It is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week but the restrooms arent! Theyre only open during business hours for the transit center! This is a great place to wit for your bus and look at the fence!

Good addition to the transit center. Matches with the benches and gives a little barrier between you and the parking lot. Doesnt block the breeze that comes through which is nice. :-)
