This was a great time. Learned a lot about Denver I didnt know. Great date with the girlfriend. We were even offered concert tickets by a kind stranger. We finished the tour at a fun street sale!

It was fun and for the most part really good. Only thing is there is a section of the hunt that had us walking through a section of town that is not exactly safe. (Regular violent crime area). It was daylight and we hurried through but we would suggest having the route changed, especially since there were other streets that could have gotten us to the next destination and not been quite so iffy! The Uber at the end is a nice touch though we chose to hike back but it was nice to have the option. We do recommend but with hesitation due to some real safety concerns.

Did this with my wife as a date night in downtown Raleigh, NC. Had found on Groupon and took a shot at it. Setting it up is not an easy process and requires a good half hour to do. Its also misleading with the new update. You get 2,000 coins to purchase 2 tickets which cost 1,000 coins each. BUT thats only for the Standard Hunt. The themed hunts cost $10 more (1,000 coins).It gives you driving directions to your starting point and then walking directions on each of the clues. It took us to various points of Downtown Raleigh that I had gone past before but never stopped to observe. Very educational, lots of exercise. For adults, we made a few drinks for the walk and stopped at a few bars/restaurants along the way for even wider exposure of the city. Bring your camera! Dress in walking attire. Make sure you follow all the instructions and play around with the APP before starting. Would do again in any other city!

It was a good way to see the city. We did have fun and they did get everyone involved. It was a good price as well. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the tasks they gave us were repeated and continued well into the night after we had concluded the tour. Also not all our pictures came up at the end. Not sure what caused the glitch.

Big City Hunt was so much fun! Our family consisted of 3 adults and 4 children (ages 8 and 11). It was perfect for all of us to enjoy and do it together as a family! The kids loved the additional activities and it was a great way to walk around downtown Philadelphia and sight see! It was a perfect day! Highly recommend doing this!

It is dubbed as a Kansas City fountain tour but we saw two fountains in the city of fountains. It’s nice to walk through the city but just note that it goes through a lot of parts of downtown that are where homeless hangout so I would recommend the daytime. I wish we saw things I haven’t seen in the city before but maybe if you don’t explore much you would see something new. Nice idea but don’t recommend for your home town.

I attempted to do these hunts for a surprise for my husband and it completely bombed. I was told that the location was downtown, so we went to the downtown area of St. Louis and opened up the starting location.....which was a 15 minute drive away....we were on foot and did not have our vehicle with us because we took the train downtown. Later that week, we attempted to start the hunt again, but could not find the starting address. I texted the number we were given to get the info and received nothing back the rest of the week. We went home at the end of our visit and I still havent heard back from that text or anything.I have since emailed the support system in charge to get a refund because I did not receive communication or any help from the company. I have still not heard back and that was in February.They effectively stole my money and ruined what could have been a fun vacation surprise for myself and my husband.I purchased them as a duo and also got a hunt for our home city: Cincinnati, but I cannot bring myself to start it because I know there will be issues.

My husband surprised me with this hunt for our 1 year anniversary and I loved it. We are very outdoorsy and the scavenger hunt in the city of fort worth where we got married was perfect. Everything is within walking distance and if you dont mind walking at all, theres also bikes you can use to get around.

Loved exploring the downtown and learning about Ottawa history and finding little details we never would have discovered on our own. We had a group of four and it was a beautiful hot summer day (we should have packed more water). Love that we could pause the hunt to slip inside to cool down. It was more walking then we anticipated so we ended up taking a cab back from the ending but overall a wonderful experience and great exercise and we would love to do another one!

Not impressed. Just to get started takes 20+ minutes and it wouldnt send the link to other players to join the hunt so we could only use one phone. So we paid for 5 people to play and could have just done it for one. The instructions for the set up need to be more clear. We also paid for the Christmas themed hunt and we still only could do the standard. Major rip off and very disappointing.

This Scavenger Hunt was very fascinating! It took us around Downtown San Jose and to the main sites in the area. It had interesting trivia questions that were very informative about the city. I have lived in San Jose most of my life and did not know some of the information that was offered. It was also a great way to get some steps in and look around at the local shops. Great scavenger hunt! Only downside is that I wish it was a bit longer!

Did the Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ hunt. We rent city bikes (lime) since I saw some complaints that the end was a mile from the start. It was fun! Only complaint I have is companys website said you could play until 10pm any day but some of museums were closed on Sundays and/or after 6. I would definitely do this again and would recommend bikes.

