This is a senior park. My parents live here. The park is well kept and the club house/pool are clean. Visitors tend to drive at higher speeds than posted. This is a danger to slow walking tenants. There are park rules on age range that are allowed to live here but Ive been seeing more teenagers and children living here. What happened to the rules? Overall, my parents live comfortably here.

This is the perfect Sr. Mobile park for adults, either active socially, or sedate. We have a very active Clubhouse starting with free coffee daily at 8:00 a.m. and daily group get togeathers . A place you will feel welcomed. And most important the lowest space rent in Chula Vista Ca.with Rent Control. A happy resident

Everyone in the mobile home park watch over or make sure that no one is up to no good Id like to say that its a generally family oriented environment for the most part.
