Beautiful place to walk around both in the morning and at night but I will say that the place is a little shady and not the most safe place but that could me being overly cautious there many stores all around other then that is a great place to take a group of friends or your family member but to be safe dont go alone.
Cozy, engaging place to enjoy excellent live jazz music. Excellent acoustics, comfortable sofas intertwined with tables and chairs. Large stage, nicely decorated with suggestive illumination. Excellent cocktails to accompany the music. I enjoyed the teens of pictures of famous jazz musicians exposed on all walls, many of which played at the Jazz House.
The staff there is friendly and courteous.
The Dearborn Station is one of the last remaining of the old train stations that is left in Chicago. The train station offers a wonderful anchor for the Printers Row Landmark District. The station is also known as The Polk Street Station and has been Rehabbed into retail space, offices, and public gathering areas. The Dearborn Street Station is on both the National and the city of Chicago historic landmark places.
What can I say. You got to have a chicago-style dog when in Chicago. Who is quick tasty and I recommend the Polish dog.
Historical nature of the location adds to the nostalgic vibe which for a moment I thought was a historic .
Went to the Jazz Showcase, and as usual, it was a great time. Accessibility and good parking make this place a go to for a night out.
Adorable little store! Friendly faces, everyone was so eager to help! Love the way the yarn is organized!
Station is clean and quiet. Nice place to have to wait for your train. You can even watch television and the attendant was helpful when I asked a question.
Hospital and like little shops inside. Historical landmark. So outside still looks how it looked years ago. Nostalgic!
I love 105 hot yoga. There is parking in the back of the building. I think the fee is $3 an hour and you pay the attendant.
Grateful for my lifes acquainted connections; it was an enjoyment to revisit Volunteers of America. An SSVF Organization which assist veterans and the community to their goal of stability.
I Play pokemon go here a lot. Great place
I bank there Byline Bank. Also a nice seating and table area to have lunch, work on your laptop or just reading
They have a doctors office here. Some tourist attraction.
I wanted to go to the yarn shop but the attendant wouldnt let me park there. I would like to know if the yarn store (Yarnify) is part of the parking ?
The outside is far more interesting than the inside, I’m afraid. There are some signs of the station’s former architectural glory inside, but most of what is in there isn’t terribly inspiring. But it’s definitely worth a walk around the exterior!
I used to come here when my mom got her nails done at the longtime Dearbirn Station nail salon, European Touch, that abruptly closed a few years ago. I now visit whenever I practice yoga at the newest of 3 studios of 105f. I love that I now sometimes practice yoga someplace I spent hours at throughout my childhood. Even the valet guys are still the same! Its a landmark and a secure place to go to downtown being that they have security.
Ballet classes are excellent. I love everything about CMCD!!
Nice patio for outdoor seating, friendly staff, good food and nice beer selection.
Mercy hospital clinic is here. Great people work here. Very caring people
I love this area because its my neighborhood very safe and close to many activities in Chicago
Even though its not the old train station that was here back in the day, it still has sort of the antique look to it. Its a nice looking place and theres a lot of old historic looking buildings. Even though theyre all new buildings.
Pretty historic building in the heart of Printers Row
Took 2 hours to be seen for a TB and drug test.
One of my favorite Bar Louie locations
Nice repurposed building. Mixed use building
Went to Bar Louie - great food and drinks, with an outdoor patio!
Nice and clean but nothing to do but look at the old details they never updated
Beautiful building. Landmark.
Had a doctors visit but if youre looking for a low key spot to read or study there foyer is really nice.
Jazz Showcase, in Dearborn Station, has a nice jam session after the annual Chicago Jazz Festival.
Jazz showcase is the great old club with very selective musicians
I love this building. The feeling of an old station with new functions given. There is nice burger in the bar in the building.
The area is busy downtown as usual but they people in the Dearborn station are friendly
I went there for my dr appointment in mercy clinic didnt know theres more officces & services here ...im going to go back & get the whole view on this location
We sat outside had drinks and appetizers! We plan on going back for lunch or dinner!
