Teachers on the Estruary Workshop through NOAA, SC Sea Grant, and SC DNR NERR was a wonderful learning experience and a great venue!

My daughter, Caleigh, & her classmates enjoyed learning about the environment & the various different species of animals within our community. They especially enjoyed dissecting the squid!

Great field trip for my childs elementary school class! DNR was very good with the kids. They taught about the marsh ecosystem, sea turtles and the many hazards for them from hatchlings to adults. They also had the kids paint by fish printing (gyotaku). We had our lunches right by the water enjoying the harbor breezes and a super view. Id go again if given the chance.

Great location close to the highway and not close to the interstate access.

Great kid friendly place

Fabulous instructor and absolutely gorgeous Charleston county park. The trails are well marked there are benches to sit and wildlife all around.

It was a great experience for the kids to learn about marine biology with hands on touching the fishes activities definitely an experience to remember

Extremely fast service when I went

Beautiful, historic natural area. Worth the drive out there.
