I went last night to this store and I felt a bit awkward just before entering, but all that just disappeared when I put a foot inside. The 2 people working there are great! Excellent customer service, they answered every question and gave me great recommendations, thanks for your help!Prices are good, they have a big variety of merchandise and I dont have any problem with the bags policy, I understand it and appreciate it. Ill be coming back with my husband!

This place is amazing!! Adam and Eve can’t hold a candle to just for pleasure. The assortment is great for a first timer (me) or someone else. The help from the girls was top notch and they treat you like family and will direct you in the right place. I highly highly recommend this place. They beat all prices and have FAR better products than anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back !

Very knowledgeable of the products. The two gentleman that helped my friend and I were very professional and knew a lot. I was nervous walking in and seeing two men, but they didn’t judge at all. I felt more comfortable there than I have anywhere. I will definitely be back. Very inexpensive and such a variety to chose from. They even showed me how to work the products and recommended certain ones I was looking for. A+ service. They even put batteries in the products and told me about certain warranties. Best store ever!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in the store when a previous reviewer came in and confronted the staff about their no bag policy. The gentleman came in on the offensive and clearly wanted the woman to make an exception for him and his female guest by allowing her to bring the bag inside. Signage is clearly posted outside of the entrance. The woman working handled the situation very professionally. She remained calm despite his aggressive behavior and explained that this policy is in place for the safety of both employees and guests. The couple left and quickly wrote a negative review. As a customer and a female, i appreciate how this situation was handled. I am more likely to return for this reason.

My husband and I visited the Old Pineville Rd location and was very impressed with the variety of merchandise, price of the merchandise and the excellent customer service. It is required that customers put all handbags in a locker or behind the counter while shopping which I had no issue with.I personally felt more relaxed and comfortable at this business because the female employee encouraged me to view the display’s they had available to help me determine what we were looking for. She was very friendly and helpful. When checking out the male employee educated us on our merchandise and was very friendly. I definitely recommend for couples and we plan on going back!

This place is amazing the staff and the owner are so nice and helpful. Usually going to these type of places can be awkward but they were so welcoming and knowledgeable!

I would highly recommend justforpleasure to anyone looking for adult things. I went in not knowing what I wanted, just wanted to plan an anniversary surprise for my honey. I was so impressed with the service I received that I will return and refer this business. I dont remember her name, but I know shes the owners niece. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and discrete when dealing with each individual. She showed adequate attention to each customer but not pressuring anyone to purchase anything. A few customers seem to be frequent customers and she addressed them and thanked them for always being loyal!! If youre looking for a professional adult store with a variety of items please check this place out..you wont regret it. Excellent Customer service.

Great place!!!! The staff was super friendly. I was there for the couple that complained about not being able to bring their bag in. The sign is clearly posted on the door before you come in. It is a fair and understandable policy and had nothing to do with profiling!!! Please support them. I genuinely enjoyed shopping there and the prices are really great compared to other places!!!

Two very nice ladies in the store. They gave great information about how things work, and what works best. They are far better then Adam and Eve store in charlotte. Rather go here now happy I found this place. And affordable prices.

First time going to this store and from the moment I walked it the guy there Had great customer service skills! He was amazing! Answered all my questions, gave me great recommendations, gave me his opinion without being pushy, I was only in the store for about 30-ish minutes but my list of having a great experience could go on and on. I can’t wait to take my husband back with me next time.

It is most unfortunate when you walk in a shop to spend your money that they automatically assume that all of their customers are thieves. They are not located in the best of neighborhoods to begin with, and they want you to check your bag behind their counter or leave it in your vehicle. How are we to know that this isnt a byproduct of them having larcenous motives themselves? I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Pretty nice place friendly staff even if they do watch you pretty good which I understand. Great selection of mens toys unlike other places. Prices are really fair and not super jacked up like other places as well.

I always feel very comfortable when shopping here for products. They never judge, Or get weird looks. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to this industry and they have been able to answer all my questions every time I come in. Definitely love coming here

This store is so well stocked and the staff is so knowledgeable! And the two ladies that are often there when I pop in daytimes are incredible sweet and personable. No creep factor at all and they have excellent prices. Really appreciate this store!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in an adult store!! I have heard nothing but good things about this place but apparently I was wrong. I taken my wife here looking to spend on good quality products and have a great time. Instead we were greated with you either need to check your purse or bag in at the counter or leave it in your car. My wife had walked in with a small clutch smaller then 10 inches long and was instantly bombarded with we have people run in with big bags and try to make stuff and run out, if it makes you feel better the owner is here and watching the cameras and in that instant my wife and i were immediately turned off about the store and the things we had heard about it! It seemed the woman is intentionally profiling people. This store and the staff need to learn better customer service. Doesnt matter if you sell golf balls or adult items! I will never step foot in this store and will never recommend this store to anyone who asks. Absolute trash!!

I learn something new every time I visit. The owner, Lavanna, is the easiest person in the world to talk to about anything Ive struggled with, felt embarrassed by or wanted to know more about. Her staff is knowledgeable too. They treat questions professionally and with empathy. Nothing sleazy about this store or its products which by the way are competitively priced. I saw a page online from a home party catalogue for The Satisfier and the Just For Pleasre price is almost $20 lower. BTW, The Satisfier earns its name and should get its own 5 Star review. (Note to the guys: dont fear womens toys. Theyll never replace you. You can count on them to effectively and consistently warm up the engine.) JFP takes special orders but theres so much product packed into that store, Ive never left empty-handed. I HIGHLY recommend checking out Just For Pleasre. Either location. I dont think theres a question or fantasy they cant help you with. Their goal is truly to increase the pleasure in your life.

Nervous at first, but once I started looking around very comfortable. I believe the owner was manning the shop at the time and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Wish we had one where I lived.

This used to be my favorite place for my go-to adult toys. The customer service was great, and there was an amazingly helpful woman who worked there. This time, when I went, some larger, older guy with a rat tail didnt even say How are you doing today? When I walked in through the door and was blasting South Park off his phone. Not even sure he noticed I walked in. I also noticed the quality of the items there arent really what they used to be.

Visited the store recently to buy my first toy in person the owner was very helpful could see I was distressed and knew exactly what to do to lighten the mood, I walked in nervous and left with a smile, very good selection I would recommend them over Adam and eve as they have more selection of toys and products then Adam and eve thought about having in store. I am a crossdresser and beginner to the back door toys she was very helpful of providing a product that would meet my needs and had me laughing at the thought of what she showed me first to take the edge off. I recently visited this store after work & by my surprise the energy felt all wrong to me. The owner older lady came from the back with an attitude frowning at me like wasnt suppose to be there I sensed racism like I was being jjudged for no reason. Im always smiling with nothing but joy in my heart regardless of how this crazy world is. I will never shop at this store again & suggest to anyone else not to as well God Bless!!!
