They had a small and nice photography exhibition from some very talented photographers.

This is the best keep secret in Charlotte. I recommend a visit, highly.

I took one of the Light Factorys classes, and it was well worth it. The level of instruction was top notch and I got more out of this class than I have from others around town. Thanks to the Light Factory, and I look forward to the next class.

This place is like my second home, the community there is amazing. They actually havent moved in a while, despite what some angry people may say. Everyone there is lovely and will help you with anything you need. The art they display is very interesting. Right now they have a collection up from Davidson College, I encourage you to go see it.

Went to this location for a event. It was very spacious and in a good location. Would host a event here myself.

Ive been a huge fan of this place for the last 15 years.Amazing exhibits by real heavy hitters national and international--but they still make room for an annual show of their members work (which contains a lot of great local work) and the occasional short run student show.As a photographer, Ive really enjoyed the classes and workshops. They have a wide variety--from beginner classes with basic dSLR to traditional darkroom and alt processing.

Very nice place to visit. Beautiful gallery in a nice part of town.

What a waste of effort. This place keeps having to move from lack of support. Duh!! Get a clue! Could it be....the art they choose to exhibit?! Well yeah! They need to get out of their smugness and get serious. I know a great art collector who could curate fantastic photo exhibits. But...hes not in their smug circle.
