Tried to give them a call in regards to tickets I won, nobody picks up after my call is transferred and they hang up after 45 seconds.

Awful service. You should be ashamed. No giving a refund for the Black Crowes show!!!!!

Jimmy Buffett Alpine Valley was a horrible experience at on July 20th 2019 they overbooked refused people at the gates. My tickets which I purchased I had requested hard tickets so I could pass them out to all my friends nobody was able to get in as the tickets kept saying invalid I had to show my phone for a few of the people that were with me to get them in but the rest of them got separated from the group and were not able to get in to the concert if they have the ticket in hand I dont see what the problem was why offer the tickets to be mailed to your home if you cant use them? Inside the concert there was nowhere to sit and if you got up from the group you were never to be found again people pushing . poor Organization for Alpine Valley will never go back there again or buy tickets through livenation .!!!

I have had increasingly poor experiences, specifically at Tinley Park, and will now be contacting numerous executives at corporate seeking a solution which somehow may satisfy me and will be following up with artists and their management seeking the same. At a time when premium seating and experiences are now running in excess of $1,000 a ticket, and my entertainment expenses exceeding often $30-40-50k annually at said venue, the behavior of minimum wage staff is completely unacceptable towards a sober, reasonable, and well behaved professional who is a customer in the above range, with the most recent experience being told if I wanted to argue a minor matter with a supervisor most likely in their late teens, my tickets of $2,000 would be taken and I would be sent to the lawn, the last event similar because I was standing 1 seat over from my own (1st row tickets).I can assure management, one way or another, I will achieve satisfaction. The behavior of staff worsening each visit and the equivalent of being spit in the face by children.

I’m giving this a 3 cuz the concert was good even tho we missed half cuz traffic was horrible Worst concert experience I’ve ever experienced at Northerly Island Jill Scott concert. How the hell does a Vendor Stand (Tito’s Vodka) run out of of the one thing the stand is Serving, then get attitude when an incentive or something should be offered to accommodate customers since you’re out of Vodka!! The ppl there were a joke, ignorant, and should not be in consumer services!! Asked for a cup of ice told they didn’t have regular cups for ice and another server is literally making a cup of ice for someone this chick looks us dead in the face and says we can’t give u ice even after we were about to purchase something we didn’t even want cuz Y’all out of freakin Tito’s!!! Left that booth with out purchasing to later go to another booth for food and they’re out of fries and sauce for chicken tenders which is the only thing they had at that point!! I’m wondering had this been A Taylor Swift concert would they have the same experience.

I recently purchased tickets for a show at Northerly Island through their web site. After selecting my seats, I was offered VIP parking and VIP Club passes for purchase. I was told repeatedly they were both sold out. Whatever, so we arrive at the Pavilion by taxi walked past the VIP parking and theyre letting people pay to park WTH. Once in the park we go to our seats which are below the VIP club and VIP seating which is empty. After talking to the ramp attendant he says we can upgrade our current tickets and purchase VIP passes for more than originally offered. As the night went on Id say less than 200 people were in there. Im calling BULLSHIT!.

I was very disappointed this year at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park and/or LIve Nation. As always I do an upgrade to VIP seating. IN the past years, this has always included VIP access to the club.This year it was not. The cost would be an additional $70.00 and since this was included in previous years, it is actually even more. We thoroughly enjoyed the total experience as I would take my niece as special times since her cancer is in remission. Now they announced live nation wifi and there is a button to push for service, but this does not enough to justify this cost. I have tickets to see Luke Bryan and may not attend due to this astronomical increase in cost. Extremely disappointed!!!This cost is absurd.

Called for help because there was trouble buying tickets online and the person on the phone was no help and did not listen to what I was asking and hung up. Bad attitude
