We have experience with Escape Rooms so we thought wed be able to handle this one. We were wrong. Our room was extremely challenging, fun and well worth our time and money. Definitely going back soon in hopes of getting further along in the challenge.

This was my first Escape room and it was FANTASTIC! Granted, we did not solve the room, but we had a blast. The staff is very cordial and their room design is amazing. I highly recommend you stop by this room for an absolute fun time, even if you dont solve all of it.

Ive seen a lot of people in here that didnt like a mixed group. There was an option to book a private room. We only had 3 in our party and I think too many more and it wouldve been cramped. Overall, a great experience. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I felt like I was in the story. Im looking forward to trying again.

This was my first time attending an escape room. The group I went with was rather large and consisted of both beginners and seasoned escape room attendees. We very much appreciated the welcome, back story, and the explanation of how it would work as it is obviously different at each location. We enjoyed the difficulty level and the timing of the clues that were given. The props in the room are set up VERY WELL and everything coordinates together - the special effects are absolutely AWESOME!!! I cant wait to go to their next set up as I know theyve set the bar so HIGH for other escape rooms to live up to!!! HIGHLY Recommend for all ages and levels of visitors.

My son did this with seven of his friends for his birthday. They had a blast! I would recommend this place highly for a fun evening out or even a team building experience.

Brought brother-in-law and family for his birthday! We almost made it, but were stymied by the exit puzzle! Enormous fun, cant wait for their next puzzle room. Highly recommend you check it out, but be prepared for a challenge!

Setup was nice, yet the game play and clues in the room were subpar. The game is too controlled by the person working compared to many others I have done. We completed 3 tasks that we had to repeat after performong currectly. The Gettysburg escape room was way better that gave you more control as well being able to discover items out of turn to a certain point. Even at the end the girl running it told us the fishing rods were missing a price tag needed to figure the final calculation. The items needed for the one lock were not even relatable unless they had something to do with the victims we missed. Not a very well thought out mystery. Was very dissappointed after ready the reviews. Most likely will not return. It was a Chinese sweatshop inside there with no air! I get it may not be perfect in real life but when im paying $200 there better be air in that place.

Extremely fun, great environment, and a perfect night out. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to do it again!

We had so much fun ...it was something different to do and challenging. I love solving puzzles. Very creative! Plus it was fun to do this with friends!

This was my first time in an escape room and I must say, it was pretty awesome! Thank you to the staff, they were super sweet! Sorry I was the jumpy scardy cat! Haha!

Cool place but was locked when we arrived for out no one attending desk at our scheduled time we did arrive a little early I had to call... Place not well lit from outside..but the game play part was great once we got in and started

Love the concept, but there were too many clues to find to move to the next room. Also did not enjoy having people added to our group after we started. The room was small and 4 people could work comfortably but when 3 more were dumped in the room was claustrophobic.

This was my first escape room experience. Wow! What a fun time it was. The hour went by so fast and it was a complete adrenaline rush! Ive seen pictures of other escape rooms and literally nothing compares to the attention to detail in the Steel Key Escape Room. Job well done! Cant wait for the next one!

This was my first escape room and it was a great experience! The puzzles were challenging and the rooms were so detailed that it felt like you were really at the crime scene looking for clues. Cant wait to go again!

It was soooo fun! The clues were hard to figure out but the 5 of us tried are hardest...58 seconds left. We got out but with clues from the staff. The time flew because we were having a blast!

This 1st time event was not a FUN experience to say the least! Our party consisted of x4 Adults (mid 50s). We were sent in the room with x6 pre teens (10-13 year olds) who were everywhere in the room, and took over the whole experience. There was NO Consideration given from the business to send in this mix match age group! They should of known one group was not going to enjoy the experience that they paid for and have FUN for the $25.00 a piece cost!!! The adult that was supervising the six teens did not even go in the room... In closing, we paid $100 to babysit! When we came out and mentioned to the person working that evening how dissatisfied we were, she looked at us, like all well. Very sad!!!

What an awesome time! This escape room was done unlike any I have ever tried! Super challenging and so worth it! I would recommend this escape room to the newbie or the expert. Dont pass this up!

Very challenging escape room, but lots of fun!!!
