The service wasnt great. I understand with the pandemic and all, but nonetheless they would not take my $10 free-play card (despite their policy allowing for it during COVID).The slots are FUN and I spent a good amount, won some, lost some and had a good time....but NO ROULETTE TABLE!!!!Maybe during normal times they are better, but I still find it one of the lesser casinos in town.

The prime rib was cooked pretty darn well (rare).

The service was horrible (server didnt listen and had a hard time bringing us what we requested) and our food was overcooked and dry... Fish n chips should be cooked but not burned and the fish should be a bit moist, not suck to moisture out of your mouth...

Had fun first time out since the virus

We really enjoy visiting Slot World Casino. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. The food is by far a different story. there were some disappointments with regarding the restaurant. For one the breakfast menu is short on variety and their is no substituting items. We decided not to have breakfast at Betsys anymore. On more than one occasion we had the waiting staff send the food back because it was cold. I told my guest not to complain anymore we will just go somewhere else for a bite for breakfast, as we do. Im sorry to report that Jack in Box is a better choice.

My breakfast omelette was good but the chicken fried steak and eggs looks really good. I wish I could have had that instead.

Ive only been in a couple times, and its nice, but not my favorite place in the area. Staff is generally friendly. The first time, I didnt see almost any staff except at the cage, but the second time was a bit better. A nice young man checked to see if we needed drinks or anything, and the overall service was an improvement over the first time. Generally quite clean here, and well ventilated (which is a huge plus for non-smokers).

Decent games to play but the little dinner has good food for the price.

Betsys is always good lately. We had our family in from Oregon and they enjoyed it also. Had some trouble with toast...lol. but it was corrected immediately.

I was on the fence with this. The food is always good and the prices are unbeatable but the wait staff lacks. One particular waitress has added change to my total bill every time shes checked us out but I never see it until my bank processes it.

Very quaint little casino. Went to the diner and had a great breakfast.

Machines are more for the older crowd, so if you know how to do keno, Id recommend it. I do like their restaurant

Its a great place to eat. We were served by our favorite waitress, Isabel.

Was very nicely decorated & beautifully remodeled. Barbara our server was attentive & friendly. The food was good, but it would be nice to have options other than the vegetable medley. Like petite sweet corn, beets, or peas. Please bring back cottage cheese, it is a great alternative if a person doesnt care for veggies. It was nice to have the manager ask how things were. We will definitely be back again. Oh, I especially appreciated how clean everything was, right down to the salt & pepper shakers. Thanks.Sincerely,Cindy & Liz

There is many reasons why I love this casino. First and main one is this casino is the cleanest casino EVER! The staff is awesome, I have never had to wait more than 10 mins for a drink. They have every game you can think of. Oh did I mention it is the cleanest Casino! I would give it a million stars if I could. Even the pay out is nice!

Do not plan to win. Enjoy the food but plan to wait to be seated. The sem not to notice you even when they are looking at u. They seem to let the boss seat u. Never seen that before in restaurants. The food is good. They need to move the wait to be seated sign to a better sign so people can be seen by the boss..

Its an alright Casino last time I was in there I had $1,400 on a machine credits the cleaning lady told me I had to move so she could clean under my chair the guy in there the Pit Boss or full speed the big shot he didnt care he told me thank you when I said what do you want me to do cash out leave Im gambling here and he said thank you from my opinion it was a setup with the cleaning lady in the Pit Boss cuz the machine was doing so good they wanted me off of it thats my opinion the only time I ever won money in there and they shut me down
