Most rude staff I’ve ever encountered and by the look and lack of understanding that your body requires oxygen to workout they don’t utilize their own equipment. I guess they don’t want you to sweat while working out because you can’t run and wear a mask. It’s like water boarding and even the beloved WHO does not recommend intense exercise while wearing a mask, they recommend social distancing of 6’. As I’ve been the only one in the gym while working out most days, I’m pretty sure that 6’ was being maintained. We attempted to have a discussion about the safety hazards associated with intense exercise and mask wearing and were met with sarcasm and rudeness. So, unless you are 70+ and just want a leisurely walk on a treadmill while watching CNN, I highly recommend finding a gym that understands body mechanics and the necessity of being able to breathe while working out.

Did a wedding reception there. The venue is nice. My bride has a wonderful time.

Decent over all but the summit closes at 2pm on sat and sun. Most gyms are open way later and you guys don’t even have the pool open but still charge me the full membership fee not cool at all the summit u guys need to stay open till 9pm every day but Sunday. Also the front desk is not the most polite use to be an amazing place tho

Lived in Canton for a few years, place is always clean and plenty swanky.

I enjoy going to the Summit on the Park.There is a great water park out back for the kids.  There is a wonderful wooden structure playground.  It will need to be updated soon but it’s an adventure.The pool in the building and the workout room and the other offerings in this center are an essential part of the local community.  The banquet center is very nice and suitable for activities as weddings and public meetings.  Their support team for the rooms is first rate.   Booking is swift and easy.  Support happens from the beginning all the way to the end of your experience.  Very nicely done.I appreciate their lighting, sound and other technologies when I am having an event at this location.The media staff is experienced and helpful.  If you are going to use the kitchen areas yourself they are kept clean, neat and well stocked with the materials and equipment that you need to make any event a success.This location is fairly easy to get to and directions to it are easy to follow.

Good place to have some exercise, swimming and sauna. However, spa was little messy like hairy balls everywhere, dry sauna was stinky, steam room was not that hot. Just well spent couple of hours.

My daughter went to a birthday party there and we were told that there was complaints from other guests that the little 6,7 and 8 years olds were being too loud. Firstly, this is a recreational center for people of all ages to have fun and enjoy themselves. Why would you complain to us that the little girls are basically playing swimming in the pool enjoying themselves too much? This is unacceptable, and I was thinking about having my daughter’s 8th birthday party here but now I change my mind. What do you expect from a bunch of little kids? Do you want them to play in silence? Obviously this is not a real recreational center.

This us a great place for family recreation. I love its location right next to heritage park. The gym space has all workout equipment. Swimming pool is perfect for beginners and professionals. Me and my wife love spending time together in sauna after our workout.

Canton has a wonderful recreation center here. There are pools for adult laps, a splash pad, lazy river, and pool just right for kids. The classes are very good with offerings for all ages. They offer many options for seniors. The facilities are clean. There are many amenities that include a gym, weights, track, meeting rooms, and locker rooms. Its really a nice facility with strong programs. A highlight of our Canton community

This is a great resource for busy families. No membership required, but they do offer them for a discount. We rarely have time to exercise, and when we do, its not at regular times. Regardless, weve always been able to just show up at the Summit and start working out for a reasonable price. They also have a great day-care, so my 2-year-old can play while we exercise or attend a class.

It has a wide range of activities like basketball, racquetball, a walking/running track, a gym, swimming, Zumba, and even a dance studio. You can access all of this for only 5 dollars or a membership. (The racquetball court is reservation only, but you can use it if its empty.)

This place is a really nice place and I always love going here for all the big events here. They really are the best in town. Ive heard many other good things about the birthday parties, swim lessons, and a lot other of their big programs.

Took the kids for a swim on a rainy day and they loved it. The slides and the lazy river were a hit. It is a small facility, but adequate. Had to look up their open swim time due to classes, I wish they have more open swim times. The cost was $6 for students which is not bad.

The place is nice and clean. But its always so loud. The only reason I come here is to swim laps and lift weights.

