Small but very clean not handicapped accessible in our room. Nicely decorated
Good service and good place to staid
We stayed here a few yrs ago. We really had a nice time in Arizona. The condo is pretty big with all the supplies you need. Not a fancy resort of course but a condo for a starter place or great for retirees. Pool is nice. Haven’t seen new barbeque. Neighbors seem to be very nice. One neighbor was cooking w the barbeque & brought over a phenomenal meal @ the Pool!!We took the girls to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Rawhide(very fun) just to name a few. After a long day we relaxed @ the pool. All in all was a great vacay!! ️
If youre looking for a quiet neighborhood not far from Phoenix, this is the place. There is a pool and spa and washer/dryer in the units. The units are updated but with lower end products. It was clean and came with a fairly well stocked kitchen. Bring your own bathroom essentials because they dont provide them like hotels or upper end timeshares.
Nice accommodations good set up inside. Very nice pool area but not the easiest place to get out of unless you actually live there or own something there. You have a cold to get in and be in a vehicle to set off sensors to be able to get out if you are on foot trying to get out youre kind of at the mercy of someone on the outside unless you have one of the special remote controls was a little embarrassing
The condo is huge. The only downsides are that the tub in this particular unit drains VERY slowly, and there are no plates to eat off of. They included everything to clean with as well as enough towels for 3 weeks! The office staff was super nice when I spoke to them. I havent had the condo cleaned yet, and I dont plan to until I leave.
Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable rooms. Great parking. Safe location.
This is our 2nd destination with RAVC and our condo is amazing!
Was fun and I did a vacation and I felt like a real Aloha Royal person and I was in a club with vacations.
Very good location and very comfortable well equipped accommodations
Great location with respect to restaurants and shopping.
Cool decor. Comfy beds. Kind of weird smells.
Love the new BBQ and as always the pool and hot tub are #1
This was our first time at RAVC Butterfield Park in Chandler. We were given townhome 111 which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The amenities arent spectacular, not a resort by any means, but there is a heated pool and hot tub. The condo itself has had many updated, upgraded bathroom cabinets, solid surface countertops, a stack full size washer/dryer front loaders. We have new carpeting, and the dining room table is substantial, made of wood, bar stools at the kitchen counter. The start up products provided by the manager were wonderful, plenty of soap, paper towels, garbage bags, even bottled water and plenty of clean towels. The neighborhood is residential, but very close to many things around, and easy to get to just about anywhere. RAVC owns only 19 units in this 80 unit complex, so some people live here, but we have had a truly enjoyable time. Patti Clarke, the manager was very helpful during orientation, and quick to respond with any maintenance issues we might have. The showers are very nice, new fixtures in both bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this place for families who are in town to sign see and visit friends and family. If you are looking for a 5 star resort, you should stay in a fancy hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here. We have been members of RAVC since 1981 and this was our first, but definitely not our last visit here. Thank you
Nice, clean and secure. Manager Patti knows her stuff.
Very nice
Good
Positive in all areas
Disgusting, nasty, horrible, pretty much sums it up
Quiet, centrally located, well maintained
The internet connectivity is not good.
Office attendant was very rude and prejudice dont recommend anyone,to rent from here
Nice place, easy to get to and the rooms are clean and comfy
I have stayed in a lot of condos and hotel rooms and this place is just old and needs a major overhaul. I wouldnt recommend it, there are a lot of good options in the Phoenix area and this isnt one of them.