I did the Santa Fe, NM hunt - seriously one of the coolest experiences ever! I found out so much more about the history of Santa Fe and some of its cool spots than I would have if I hadnt done the hunt. I also like the fact that you could take a break and grab a bite to eat or drink in the middle of the hunt.

Our whole family had a great time (kids range in age from 3-19) and there was something for everyone to do. It’s an easy walk and very stroller-friendly. We would definitely do this again in another city!

First time in Boston and the Big City Hunt was a GREAT way of exploring h city in a fun and structured way! Kept me and my wife engaged (as we are both extremely competitive). Great experience and highly recommended!!! I would absolutely Anyone who wants to have fun and has the time to spare to do it!

Our group had tons of fun! Definitely recommend for groups of 6! The house of blues answer wasn’t open so that we had to google. Fun for locals like us too!

Our whole group really enjoyed the hunt and the interface was very user friendly so it was a lot of fun! However, in Orlando during the dead of summer, when we attempted walking it proved to be way too hard! The walk was a lot further than we were anticipating.

Dissapointing and too short. It seemed like there were major glitches with the app and I wasn’t getting any player challenges. I tried to do the photo challenges but it seemed like photos taken by NO ONE in our hunt added them? Answers were being put in by strangers before we even arrived at the stop! Then it said we were done??? It only took less than one hour before that happened!! I will not be using this company again regardless of what city it is in.

My husband and I did this is our home town of Houston. We had a great time. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I think the more prep information would be helpful such as: Wait to get to the starting location before you activate your voucher; the starting location is just that - a place to begin and get your first set of directions and clues. Although these are common sense things- remind people to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water and be prepared to take a snack break. Also let users know to open the next hint before using the map or they will be taken back to where they started. Also, if you want your team to get the most points, have all team members answer the questions.Otherwise, it was great fun, the clues were challenging enough and it was super exercise. I think it would be fun to do this in every city we visit.

Did the entire hunt. You must give a rating in order to get your score. I gave a rating and then nothing. Waited several hours and still no score so I called the help line and they stated it was a known issue. They took my contact info and said they would get back to me. A week later, no contact and still no score. There was also a timed question that asked us to multiply certain things but turns out we were really supposed to divide. The app was slow and when my phone went to sleep, I had to reopen everything and advance to where I left off.

This was a cool date night, we walked around the downtown area for about 2 hours and we didnt move very fast and still didnt take a lot of time. You learn a few things about the downtown area and get the chance to see a few old building and churches, and even stop for ice cream in the commons if you wish. All around fun time.

Loved the hunt! Very exciting and was a great adventure for me and my friends. I highly recommend this hunt to anyone wanting to solve puzzles and have a great time at Christmas In The Park!

My sisters and I, although not the most tech saavy had a blast walking through The Loop learning about places we have walked by over and over... it was early December and there were enough stops to warm up. Definitely will try other hunts in other cities in the future!

This was SO fun! A group of friends and I went out for a date night and did this in Kansas City and had a blast! My sales team and I will be in Cincinnati this week for a corporate training conference and were doing it on the last night were in town! I cant wait!

My friends and I did the scavenger hunt at night. It was fun! The descriptions were easy to understand so you are able to find locations. The individual tasks were easy to do as well.

This was so much fun. Even though I knew the area, we discovered so much more. I would highly recommend this adventure for everyone. We were Team Venture, Cleveland, Ohio.

It was lots of fun. Not ideal for winter in Nebraska or upper states. It was very informative and we learned lots of new things. It will be a better experience to go earlier in the day because some of the places on the hunt closes at like 4 or 5 so you cant go in.

Dynamic Denver BigCityHunt was so fun! My wife and I did this for a fun date during the day in Denver, CO. There were lots of new sights and landmarks we had never seen before. We enjoyed the art pieces and the historical tidbits we learned along the way. We will definitely do this again!

The Tampa Tour was well thought out and showcased the city and its beauty very well. We did this as a family and it definitely got us working together. It was our first time in the city and I believe the best way to get acquainted with it. We all agree- it was a highlight of our vacation and would highly recommend it to others, as well as try it again ourselves.

My girlfriends & I had a great time exploring Scottsdale. Definitely saw sights we would not have otherwise! Only recommendation would be for clarification on whether the hunt is timed other than the challenges.

