Me & My Family had a Blast Here!! The Staff was Young but very Sweet & Helpful.They have a Huge Variety of Games & Activities that kept my 11yr olds Interested & Occupied for Over 2 hours. Very Decent Prices for Everything as well. We All cant wait to Come Back!! Only Suggestion I have is to put the Age & Height Requirement for Go-Kart Racing Track up on your Main Website Page....kiddos were Understandably disappointed when they werent able to drive the Go Karts because they were the main reason we came!

What a lovely place to spend time with the family and have fun. It offers so much for everyone and its just lovely with easy going staff.

I liked it better than a family center we went to yesterday. The go karts were fun and the boardwalk fries were good. Not to flex, but I am the undefeated air hockey champ

Decent mini golf course, unfortunately none of the lakes or fountains were running. They also have a cute inside area with an arcade, snack bar, playground, and a few other things too. Plus they also have a go kart track too

I love this arcade. We can have a nice family day without paying an arm and a leg. And the kid gets decent prizes. Plus they still give you tokens. I dont know why this excites me so much but it does. Lol

They got 2 stars only cause the staff was very friendly. Every thing seemed outdated. The miniture golf was far to expensive to play for the greens to be peeled up. It seemed there was no maintenance at all. We wont go back way to over priced for what your getting.

Cluggys Amusement Center was a great time. I never laughed so hard as I was watching the batting cage. The games are great. I never made it outside to ride the go carts or mini golf because of the rain. Theres so much to do inside. The kids area was huge, you can really loose a kid in those tunnels! All in all a great place to spend a day. The prices were reasonable compared to the Stevens City complex down interstate 81.

Fun place to take the kids. With all the things to do it keeps them busy for a while. Decent prizes at prize counter.They had a few different party areas also.Only reason for 4 stars is the cost of games. Most games were $1, they do have quite a few.50 games but they don’t give out a bunch of tickets... that being said- we will go again. Nice place

Great place for kids of all ages! They have huge tunnels, bouncy house, small ball pit for younger children, batting cages, Go-Karts, and arcade games for all ages! My kids love going here to play. Great for birthday parties also!

I was there today with my 6 yr old grandson. The young man who was working at the ticket counter was the nicest most patient with my grandson. Everybody knows how long it takes little children to pick out their prizes but this young man was great.

Manager was vary polite to the hole party and took good care of use while there. Would recommend to anyone. Great place cant wait till they get bigger.

Go karts CLOSED. WATERFALL was OFF! Fountains throughout the Mini Golf course we’re NOT WORKING!! Don’t advertise these amenities if you are NOT going to supply them! October 1, 2019. Temp outside was mid 80s or higher! Not like the water was going to freeze! Won’t be back. Will spend our monies elsewhere

We had a party yesterday never again....the boy stopped food at 8 and made her start cleaning we was still trying to play worse time ever it was at 5:30 i text the Facebook and she was to get back to me but never did

We had an amazing experience last year for my son and daughters Birthday! Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Actually booking another party as we speak!

Good place for a childrens party or a family rainy day. There is a bouncy house and a structure with tunnels and slides to climb in. There are batting cages and a small bowling game. There are arcade games. In warm weather, there are go carts and miniature golf.My only complaint is that some of the arcade games have the look and feel of gambling machines in a casino. I took a star off for that.The party setup is good, with a well defined area for each party group. Prices for party packages are reasonable.Staff are helpful and committed to making sure your group has a good time. This is our first choice for a birthday party venue.

Good for family fun or for small groups with a variety of activities to choose from. Prices are reasonable staff is adequate but not that personable. A few things are outdated or in need of minor repair but very nice upgrades to the miniature golf. The entrance is around back and a little difficult to find.

The boy that was working this morning was so Rude To my mom and Then you need to be open longer then 9 we came back to do Mini golf at 9 and they had done closes It i like to do things when my kids are sleeping

My family really enjoys Cluggys, we treat the kids every so often and visit more in the winter months. Only downfall is it can get a little pricey, no reason for some of the games to cost $1 or even $2 to play. A fair price of 2 tokens per game. Was just there recently and lost about $5 due to the games take your money but do not work.

My kids love it here. More playing the games for tickets than the play thing but they like that too

Love Cluggys for the entertainment value for the kids. During the spring, summer and fall, there are more things to do for the adults. Go carts, mini golf and outdoor laser tag. Birthday parties are very reasonably priced. My kid always has a great time there.

If you enjoy arcades, go karts, batting cages, and amazing food then Cluggys is where its at! Great place to bring the kids, handicap accessible. The food here is delicious. And the staff are amazing! They make your experience wonderful.

I love this place! Before I never went inside because i enjoyed the outdoor activities they have in the summertime. Well now that it is cold, I decided to check out the inside and its so much better! My boyfriend and myself come here for our dates and even our 2 little girls occasionally. They have an awesome jungle gym for the kids and Im jealous. I even like the food... Allot actually. The fries though.. The staff really just pulls it all together though. Theyre so friendly there and patient with kids all the time. Even when theyre busy they look like they enjoy serving their customers and that I enjoyed as well. Id like to give a thanks to Irvin, Conner, and Cory for being so kind every time our family every time we go! Definitely recommended.

