Was not happy and will never return back.lady was kind at first then went crazy and told me to leave after i wouldnt have sec with her brother to stay there

These people here are not fair. I am new to Charlotte and informed their front counter person that I had only been in the city 3 months, I was working 2 jobs and had the money to move in and needed to move asap. after taking my application fee and telling me they would have something available in a couple of weeks they then turned around and told me I couldnt move in til Ive been on my job 6 mos, with no guarantee if they would have anything and would not refund my application fee. her only excuse was, she s 72 years old and sometimes makes mistakes! really!!!!

Entry & exit points as well as parking lot are torn up & full of potholes that are never fixed & can easily damage a vehicle