The hunt was fun to do with my friend, it was exciting to try to do everything quickly and perfectly to try and get the best score. That being said, when we were done we were offered to over DOUBLE our points from doing the actual hunt by writing a review on Google... to me this is absolutely ridiculous. Whats the point of getting a perfect 1300 points on the hunt only to be offered 1750 for writing a review?? It is selfish and misleading of the company to do this, Id wager most of these reviews are by people who want to better their score.At the end of the day the hunt was pretty fun, but was basically just 45min of walking and didnt involve any riddles or any challenges really.

My daughter and I had a blast learning more about Wichita history although we have lived in and around Wichita our whole lives. It was very fun and educational. To pause and look at the history and sights that are all around you. Truly awesome!

We just did the Calgary hunt In the downtown for a birthday party. What a great time. Each person has a role and everyone was contributing to the experience while learning about Calgarys historic past. Since there is no time limits, I recommend talkng in a lunch at many of the fantastic restaurants in the area. Possible the app could add this in the future. Its a great way to talk a guided tour a a family friendly price.

So much fun exploring the city with our group. We are locals and we loved it. We did this as a teen birthday party for my daughters 17th birthday with ten people and two teams. So awesome!

Race took about 1 and a half hours with break in between. Mostly outdoors so bring a jacket if it’s cold. Overall had fun exploring downtown Reno area. Would greatly recommend!

Absolute junk! We downloaded the app and completed all required steps to get activated and connected to each others devices. We arrive in the city so excited to start our hunt to find the app would not load after closing it/restarting phone/trying on other devices - we called their Hotline number which is overseas (an additional expense) and left 2 voicemails, we have sent emails to them and no surprise we have had no phone calls or email responses. I sent screenshots of the loading symbols and app failure and copies of all purchases. We just wanted the problem resolved to one day recommence our hunt, but they have literally scammed us! JUNK!

Spent the afternoon hunting through Riverside during a festival, we had a great time and learned a lot about Riverside. Its an easy walk and took us about an hour and a half to complete. Fun!

Purchased a hunt for Oslo in December. Tried to use it in January. couldnt get it to work and let the company know. Their response was that it was a trial hunt from years ago and not active. So sorry. No follow up communication from the company. If this is a real company, someone needs to communicate with us and set this right. My guess is we will never get a refund or hear from anyone without legal action.

Had a lot of fun exploring D.C. There were a lot of cool places that we stopped at. Directions were very easy to follow. It was nice that we were able to go at our own pace and take time to stop to eat and to go exploring.

The Columbus hunt was great! We saw buildings and learned history of the city in a fun and self-paced way. Well definitely seek this out for other cities!

Our family did this adventure for fathers day and it was a blast! A lot of walking, so I recommend a bike or wagon for kids. But all in all it was a great and educational way to view the city!

Poor Experience - not worth the money - would not recommend. We purchased the Big City Hunt in Seattle for a team of 4 adults. Some of the Trivia questions sent to us during the Hunt were random facts not related to the Seattle area. It would of been nice to get Trivia questions related to Seattles history or just fun facts about the area. The biggest drawback of this experience was the mobile app - not very user friendly and buggy.

I dont know why these a rated so highly. The hints are extremely easy. The tasks are a little weird but arent involved with your surroundings so whats the point of going any where. This could have been really cool but it was a huge dud. Waste of money, even if you did get a groupon for it. Which BTW- also a waste of money to buy enough for more than 1 person to play.

It was great running around the city learning new things. Make sure you have some comfortable shoes and some water.

Once we got the bang of how to use the app - which was by the end of the first clue - it was really a lot of fun! It gets you to look at thing you never have before plus it really gets you around. The challenges were a lot of fun!!!!

Really fun. Did it with my girlfriend and we had a blast together going through part of the city. Seeing the art on the sides of the building was really cool. Do it when it is warm out too btw lol. One of the questions was confusing though.

The premise of the Big City Hunt is interesting and could be really fun. We came out with a great set of selfies. However, we experienced frequent 404 and PHP errors trying to submit photos and answer questions. We had a couple of answers where the correct answer was marked as wrong (we are standing here and we can see what color it is). I also was not a fan of the generic questions that could be answered regardless of what city we are in. It is a scavenger hunt and all elements should relate to the city where you are participating.
