The new management has to go. They are out of hand! They want to run your house like if they owned it. Telling you what color to paint it, what plants, windows, etc... when you ask for a superior number above them the manager Reyna gets in your face and denies you any information! It’s becoming very uncomfortable living in this park. This park needs a community meeting ASAP!!!

Everybody wants to live in this park. Possibly the best family park in San Diego. The managers Reyna and Rigo are doingvan awesome job

Great park but manager sucks here you have no renters rites here they violate all are rites and trespass onto are spots not advised

Managers are always so much drama rigo and Reyna always got something bad to say even when you are not even damaging the property they even have things to say about your trailer if it’s your already you but the trailer and rent the space only so i don’t know what their problem is

Its a clean & quiet place. I liked it. It seems all is well up kept and organized.

The park manager is not friendly and has been evicting many residents/ homeowners out of their homes. Also, she has been harassing many residents to the extent that they have sold their homes. I have had conversations with previous tenants that have stated that they are happy and relieved they sold their home, because now they do not have to deal with her anymore. Since the new manager started in 2014, Palms Mobile Estates has changed for the worst.

Have lived her since 1999 and love it.

I loved living there until the new management team took over. She is to crontolling without knowing the state rules, and the management team isnt professional at all.

This is a very nice place.to live. I know the Maintance guys & the Mgr. You couldnt find a better staff to run the Palms Mobile Estates.