Lovely place for wedding receptions, showers and other events. Loved the option of having food stations. Very nice!

I love their gym! The hours are great and the equipment was replaced less than a year ago, giving us brand new machines at an unbeatable price! I will never workout anywhere else!

I do not work out at the gym but I do enjoy the grounds surrounding it. Parking is free, there is an awesome splash pad for the kids and some great walking trails!

Nice and clean recreational and activity center. Had my friends bridal shower in one of the activity rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Summit is a great place for families to come to have fun and to get healthy. I was there to register my son for swim lessons over the summer, but if I wanted I could have joined a Zumba class or done yoga or any number of other options.

Very nice park. Sometimes lot of Indian and Asian people over there. But they are very nice. Park is very clean and I love it. I feel very safe because theres police station next to it.

This place is clean and well kept. It can get busy so double check their schedule.

All the events we have been to are amazing!The play area for kids is really nice.

I tried the Summit for 3 months. After my membership lapsed by a week I decided to switch to a month to month membership since the fee is a lot cheaper than the quarterly When I went in to try and renew for a single month to month membership I was informed verbally that the month to month membership was changed to a yearly commitment but you paid monthly. However this is not reflected anywhere on the website. Not to mention during my time there the staffs attitude was very indifferent. Even when I decided to pass on a new membership the staff showed little concern for losing a member. Be careful when you sign up as you pay different prices for their memberships tiers.

A fun place to play cards, Mahjongg, watch movies monthly and much more. A wonderful senior center.

Aquatic has REALLY helped my mobility as has the MELT class (extra but worth EVERY penny, for chronic pain). Liz is the best teacher! They have LOTS of classes (love my new painting class), gym, yoga, spin, etc; 55+ (senior center) w tons of card & games times, billiards, luncheons, parties, clubs, Meals On Wheels, communal meals (sign up day before), movies, etc. U can take a free tour & even try it out for a week free trial! They have separate prices for residents/non-residents, MATINEE, 3-month plans & monthly payment plans. Great place to make friends. Its awesome! ♡

Always busy and packed, makes you motivated! Wish theres more lanes for lap swimming even when the pool is busy.

My sons summer camp had a signed contract with the Summit to allow the kids to swim there 4 Thursdays of the summer. After 1 swim, the camp was notified they were cancelling their last 2 sessions because they had members complain that they advertised as no camp Thursdays. They do not keep their word to their members and they do not keep their contracts.***To clarify the above statement, management made a better decision the next day and offered to allow the existing contract to stay in place.

Good for kids, cyclists, walking, spending call time for individuals and picknic spot for families and friends...

I enjoyed going swimming there and the therapy type services (hot tub, sauna, and steam room) its a great place for families.

My 4 yr old son is part of the swim school here and its top notch. Would recommended

Very unfriendly staff. Staff discriminates... locals they know can do anything, as we are not local we were reprimanded all the time. Were doing lane swims with kids, but were send away as lane swim is not for kids, only to see them invite other kids in that lane! Staff is very young and does not understand what they are doing... rather have some adult lifeguards! Will not go here again!

Good coominty events. Tend to over sell them a bit. Havent been to the gym or fitness center in a while. Pool is always on the cool / cold side.

Good place only thing I have a problem with is the basketball gym I understand the middle school and high school thing but when you cant come to the gym because their playing volleyball is annoying its a big place if they really want to satisfy their customers they Should find or build another space and leave the basketball gym a basketball gym

Update: equipments were changed, staff are more professional now so im changing my bad reivew. Old reivew: Sucks staff are generally rude. The trainer is a rude guy. Equipments are falling apart.

The staff discriminates and were very rude to my family, everyone was greeted as they came and left except for my family. The staff are very young and dont seem seriouse about their job. The pools are not clean and I constantly found things under the water such as bands ads. I felt uncomfortable the whole time because the staff there kept staring at my family with dirty looks just because we are Arab. I will never come here again.

Some of the staff are not friendly and infact rude. Also outdated weights equipments

Every time I call to inquire about anything they are rude...sorry I was just trying to plan my day. Its called guest relations get a clue.
