A lifelong friend of mine lives there. I was so beyond impressed with the design of the home. Very open. Very welcoming. The clubhouse was a few steps away. Enjoyed the jacuzzi for days in a row. :-)

Correction to the previous post, that was overview of Desert Springs not desert in Cathedral City. As this Desert Sands MH park is lovely, expensive HOA the very well maintained and quiet. Please excuse the name confusion with the prior review referring to a Sky Valley mH/rv park.

I live here. Its wonderful.

Great amenities with pools, golf, tennis, pickle ball, and many club houses. The lots are privately owned for the most part and vary in character.
