Amazing Jumping Bean session with my two granddaughters. Halloween glow in the dark surprise today. The staff and facility was Covid ready. Very friendly and caring atmosphere. Love the Disney tunes and will continue making this a Friday morning stop.

The kids had an awesome time and the adults were enjoying themselves immensely. So glad we had my grandsons 4th birthday celebration here. The history wa s great and took great care with serving everyone. Very happy.

Set up by appointment and you have 1 hour of play time. Everything is wiped down and very clean and staff is very diligent with cleaning the balls kids play with. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Had a great time and will definately be going back soon.

Loved jumping, but missed the extras. Ppl were very nice!!

I had more fun than my kids. Only issue--it gets a little crowded and the bigger kids dont pay much attention to the smaller ones which could cause an accident. We would probably go again

Not a bad facility, but patrons should really be required to wear socks on the trampoline. I was appalled at how many people were barefoot which is so unsanitary and makes the trampolines breeding grounds for infections. I would also recommend small children have their own area to jump- it’s harder for the bigger children to not run them over with them running around everywhere.

It is a good place to bring little kids to work off some energy, but not great for older kids. It is very crowded so you constantly have to avoid jumping on small kids. But for a family with smaller children its a great place to spend an afternoon.

Nice place to take the kids, the people infront sometimes is a little rude or they dont know what theyre doing, a little expensive like $10/ person even if they dont jump, but if you jump is well worth it

Lots of fun with the kids. Jumping area is well supervised. Watched the staff correct a few kids who werent acting safely and once got a parent for a kid who wouldnt listen. I appreciate the safety first attitude

Great place to take the kids and wear them out! My 10 year old met with some friends here for a quick little birthday party and the general manager was wonderful in accommodating our small group and all the questions I had. Highly recommend this place for kids!

I LOVE JUMP

So fun. Went on a weekday for a birthday and we had so much fun.

Girls loved it not what I expected it was expensive for only one hour per person was $13.00, I thought it would be more to do n longer time.

This place was WAY more fun than Bounce & Play, I was able to basically set all my kids loose inside, see them no matter where they went, and not worry about them being in the wrong area. My 3 year old was able to play on everything like the big kids instead of being stuck in some boring toddler room. The foam pit is absolutely AMAZING. My whole entire family, including my 19 month old jumped right on in! This place is a fantastic place to burn energy! And its safe!

Its a great place. The only thing I dont really understand is why the ropes course isnt available to smaller kids with supervision. There are plenty of playgrounds that are designed for toddlers that are considered riskier. A policy change would be great, or a lower admission price for toddlers. Thanks.

Wish the attendants were more aware of the older kids behavior. Lots of picking on the smaller kids, especially in the dodge ball pit. Other than that, its a good way to get kids moving and give them something to do for an hour or two.

This place is just too much fun. My kids always enjoy their time here. The staff is always friendly. This is a great way to get my kids away from their devices and get some exercise. I highly recommend this place for kids of any age.

The place is clean but was understaffed on a Saturday and was unable to use the obstacle course. Fun (small) arcade and the foam is extra loose in the pit making it a legit challenge to escape.Rules are loose with flips and such which is great! Gainer!!

Love it been there 3 times

I went there with friends. We had a great time jumping on the trampoline for an hour it was fun, they even have other fun obstacles to try out. Was really great

This place is fun. The kids like to jump around. Seems like the 1/2 hour is more than enough for them. Make reservations and fill out the paperwork before you get there online.

Trampolines were super small, easy to get hurt on! They charged adult price for our 3 year old girl. Played a lot of music with a lot of cursing. Staff was not friendly or helpful

The staff was super nice and helpful with the childrens birthday we were attending. The kids jumped all over the place and even the parents had a chance to play.The party room was setup nicely and everything was clean.We will definitely be back.

Very good place. But the server at the service desk is too bad, three people are chatting. Very impatient to ask for the name and related information. Very cold attitude, very disappointed.

Good place to take your kids or for a birthday

Went for a birthday party and the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and had a crappy attitude when I was trying to tell him the reservation of the persons name, then our wavier that was done online was non existing supposedly and he gave me a whole attitude about trying to sign a new one, if you don’t like your job find a new one

Great place to take the kids. A lot of active staff presence keep things from getting out of hand. Facility and equipment is kept clean and in good repair. Variety of trampoline layouts provide a lot of choices so kids dont get bored. Ninja course is an added bonus - challenging enough to not be boring, but not so tough that young kids cant enjoy it too.

Not a bad experience most of the staff seems attentive while the staff in the foam room seem more interested in playing on their phone

I know my opinion isnt popular, but the music selection is TRASH. It is not acceptable for 13 out of 15 songs, in just a 1-hour window, to be about casual sex. Also, the staff of 5 teenage boys had just as much fun as most of the kids - while staring, smirking, and drooling over some of the female jumpers. A very low-class joint, if you ask me!

I brought my special needs students to Jump for a field trip. This is our third visit. The staff is amazing with accommodating all of my students needs. The kids always have an amazing time and ask when we can go back. Thanks again for giving my students an unforgettable trip.

Great place to burn energy with the kids

Rent for the first time with a birthday party group. It was awesome! Plenty of room to spread out! Lots of places for parents to observe. Friendly accommodating atmosphere! Great place for kids when the weather is yucky.