This corridor has several dinning spots and is near public transportation including, Redline train: (Harrison.) Bus routes #36 #29 #146. Go explore!
Wonderful historic place with my favorite Bikram yoga studio and nail salon (Mercy nails). But dont use the parking lot in back. The guy is angry and rude. He also charges a full hour if youre 2 minutes before 6pm. (after 6 is flat rate)
Pretty building. Didnt visit any of the shops.
Cause i was in and out very pleasant
Convenient for bar Louie, yoga, acupuncture and nail salon!
Good!
Played Fox in the Box, prison room..best thing ever & time with my 3 best friends. Loved it! Going back & told everyone.
1 star because I would never consider this a tourists attraction
Beautiful station, well updated and clean inside. I go to the yoga studio there and every time I come it is very quiet and peaceful there. I love to sit downstairs after my class and enjoy few minutes of peace. It feels like waiting for the train with the big clock above my head. Wish they had some train style coffee shops and show movies with traveling across the country by train.
I have wonderful memories ️ and 50 years later it looks beautiful ️
Strange empty place with buisnesss that youre unlikely to visit.
Very historical. Great atmosphere.
Walked by. Looked good...
Historic building in a very nice condition
Its nice good food
Chicagos Jazz Showcase is in Dearborn station Canton wait to go
105f yoga. 6 am and challenge yourself.
Always different place to see around the city
I went there for a meeting. Needs a bit more.
Best Dr. Office ever always very polite and helpful
I visit the doctors office here. There are other businesses at this location, but my entirely is a medical visit only. Theres free parking for patients. My doctor (Dr Angeles) is warm, friendly, and cares for her patients.
Dropped my niece off or near this place.
Beautiful building rehabbed into center for essential neighborhood services. Could use a good restaurant and/or dress shop.
Went to fox in a box escape room it was awsome
This is a beautiful building and a gem inside.
Excellent,, staff helpful, clean and the all of the food and visitors stations top of the line..
Multi use space
Ive only connected with Dearborn Station on a personal business level; meeting with my Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF) Organization, Volunteers of America. The facility is always well kept and all staff throughout are very friendly.
I visited Yarnify. Love this place. Everyone has always been extremely helpful.
Good place 4 memorize.
Nice. Friendly and clean
Shopping in an old train station. How cool is that!
Love the old-timey look and history, just wish there were more public businesses housed here...retailers, etc.
Nice scenery cool restaurants and lists of places to eat near by. Friendly workers around the area
The last and only surviving of Chicagos grand railway stations.... now converted to rather routine retail uses. Step inside here and step back in time to when dozens of ordinary and famous people traversed the halls on arrival to the city. No longer so grand ..... but if you use your imagination you can still hear the hustle and bustle while you see the horses and buggies outside waiting for their passengers. Check out Sandmeyers bookstore down the street for some great reading on this areas historic past.
Its a really nice building with some history behind it that I want to explore.
Visited MERCY HEALTH.Not at all impressed with customer service; non-caring, no eye contact, barely turn around and look at you, non-engaging - they rush you on yet are fairly slow.
Nice place.
Played Fox in the box. Lab room. Great experience.
Downtown Chicago...maintaining the history of the neighborhood. We were there during a street fair and open market....personality and character was everywhere.
As long as you can get used to the smell, youll be fine.
Great burgers. Hax sauce goes on your fries too!!!
Swami Vivekananda entered Chicago through this place
They have amzing dance classes there
Great prices on premium food.
Great atmosphere
It was a great experience for my all shopping needs
Wonderful layout within the building.
My primary doctor has an office at this location
Great buys alterations while you wait.
Very friendly staff and great doctors answer everything you ask
Theres not.much happening there.
Easy street parking is available
They are a walk in facility, but had only one doctor designated for walk ins. That doctor was on leave, so they just discontinue taking walk ins all together until futher notice. Such an inconvenience.
My favorite Bar Louie in the city!
Very cool place
Not really much here. A bar Louie and my Dr. Office
Bar Louie. Love this place
