Easy to visit, congenial, not at all pretentious. Par 66 course is well maintained and moderately priced. We intend to return next year.

I literally travelled the east valley for six months researching all the 55 and older communities and visited Sunbird half a dozen times. I found that Sunbird met all my needs and most all my wants. Sunbird is my primary home.

Awesome place, friendly people, great restaurant, and really nice golf course.

Its has everything for your entainment, low taxes and HOA fees. Very friendly.
