They said they did a credit check but theres no hard or soft inquiry on my credit report i think they just pocketed my 50 dollars but no worries ill be calling the BBB

24 hour maintenance is a bold faced lie. A fuse blew so our stove will not turn back on and oven hood won’t even work called the “Emergency maintenance” and was told that they wouldn’t let him come out today but he could come out Monday well we have jobs like the majority of people so that won’t work for us. Stay away from this park they fired the only person that had cared about the maintenance here and the women in the office are never there nor are they open during hours of operation.

Nice park to live in Ive been in here for 6 + years and only havent had any issues with them at all just small minor things thats it. Its a nice place to live I think personally.

Doesn’t even deserve a star I have one year left on my lease and I will never live here again most horrible office staff I’ve ever seen they don’t return calls when I moved in the maitnence scratched 2 holes out of the vinyl floor in the kitchen then they came a week later to replace a stove and brought it in but never hooked it up tried to call but no returned call so had to hook it up myself I’ve been trying to call all week about other issues leaving voicemail after voicemail and they never answer or call back at any hour of any day I would not recommend anyone to live here

NO, NO, NO!! Stay away! This place is horrible! Cars broken into every night, bikes stolen out of sheds and porches. Office staff literally does nothing but smoke cigarettes allllll day long! Every time I drive by, or take my Daughter to the bus, pay rent, etc... the office is closed. They are all outside standing around smoking. DAILY. The owners need to do some investigating, and fire these losers!

They dont care about the people at all they only care about money. They failed at doing my Credit score and said i dont have one when i do. They took my money and didnt even do the thing they said they would. Very disappointed in this place. I would not trust them at all.

Its well kept and quiet

Seems like a quiet park. Trailers seem for the most part well cared for on outside. Roads in trailer park are im decent condition. Seems to be ample parkimg for residents and guests. Residents parking spaces are numbers according to trailer number. Trailer lot numbers are black and in the ends of trailers at the corner. Streets all have clear visible signs. Nice entrance but park is off of a dirt road (Mott rd) that is about 1.25 miles long going eastward towards Denton road which is paved and right off of Michigan Ave.Nice large fuel station at corner of Michigan Ave and Denton Road with a deli inside.

Nice place to live if you can get past the Nazi levels of yard maintenance. The park supervisor practically goes out with a ruler and harasses her tenets If a singular blade of grass may be slightly longer and, god forbid, have a weed growing next to it! Does she have anything better to do? Maybe have her vacant rentals have the same insane lawn maintenance attached to them as well. Luckily my park doesn’t think it’s a high and mighty suburb with a psychotic HOA always breathing down your neck

Its a quiet place to live. Some nice neighbors. Although my daughters bike got stoken off our porch.... it seems to be a lovely place to live

Management never answers calls or returns. They put notices on your door for unnecessary reasons. And if you dont do what they want any amount of time they do it for you themselves and charge you an arm and a leg.

Terrible building property, terrible administration office. Citations for anything in this park if you are a leasing members. If you own you trailer anything goes.

Well a crackhead runs through my yard sometimes but its not this parks fault(park next to us) but the management are really cool and our neighbors are generally nice.

Im just one of those who travel on that bumpy road with all the potholes to pick up or drop off my niece in the road is horrible other than that I think its great out there

Ever since new homes have been added to the park its been noisier and the police have been called out several times...one night there were eight police cars outside on our street.

It was a nice place to live but once i turned 12,13 i found it a really hard place to make new friend and it was kinda constricting on some rules from my point of view
