Wanted to put a face to the names so I flew to Chicago to meet the people I was dealing with. I couldn’t be happier with the attitude and professionalism they displayed. My sales rep came off the road to show me the warehouse and introduced me to everyone, thanks Tony. The owner (Peter) was unloading a big truck with his workers. That’s my kind of people, plus he took me back to the airport. I’m really digging these guys and they are my number 1 from now on. They are growing and continually adding products. As with any small business that’s growing there is room for improvement but these guys are on it and I support the direction they’re headed. Thanks guys!
Everyone is great but if you want the BEST, look for Bill.Their products are pretty much everywhere in the city of Chicago, and surrounding areas.I know for a fact that their warranty issues are handled very well. As long it’s an actual defect or shipping issue, they have your back in some way. But if you have a piece that you broke yourself and think it’s their responsibility to replace it, then you’re on something strong and you better share! Like, no one does that.They aren’t open to the public, but visit stores on occasion (how I interact with Bill). Products are great, inexpensive and pretty similar to stuff you would drop 3 times the $$$$ on. Store I go to is very happy with them and has never had any problems with them. My personal favorite is the Zetlight stuff.

Absolutely horrible. Any issues with your product!?! Get the lube! Worst customer service, sales reps are just as bad. Spend your money elsewhere.
