I have friends that live there

I was just denied due to my “record”. I’m a licensed firearm carrier, no felonies, so I asked what was on my record to get me denied. No answer. The so called main office hides there number and location so it’s no way to ask to source. I was denied due to racial profiling not my record. If a company seeks a background check for you BY LAW if you ask for a copy they have to comply and give you the copy they received and saw. No answer, no complying with me. Inexcusable. No one is above the law. I will be reporting this property to the BBB. For not complying with me and handing over my records and explaining. They couldn’t, cause there is nothing. Hence, racial profiling. If you are black, don’t waste your time. Move on. This place will go under soon. Bigotry is disgusting. This is allowed (pics from there parks) but a hard working family man is denied and they try a bs escape route. Wow! Pot holes will destroy your vehicle! Cant get escape them! Manager spies on tenants, (Can tell you IF youve had Any visitors to what days you might not come Home!). Dont expect much from this trailer park.
