Beautiful evening place for photos. The grounds are phenominal. My boys even found a little friend squirrel in a hole in a tree, just a kind of interesting tid-bit.

I hate u have 2 pay to shoot here but the view & capabilities make it worth it. So much u can do here & everytime we come its quiet & serene. My graduates gave this a thumbs for senior pics!

Such a beautiful place to capture great pictures

An older house with a barn and land, which had been lessened for locals to enjoy. Good place for Texan country style pictures and is a haunt for photographers. Otherwise nothing great about the place to warrant a visit, unless you are in the area. Lots of mature trees with a walk path.

Nice outside for pictures

This is a beautiful area for just enjoying peace away from the bustle of Downtown. I was present during the task of moving the building from its original location to here so its historical value could be enjoyed by the public. Well done!

Historic example of a 1900 home and barn. The museum grounds are in a small park. Limited hours do call ahead if you want yo view inside. Barn is available for rental.

Great place for family photos.

Called to make reservations for holiday activity and mentioned that my son was autistic. The gentleman on the other end of the phone asked where on the spectrum my son was and if any accommodations could be made to make our visit more comfortable. While none were needed, this thoughtfulness caught me off guard. As this is unusual when visiting museums. Very refreshing, the level of hospitality was quite a surprise.

I just noticed the birdhouse library, very cool

I enjoyed visiting here with my daughter on her school field trip. The employees were very knowledge and patient with the children.

Very cool historic house museum in Carrollton! Well worth a tour! And theyve even got an 1860s base ball team!

They have various free public events even for non residents. Great place for young kids to run and play.

Had a great time exploring. The curator was cute, knowledgeable and generous.

Nice and quiet place. Lots of old trees and benches. Perfect place to read, picnic, etc. You can go inside the Perrys house, too.
