games and movies available for purchase
Great place for anything video game related both new and old. They have an amazing collection of arcade games. And tournaments on certain nights for specific games. I cannot recommend this place enough for video games and collectables!
Its was great affordable and had many games of variety, its both a link to the past and the present. Personally I think I would have love to buy some games from here also but when you have a small pocket I guess the 10 fee is perfect to spend hours playing the games there, I guess if you plan a party for 10 it wouldnt have the space so its best for a hangout for about maybe 6, who knows I ventured with 3 last time and I wasnt expecting to have as much fun as I did. Only downfall was the fact that some games didnt work due to controller failure, I really wanted to play a racing game but it wouldnt register.... Anyways I really loved it
Inside a mall that long ago died, so tricky to find to say the least. It is an interesting walk to get to it though. Needs some updating of games that are broke, but all in all its ok. Kids like the old school pin ball game
I appreciate what these people are trying to do but this place is way over priced when half the games dont work and the staff are rude as can be... Barely even look at you as they are too busy on their phones.
Great spot to get kids out of the house.
Lots of fun. Great games
Always the best
This place was amazing. Had a journey of a selection, everything gaming related and the staff was super helpful and accommodating
This was such a fun place. $5 for unlimited play for an hour. The games were mostly retro but it really was a great time challenging my son to these arcade games.
Always a nice experience when Im here
Heat fun and great value. A few of the machines had some issues but aside from that it was nothing but fun!
Awesome arcade of retro games and all the currents. Every game console. Guaranteed fun. The staff is cool. Love the nostalgia. Ms Pac Man. Tetris. Tekken. Street Fighter. Mortal Kombat. I love Guitar Hero. Ill give 5 stars when you guys get another piano for it. And the mic.
Best place to play video games. They have tons to play for one low price. Go and have a great time!
A good playing environment and a redemption to the good old days. A great place.
