The great venue to see a festival or live music. Its right off the highway and very easy to find. Parking can be a bit difficult but as long as you arrive early you should be able to find a spot on the street. Public transportation options are very good here. The blue line takes you within walking distance and there is a metra line there as well. Security is never an issue as the northwest side is much safer than downtown or South side.
Man, this place was beautiful! I saw Nick Cave there last night. The sound was on point and the theater is visually striking. Comfy, padded seats. The rows are a little tight for passing so once youre in, youre in. The parking lot left a bit to be desired but theres plenty available on Milwaukee. It was my first time there and hopefully its not the last.
The place is easy to find since its right on the avenue, there is plenty of parking for their events. Ive come here for different occasions and this last time was for a show. The bar has different drinks to try as well as popcorn pretzels candy bottle water. The lines at the bar can get long but thats probably anywhere you go. There is security in place so its safe. As for the place, the chairs are small and not very comfortable but it didnt bother me. As for the sound and lighting, they both were good and there were no problems with it. Overall its a nice place to come see a show and its usually inexpensive.
My first time there, heard a lovely concert. The interior lighting made it feel like youre in a Greek theatre. Liked it.
Really nice and beautiful place for small concerts. Pretty clean and nice staff. There are 2 bars inside where you can get all kind of polish liquor. Parking available on site. Totally recommended!
Great venue! My first time there, and I didnt have any problems getting there. The interior is really interesting. Looking at the ceiling, it looks like you are outside. The acoustics were great, and I dont think there is a bad seat in the house.
Very beautiful inside. Makes you feel that you are under the sky. The sits are comfortable. Organized very well. Has many parking lots. I love the theater. Visit this place. It is relaxing.
Very interesting place, open bar, strong coffee, strong beer. You can enjoy moves or other entertainment. Seats could be more comfortable, but, just ok. No drama.
I came here for the first time last year as a guest. This small theatre is a good venue for stage proximity and acoustics. It is a charming place, clean and a beautiful decor. Overall, the experience leads its patrons to return for those same reasons. Neighborhood parking makes it accessible and convenient. The performance I attended was a Christmas Program, a wonderful and inspirational one.
Great theatre of all types of events. Great for concerts and any kind of theatrics. The yearly taste of Polonia Fest is a Must go (Labor Day Weekends). A great spot to experience a taste of polish culture.
Nice environment. The theater is a great platform. Sound system is perfect. Blue sky with stars grabbed the attention of my 4 years old. We have been organizing Art and Language Festival here for the last couple years. Friendly and supportive staff. Very convenient commute, right by the highway. Thank you.
We all had a great time. Loved the vintage look of the theater, especially the seats; theyre so comfortable. The drinks are not too expensive. The only think I saw was that we werent greeted by staff unlike other theaters.
Great venue for farmers markets and special events. Wide open area with exposed brick work makes it a very welcoming place.
Good place for small concerts
Beautiful stage, good acoustics, great tasty Polish beer for $8. We went to DDT concert and it was totally AMAIZING :) we had seats in FF row, 1-2 aisle (last row in parter, corner) so these are cheapest! And we had great view! You can fold your seat up (it is quite thick) and you can sit on it, lean to the wall, dance, and nobody is sitting behind you. It is a great feeling to dance and know you are not in anyones way! As for the building - it is very cozy and nice. Greetings from Lithuania! (Photo is enhanced and I was dancing, so sorry for quality)
What a beautiful venue! Saw Bobby Bones a few weeks ago and the place is amazing. Great service from all of the staff. Super friendly and helpful.

Great Moroccan food - love the kabobs and Merguez sausage. Very good bean soup - clean halal meat (great lamb). Recommended
Nice, intimate theater. I wish more shows I was interested in would play here.
This place is too much fun!!!
Christmas market was nice. I wouldve liked more vendors, but we enjoyed ourselves.
Fantastic place, well organized events, good sound. Loads of on site and steet parking.
Attended Cesar Lozano event this day. Place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. No food is sold, but they do have alcoholic beverage, popcorn, and chips available.Price range for beers and drinks from $8-$15.
Absolutely adore the Copernicus Center! Taste of Polonia is one of our favorite fests each year. Good bands, good food, good vendors and great people watching.
Love going for taste of Polonia every labor day weekend. Great food, music, and people. Polish people have big hearts and know how to give you great service.
What an amazingly beautiful venue for pretty much any type of concert. Last night, was my first time there. It was a rock concert, Steve Hackett (from Genesis). Im noting the type of music because it looks like they also have Opera & musicals (usually Polish) & the sound is incredibly clear. Well it was last night. The balcony looks nice. Very nice starry night ceiling & Greco-Roman statues displayed high above on the sides. One of the best venues for the size of this rock concert. Its like a smaller & a lot more beautiful than the Congress Theater.
The place is perfect in size. Any seating will have a good view as the stage is not far from the balcony.
I would give five stars if there was enough parking space
Wow. Great venue for social events & movies. Great night sky ambience inside the theater. Worth visiting. Easy access to public transportation.
The theater is very well kept and clean. The only downside was trying to figure out where my seat was on the main floor. The whole aisle 3 or 4 process was kind of annoying to figure out but the staff were very nice and helpful. They told us the best way to get to our seats and were very polite. Ive been here twice now and would definitely come if any other groups I like play here.
Great venue for cultural events!
Went for a graduation. Nicely ventilated. Beautiful place - the ceiling of the auditorium was starlit. Parking lot is pretty big, and there are always people in the lot to guide you when an event is happening.
