Couldnt be happier with my first experience with Prints Unlimited and the very professional and responsive manager Jill Petillo. She designed a frame and mat for a large--60 x 34 drawing--that didnt break the bank. The final product really exceeded my expectations--and the framing was completed several days earlier than anticipated.

Adulting is when you bring in your own pictures, art work, or even diplomas in for custom framing. My wife and I have used Prints Unlimited for several things we wanted to get framed in the office and around the house. While we did have a prior stint with another local shop down Fullerton, prices seem to be the same when we got quotes for the same piece of art we were looking to get framed... the only difference. The service! The staff at Prints Unlimited is great. Have had two great experiences here. Last year, I brought in a piece of fabric (embroidered with uneven edges) to have custom framed. Jill helped me pick a mat and frame, and it was done in a timely fashion and turned out beautifully. Recently, I also bought a large framed photograph from their selection on-site (they also have books filled with options to order), and I love how it looks on the wall.

About 6 years ago, I wanted to frame a tapestry a friend brought me back from India. I scoured Yelp reviews for somewhere that would be good, but would also work within my budget. I found Prints Unlimited and met with Jill. Ive been going back ever since and always try to work with Jill.Over the years, Ive had about 4, maybe 5 items framed. Jill is always conscious of my budget, but she also is great with recommendations. As someone who has a hard time visualizing the finished product, it helps to work with someone who knows what will look good and who cares that you like the final product. Ive been very happy with each print Ive had framed here and have never felt that my budget prevented me from having something framed well.Ill definitely be back next time I frame something. I highly recommend working with Jill. I recently spoke with Bunny when I picked up my last piece, and she is great as well. Theyre both very wonderful people who truly care about their work and their customers.

We came in here with no idea what sort of frame or color we wanted for a larger art print. Bunny and the rest of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable! Bunny helped us figure out what type of frame and glass and mounting would work best with our print. She helped us try out many different types and colors and worked together with us to keep it within budget. Very reasonable prices here, and the service and turnaround time is amazing. Our finished frame was ready a few days earlier than estimated! Couldnt be happier with this shop or the staff. Thank you so much, especially to you Bunny! :)

This is definitely my new go to place for framing! I wasnt sure what I wanted for 2 very special prints. The undivided attention and creativity of the staff resulted in framed prints that are more beautiful than I could have imagined! I cant wait to bring them more pieces to frame!

I had an amazing experience here. I had the idea of framing a very important picture for my wife for her birthday. Bunny was so patient and helpful with me walking me through the entire process. She was so great to work with and everything couldnt have turned out better! Other places I went I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge of the process. I had the complete opposite feeling here. Ill never go any where else for my framing needs!

I went in not knowing if I was going to be able to get my posters framed because Im a poor man but the young lady behind the counter was able to help me work something out so I can get at least one poster done for now. I enjoyed my time there, the staff there was helpful, overall Im very happy so I am going to get my pictures, posters, and whatever else I can get framed at Prints Unlimited Galleries. I came into Prints Unlimited Galleries in Lincoln Park with five pictures to frame just a few days before a party I was having that weekend. My goal was to have everything framed and ready by the weekend, and the staff at Prints Unlimited went above and beyond to ensure that my order not only came in on time, but that the frames worked with the art itself. Earlier that day, I had gone into Blick thinking Id get a good value on the framing; my belief was that a regular frame shop would have been way out of my budget. After a frustrating experience and getting an extremely high quote at Blick, I stopped at Prints Unlimited Galleries on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable their prices were. On the day I picked up my pictures, I was amazed at how beautiful the framing work came out. John, one of the store managers I believe, even helped me take the stack of frames to my car. Next time I need framing work done, Prints Unlimited Galleries will be the first and last place I stop.