My four year old son, ten year old daughter and myself had so much fun here. Super cheap for a wrairband for bounce house and tunnels. They have deals in arcade tokens as well. I really feel like they are decently priced on everything but food and drink. Employees arentop morch as well.

Batting cages need fixing! 1/8 make it across the plate. They give extra tokens when it doesn’t work that great. It’s would be great if they fix them so we don’t have to travel to better ones

Cheap fun place to take the kids. Tunnels are a lot of fun that go up high and have 3slides( I think) connected to it. Their is a mini ball put for little tiny ones. A bounce house. Tons of arcade games for all ages. Food is pretty good too! Way better than chuck e cheese in my opinion

Their mini golf could use some updating. Laser tag was reasonable at $7 each for 30 minutes. Go cart track was a little on the small side but they are working with what they got. Batting cages inside with arcade games

This is a fun place to take the kids. Wish they had better food options, its all junk food. There is a good number of games, but perhaps they should rotate more.

Second year we chose this location for my sons birthday. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Well had plenty of room for adults and children. Highly recommended for parties!

OMG!!! This place was SOOOO great!!! I held a party here and the people that worked here just made this normally stressful event completely stress-free!!! They took care of EVERYTHING, and they were so extremely nice, and so extremely helpful, and just absolutely wonderful! And all the kids (we had an age range from 18 months to 18 years and everything in between) had a great time!!!! All of them, toddlers to teens there was something there for everyone! Highly, highly recommend!!! Plus the price was AMAZING!!! Shout out to the ladies that work there that made our event so awesome!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Huge jungle gym / tunnel area for kids to tire themselves out on with slides and a little ball pit for the toddlers. Lots of new and old arcade games good variety. Decent snack bar. Also batting cages, go carts, mini golf and laser tag. The kids will knock out easy and early after a few hours spent here. Get mom and dad some well needed alone time

Alot of stuff to do between the games and batting cages and go carts theres plenty for the family to do.

Amazing price, food was ok, but the experience was the best part, with go karts and mini golf the batting cages, then theres a bouncy house and jungle gym with ball pit. A huge variety of arcade games, that give a generous amount of tickets to buy prizes. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Will definitely be returning. Well worth the money..

The best arcade ever it has bowling go karts mini golf things for little kids they even have a batting area plus there prizes dont just take your tickets like chuck e cheese it is also cheaper

Me and some other guys went here to hit in the batting cage and it wasnt the most efficient but it only cost 5$ for 15 balls.

That place has really gone down hill. Every game is atleast a dollar to play. And they dont have any of the new games there.

Loved it!! We spent $10 3 hours and got almost 1000 tickets!! Awesome up to date prizes!! Will be going back for the bounce house and tubes and tunnels!! My 10 year old had a blast as well as myself!!

Would rate lower but cant. Had a birthday party there and signed up for laser tag but nothing worked, it would have been nice if they let us know ahead of time and the employee was dragging his feet and didnt know how to handle a party of kids. Then because the laser tag didnt work they offered to let us go kart. Very nice except the employee let twelve ten year olds ram into the track all at once. He could have let a few onto the track at a time and we have 3 different kids get injured pretty badly because that employee wasnt paying attention. One go cart was rammed off the track and another had gotten hit and parts and liquid (not exactly sure what broke) leaking all over the track and he continued to use it and also did not pick up any of the loose parts like nuts and bolts and broken pieces of metal off the track so when someone drives over them it will probably fly into the people riding behind and could seriously hurt them. He was very rude to the kids and made the party a really bad experience for everyone. He said some unkind things to some of the kids/adults attending. The food was good but by that time everyone was having a bad time and I feel my parents should not have paid for what they got. It was terrible and we will never be going back there again and a lot of the parents who were there will not as well. Thanks for a terrible time.

Slightly run down but its still a good place with good staff. The go carts are fun as well as the arcade. A couple of the machines were broken and ate the tokens but we got them back at the front desk

Excellent place for birthday parties or for a night out with the kids. They have real prizes for your tickets, not just the cheapo stuff many other arcades have. Reasonable prices and great food also.

Was completely heartbroken. Had my sons party there today and called ahead to confirm the amount of kids coming. Got there for party and went out to play laser tag and they claimed guns were not working. Then we had to change plans and we rode go carts. Well an hour after the party start time my husband was finally able to get a staff person out there for the go carts. The guy running it was not the nicest and was NOT trained at all. We ended up with a few hurt kids and one of your go carts broke because of his carelessness. I feel so bad that children came to have fun and go home injured and in the er, this is not acceptable at all. I am just so upset by all this, we had this planned weeks in advance, it should have never been so bad. I will NEVER book another party here. Your staff are careless and need trained if they are going to work in certain areas. And the staff members that claimed the laser guns did not work (yet we could hear them going) left work right after closing up the laser tag area, makes me wonder if that was why these boys could not play. This is by far the worse experience we have ever had at a party and paying our bill made me sick to my stomach because I knew a lot of kids were upset and my sons party sucked thanks to your staff. Very displeased.

My son and I love this place. My son always has a good time. The food and drink are good and priced well. The appearance of the place is a little dingy and could use an upgrade but overall it looks ok. The only thing stopping this place from getting 5 stars is one of the employees. I dont know her name as they dont wear name tags but she appears to always have an attitude and not want to be there. The days when she is around are the worst.
