I am extremely disappointed in how my wife and I have been treated by the managers and owner of this park. My wifes grandmother, who raised her, passed away this week. We drove here from Oregon to make arrangements for burial and to settle her financial obligations. Upon arriving we found the air-conditioning unit not working and temperatures well over 100 degrees. We were happy to see that the pool was open to residents and grateful that it would offer some relief from the stress of the circumstances and the heat. We arrived at the pool as others were leaving and were the only ones there. Then the office person came and told us only residents were allowed to use the pool. I informed her our situation and that we paid the rent for the month and were in the process of making arrangements to list the manufactured home for sale. We disagreed about our right to use the pool and she left in a rage. A few moments later, someone claiming to be the owner came over to the pool and started yelling at us that we couldnt be there. We tried to have a calm conversation with her, but she didnt want to have an adult conversation about it. Instead she called the police who arrived about 10 minutes later. The officer was extremely kind and after explaining the situation asked me if I would be willing to leave in order to keep the peace. I agreed to his request and left about 10 minutes after he left. During this whole episode no one else was at the pool. The management were only trying to be bullies. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Nice smaller mobile home park built in the 1970s. Owned by Sun Communities. Has a nice small clubhouse, community pool. Reasonably quiet. Undgated community. I am a real estate agent and mobile home salesperson who sells the Coachella valley. Feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