I had previously rated this as a 4 star establishment. We usually have had a good experience there in the past, however, our visit on 4/28/2019 was less than satisfactory. The staff member that checked us in had the personality of a turnip. The other 5 five staff members were found between the two jump rooms gossiping with minimal monitoring of the jumpers. Finding a staff member to run the ninja ropes course was met with inattentiveness from the front desk staff and an Uh, I guess so from the floor staff. The place was filthy with trash and empty water/Gatorade bottles everywhere. As far as I am concerned this will be our last visit to Jump. For a much better, higher class experience I would recommend the Valley Jump Park in Penn Laird near Harrisonburg.

Great place to wear your kids out! My experience with management today was wonderful. The staff is always friendly when we go there. Charlottesville is lucky to have such a fun place for kids to go. Book and pay online first to reserve a spot before they are gone. Be prepared to sign a waiver before jumping.

This was an awesome place for kids it was a little expensive per se, but worth the money for the kids! The only thing I would like to comment on is there staff I believe was a little too young and they were not paying attention so that should be something they need to work on when choosing staff slash shop rooms because they were not trying to make the facility a safe place for the children

It lacks activitys but it has square jump pads and a foam pit and a jumping thing you see in swimmings sports and a ninja warrior course (need tennis shoes)

Its only OK because they would make a roaring trade if they had a coffee shop for those not bouncing or having to watch the kids! The kids love this place.

Very fun experience and most all workers are kind and helpful. But We had a terrible experience with the front desk who were not very knowlagable on the rules. We came at 5 for a 5:30 jump and didn’t even walk in until 5:50 because he needed to ask 5 people before speaking with a manager. We wanted to have two people not jump and just sit with a baby and he said no at first... he was very rude and made himself seem to be better because he was a worker... his personality was not one to have at the front or working around children and young parents. We had been to this place 3 times this week and had a fun time that we wanted to keep coming back but after an experience with this guy we will not be coming back.

Kids loved it. Great place to get them moving with enthusiasm. This was a good workout too if you jump continuously. Price is fair too!Its as easy as walking in, signing a waiver on the computer, take off your shoes, and jump until they tell you to stop!

Jump is a very fun place for Kids, Teenagers, and Adults they have a very Neat, Clean, and Tidy place and they have multiple things to choose from I highly recommend going to Jump.

A bit disappointing, no 3 and under section, or little section, little guy was knocked over multiple times even with me trying to watch out for him. Hit in the head at dodge ball area. Ninja course was only for older and taller kids even my 5 year old could not go on it.Our jump experience back home in WA has small section, everything is open to everyone.All employees hanging out in one corner and music not the best choice for younger kids.

Buy the socks they try to sell you. I thought I was being smart. No. Buy. The. Socks. You will slip and fall because your awful socks arent meant to collide your entire body weight into a slippery tarp at the speed of gravity. You will slip and fall unless youre somehow supernaturally coordinated, or unless you want to carefully step between the each trampoline square. Otherwise, its fun, but the cube foam pit is the most impossible thing Ive done in 2018.

Great fun for kids of all ages! We went here with a group of adults (ages40 and over) and had a blast!

Massive fun at an affordable price!This place is pretty fun. Adults can jump as well (weight limit 300 lbs) but my experience has been mixed for myself. Son loves the place.There is a Ninja Warrior like course. The foam pit, dodgeball area, and basketball hoops are all over trampolines.Some of the more structured areas (dodgeball, Ninja Warrior course) could be better run by staff members. I’ve seen the staff members group up and be on their phones while they should be watching over the kids to make sure they are playing safely or refereeing the dodgeball area. The kids don’t seem to mind the lack of structure though.

Trampolines as far as the eye can see!! This place is awesome. Great for kids and adults both. Just be sure to bring the appropriate clothing and prepare to sweat!! Can get a bit crowded at times, but the enormous size helps keep the smaller kids safe. The foam pit is fun and the obstacle course is a nice addition.

The kids love it. The staff are not very enthusiastic and the observation area where most of the parents sit and wait, is a huge missed opportunity. It feels like a dugout, and is as cv lean and comfortable as the metro station. I expected a little more for the price.

Took the kids for an hour. Music was demeaning to women, sexual content. Employees were upset following my complaint. I was embarassed that my kids heard such filth, and in a popular childrens entertainment place. Disgraceful!

Children had a lot of fun. Time goes really fast. No food or drinks except for water at fountain.

A little disappointed. We drove an hour and paid to jump an hour. At 30 min. We were told that they sold tickets to us by mistake. The manager did refund half the time and give the kids tokens but they were not happy

FUN place with trampoline jumps but be careful of your fitness. Ive seen my own friend got his knee injured while jumping. I heard lot of other cases of injuries.

I absolutely love jump. It is a great place to go with family or friends. From the foam pit to dodgeball, I never found myself getting bored. Be careful of when you choose to go, for teens/adults it can be frusterrating having little ones junping everywhere.

Kids had a blast, place was clean and staff very friendly......I only gave 2 stars because the entire hour we were there with about 30 other kids, most under 12, the music that was playing was inappropriate for young listeners, most had sexual content....very disheartening because the kids really did have fun, will have to rethink a return trip.

I hadnt been on a trampoline in years. Start giggling like a little girl! What joy! I recommend an hour long jump as it seems to be just the right amount of time. They also have an obstacle course THAT YOU NEED TENNIS SHOES. Just so you know. Have fun!