Nice place for entertainment. You had a good view of the stage where every you sat.
Have some great concerts this was old genesis guitar player..amazing concert most seats great view and sound too..eat at gale street inn before great food there
A Hidden Gem in Chicago. If someone you like is playing here, its a good place to catch a show!
Great performance and show
It was a nice place. My first time and it wasnt all that bad. I went there for Lea Salongas concert and the feed back of the mic kinda sucked. I think the wires were bad and they couldve fixed it prior to the concert. Overall, it was good.
It has some great ambiance and superb sound
I like this place. Old fashion theater. With some modern attachments. Everything is there. Not the top notch. But is there. ... some problems with parking spaces... definitely...
So much fun, good music and very tasty food .
Wouldnt waste my time again with ahows and fests here
Cool cosy Nice place
Beautiful opera house, historic, nice bar area and lots of parking, some free some not.
Good food.excellent entertainment.will return there next year. great end of summer.
Great room at The Annex. Worked great for the side of our group.
Gorgeous place. This was a Theater back in the day and inside is beautiful. Went there for a bodybuilding show and I was amazed at how was it was maintained.
Seats too cramped, and they allowed drinks in cans and whatever else, so heard more noise of people throwing trash on floor than the solo CONVERSATIONS WITH NICK CAVE concert we came for. They opened up new seats unavailable before, that were same price we paid, an hour or two prior to show? I was given a mic to ask a question, then not chosen, and then denied again next opportunity. Sound was decent, but places it was off. Doubt I go back to this place, as shows here are quite pricey, for cheap experience. $80, but least NICK CAVE signed and posed for the 30 of us who stayed after! I got to ask my question directly. If this is the ONLY place on a tour you can make it, this place will suffice, but expect to be sore, cramped, and maybe a little bitter once leaving???
Keeping Polish culture and heritage alive.
Mariachi concert was amazing. The venue was cozy but some seats need to be fixed. There was a wire pocking my leg, luckily there were other seats I was able to move to.
Theater had good lighting and love how the ceiling looks like a night skyline. There were also ample seats for audience though the stage wasnt that huge or special.
This is where my grandson had his graduation it was a beautiful ceremony and it was peaceful and kind I enjoyed myself that
Great theater that holds many events throughout the year. My favorite event is the Taste of Polonia Festival which includes 4 days of great food, good music, and many other things. The also show many unique movies and performances throughout the year. If you enjoys things like this, I recommend checking this place out.
They do not allow performances past 1030pm. Otherwise a good venue for watching small concerts.
The event itself was great!! But, the downfall was that they advertised it as an event from 8pm -11pm and it actually ended at 10pm. Very misleading and that is/was wrong!!
I would like better if they gave the seniors a break on the price entry .
Great concert and good size.
Nice place for a concert! I had an amazing time!
I went here in late August early September and I loved the music and food of the polish festival that day since my dads girlfriend is a native of Poland and so is her son. I also liked seeing the view of the outside of Northwestern college that I have never been to or saw before.
Great location and parking if you plan ahead.
Was terrible couse Im having presentation to show and there charging parkin $25 how suppose to make business with them. That city its so ambicius and that place to.
Relatively large venue for concerts and events. Drinks and simple cocktails available for purchase. The sound was bot the best.
Here at taste of polonia. Great time
Great place to see a band or a theater spectacle.
Great venue for live concerts!
Good place for any venue
I was here for a concert. I had front row seat... The security crew was horrible! People were just standing in front of the stage but all security did was Sir could you please go back to your seat... for like a good 10 minutes I was just looking at the security
Great small venue to see someone.
Nice theater but no parking
We come to Taste of Polonia every year!
Great theater with great sound...
I love this place and specially Taste of Polonia Festival.
The Copernicus Center is a visually beautiful venue and easy to find. Seats were comfortable. The acoustics for a band like The Monkees Mike and Micky show werent the greatest, however. Id go back for a gentler kind of show.
Awesome place for concerts.
Very nice inside impressive
Beautiful place, location is very convenient and easy to access from I-90, few parking lots around the theater, acoustic is excellent.
Amazing structure!! First time in the theatre in 20 years, beautiful old world craftsmanship!! The lights in the ceiling look like twinkling stars!! Wow!!
Unique... beautiful venue
Great venue! Saw a Beatles cover band and a Rolling Stones cover band. Plenty of parking
This place deserve more than just five stars, deserves a brief WHYIt is very comfortable, and staff very polite.I liked the way they have the interior decorated and very comfy seats.Quick access in and out!Loved it
At the resent concert on March 8, 2019 there were not enough security and total lack of organization. We paid for the front row seats, and that meant nothing because a bunch of people from the back left their seats and stood in front of us by the stage blocking everyone’s view for the duration of the concert. Security tried to send them back to their assigned seats, but quickly gave up. All we could see were backs of people by the stage. Really a shame because the concert was great, but those 50-75 people ruined it for thousand others and security did nothing about it.Attached is the view from my (quite expensive) front seat. Will not come back.
Beautiful venue and friendly staff!
Great place to see a concert. Easy for parking as well.
Nice place but additional restrooms would be good.
Lovely venue for a wedding!
They had 30 people waiting for the tax exemption and we had to figure out who came in and out. everything is unorganized. No sign in sheet .
Old but well kept intimate theater with good acoustics. Full bar, no food. Parking lot & overflow areas or street parking also available.
Great concert venue!
Nice ceremony and pretty place (center)
Not a bad seat in the house.
Its a great place to see a show but the seats could use an upgrade.
