I dropped a friend off there they have mobile homes for rent all for sale reasonably priced nice area

Try to get one no one would answer the phone or talk to me would love to get a manufacturer home but nobody will talk to me about it

The parl i was in was Sherwood off ols Michigan ave.Glen ridge is the mobile home park right next to it off if haggerty rd.Next time Im visit my God daughter i shall go thur Glen ridge and give you all an report.have an pleasant day.Only marking an two star due to incorrect LOCATION.

I like that they have speed bumps to reduce speed for the children playing in the area... although I dont live there

To many drug dealers in here,kids wondering around late at night,they walk right in theMiddle of the street and refuse to move out of the way..the office people are awesome. But people running around with butcher knives in hand,people getting killed ( allegedly).homes are being broke into,people setting homes on fire.they throw big rocks at your vehicles and break glass..The rent just went up for unknown reasons we dont see any improvement in here.So our rent increase just means someone got a raise.As soon as I get my place in order or if I can have this place moved Into a different park for free Im out!!! Oh almost forgot Canton police are ALWAYS in here..I think they may have a sub station in here..they should since they are in here so often.Good Luck to the next good people who want to live in the arm pit of canton

Profiteering of the water. I talked with the water department, because I was charged for water 2 months after moving. Sherwood charges individual tenants more for water than the city of Canton charges Sherwood for then entire park. Sherwood pays about $90 a month total for the whole park, Sherwood then charges you a minimum of $60 for water even if you dont use a drop. They will then charge you for water used by new tenants after you sign the title off. Also if you plan to move out good luck as you cannot sell your house to anyone without their consent and they will take their sweet time, they will keep delaying the process to push you into a new month before you move.

Not what I expected for the location . Kind of ran down in certain spots of the establishment. Looks and feels outdated and stale. Major updates are required before they ask for extortionate monthly rent. I wouldnt RECOMMEND this location even if you were in a tight SITUATION .

My friend lives here and I was visiting. Shes had nothing but trouble since she moved in there. Apparently the management doesnt stay on top of things. The grounds are not very well kept.

I would not live here. Would not recommend it. They do not get rid of the young punks that live all together in one little place and cause trouble. Lots of drugs not a place for kids. Many trailers have two bedrooms and seven to nine people living there. I was going to move in there. Decided to look other places.

They dont take care of the park The list goes on and on I cant wait to move out here I would never suggest somebody moving in here

This place was very unkept up, all the yards looked substandard and most of the homes there for really outdated and needed work done to the outside I would not recommend this place to live unless you are on Section 8 and have to have a place to live parking is all on the street in front of your home and its pretty easy to get to.

Lots of new trailers. Theyre under new management as of 2017 and they seem to be investing in the property.

My mom lives there and she likes it.. says its super Quiet..

Theyre bringing in some new trailers and seems like things have been rather quiet lately. However, the weekends are usually rather rowdy with the drunks and partiers. Lived here a year n it uses to be nicknames sherhood, but its been better lately with new owners taking over. There are lots of kids so drive slow, and some of the kids are monsters that cause havoc on a daily basis.

Hey TONY BEST, Westpoint is behind Sherwood, they are two very different places, and glad to see big improvements on Sherwood. It looks better just off of Haggerty with the significant amount of newer homes, what used to be all grundgy.

Run down I only go in there cause my mom lives there was very nice years ago....... Not so much now

If i could give this place negative stars i would. My family and I Waited 4 months for a brand new trailer from here. They had my deposit and kept telling me two more weeks, two more weeks. I went looking for another place and im already moving in within a week. I just spent the last 4 months doing nothing because they promised us a trailer they dont have.

Own a home here where the staff allows the snow plow driver to push snow up to my porch and then told me I have to shovel it. If they have to shovel your snow its 50 dollars but they didnt offer to take off my rent for me having to shovel snow their driver push in front of my trailer home

We love it in here. We keep to ourselves, and have never had any problems. The staff is great, and a pleasure to work with.

I dont recommend anyone to move here. The managemant is very unprofessional. They tried to force me to give them my home and when I didnt the manager started harassing me and my children. I dont even give it a one star but you have to pick something. Do not move here

Wrong Place. It is called West Pointe academy homes. Plus the directions to my job never came through on the map.

Not much help when we looked into a place to live. They tried showing us a rundown trailer that needed at least 5 thousand dollars for repairs

These people that run this place are very rude. They are also in the prosses of evicting a single mother, that was beaten half to death in her home had to remove the bread winning WOMAN beater out. She has help from F.I.A with half the rent and has paid them the other half already in cash. These ppl are shady its a wonder half the place is empty and the other half are dopeheads!!!!!

One of the worst places to live in canton! Very run down, people just let their kids run around unsupervised, and a bad drug problem. People selling drugs right in the open with no care. They claim they dont allow felons to live there yet they have sex offenders living there and one works for the park. If you go there for any reason I cant stress enough watch your children!

This is place is full of crack addicted people. One crack head couple would constantly get into arguments in front of my home. My son bike was stolen right off my front porch. And ambulances as well police cars frequently came in the park. Im just happy to be out of this horrible place.

This place gets a bad rep for crime and stuff but Ive never really seen much of that but I mostly keep to myself. The biggest issue I have is getting notices for things I havent done like for a table in my yard that never existed. There is a pretty bad cat problem and they will tear up your garbage if you leave it out. Also, parents let their idiot children run and play in the street without looking for cars. Other than that its whatever.

Its infested with all kinds of stuff before you move in and sign a leasev ask about roaches, bedbugs and anything else you can think of. Also check many different trailers out.

They are finally getting the old trailers out. Not bringing in anything new yet though and lot rent is high!

Ive lived here for over 3 years and havent had any problems.

My wife grew up in this trailer park and it has gotten way worse since she was a kid. Theres too many drug dealers and drugs in there. We stay up front the back of the park is where all the trouble and drama is. But since the new manager came in the park is sort of coming back up
