I loved this place!! We just did The Medusa room and it was amazing! Definitely recommend this place and the staff was very friendly and even gave us extra time to finish up even though we had run out of time. Will definitely come back again!

I went to Medusas lair and it was so much fun. I went with 6 other people and we got it done in 40 minutes! It was great!!

We did the Witching Hour escape room, and it was very fun!

Such an amazing adventure! The staff was really kind and helpful. Loved the room setup. We tried the Medusa one and it was so much fun! Definitely looking forward to our next adventure in one of their other rooms. The price seemed a little high at first but it was definitely worth it! I recommend it for couples, friends or families.

Exceptionally fun way to unplug and recharge the old fashioned way...using communication, teamwork, and creative analysis. The puzzles really allow you to work your mind in a different way. A great way to have quality bonding time with your family!

Best Escape Room Zone and ZapZone I have ever been to. Everyone is very nice. Especially the workers named Jake, Lucas, Paloma, and Grace. Everyone is friendly. They aren’t cheap.

My first time going to an escape room was in 2015 and it was in Livonia and I disliked it very much. It wasnt well put together nor was it organized. I volunteered at Zap Zone for the World Record Attempt and was given a free two person escape room vochure, and thought it would make the perfect date night. I was still skeptical about an escape room based off of my last experience with a completely different company. To my surprise, it was amazing from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in the door. We were instantly greeted and felt like part of the team by the employees. They even have games while you wait! We were with two other people and that didnt bother me at all because they were very nice and fun. Once we got into the room, I was amazed. Completely blown away. Zap Zone really outdid themselves and once the hour was up, I was instantly saddened because there wasnt anymore fun after that! This is just an amazing place and I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone. This was just the perfect place to get a little closer with your lover, friends or family, and if youre bringing a date; it will definitely do you justice later when your date brags about how amazing it was! Great job guys!

The game makes you think more than most escape rooms. The games work without too much of a problem, and the customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

It was my first time there and I went with my coworkers and I really like it I did have a great time!!

We did the Kraken Casino...it was a neat concept and some of the effects were cool however I felt that there werent enough puzzles....everything was very linear and even with 4 people I found we werent able to all be involved....maybe some of their other rooms are different

Its a fairly new business so theyre really good at listening to customers ideas and thoughts. The witching room was a lot of fun. The puzzles were a good mix of easy and difficult. Id go back as they are getting ready to open the Kraken room.

The experience itself is great, well done. Just dont understand the price structure. $30 per person regardless the # in your group. Their costs are fixed, so why not discount larger groups or lower the per person rate to encourage more business? Family of 4- 1 hour event= $120. Movie theater with food for 4 maybe $80 for 2 hours+. Does not compute!

Our first escape room experience, The Witching Hour, was a blast. Very challenging and a great time. Well definitely be going back to try the other rooms.

This is the 5th escape room that weve been to and probably our favorite! Cannot wait until the other 3 rooms here are open. The staff went above and beyond for us and we appreciate that. Thank you for an excellent night!

Im a avid Escape Room player. I went the other day with a friend and had a blast! The room beautifully decorated, the story behind the room was nice, and the puzzles and tricky! Also, our Game Master was super friendly and very helpful during every part of the game.If you want a good challenge and youre local, definitely drop in with some friends for a good, pirate-themed time!

Had a lot of fun with this escape room. We went as a Christmas present from my parents. We found that a group of 8 was too large for such a small room, but we did have a lot of fun and we deeply enjoyed the experienced. Staff was helpful and friendly, as well as patient with our antics. I highly recommend this place and would happily go again. Also to get to the entrance, you need to go in to the Zap Zone on Ford Road even if you have reservations like we did.

Probably my favorite escape room place in Michigan!

Wow, what a cool place to go. This place has everything, from golf to bowling to videogames to ice cream the pizza. Bring your family bring your friends youre going to spend a lot of time here

This is the 2nd escape room I’ve done at this facility and both rooms (Kraken casino and pirates curse) were so much fun with right amount of difficulty and great special effects.

This was a lot of fun and was very different than I expected. I went with my wife only and were able to complete this at exactly the 60 min mark. Even if we didnt finish it would have been a lot of fun and def worth it.

The pirate theme escape room was awesome. My favorite part was the cannon that you had to fire. I never expected the Captains desk to be so involved. The Parrot was very cute, I fully recommend to everyone else! Its an affordable, brain-teasing experience for all ages.

We decided to try out this escape room while we were in town visiting my brother and his wife. They make it really easy to purchase the tickets online. There isnt much that went well after that, unfortunately.It is attached to the Zap Zone. It has its own entrance, but when we entered, we found no one but a sign that said if there wasnt an attendant to instead enter through the Zap Zone. We did that and approached the counter where the gentleman told us that the attendant was probably still setting up the room and would be out in a few minutes. I was nervous because it was just minutes before we were supposed to be there. It was actually after our start time when the woman arrived to take us back.At this point we learned that there were six other people joining us in the room. This would probably be my first complaint. Not that there were strangers in there with us, because that was a possibility from the start. However, once we got in the room it was obvious that it was not large enough for ten people. Six would be a lot more comfortable with eight as the max in my opinion.The story of the room is very engaging. Under different circumstances, I likely would have enjoyed myself more. Instead, I found the experience to be a little lacking. The props are extremely worn and in many cases damaged from excessive use and poor maintenance. The whole thing is dependent upon the attendant monitoring your progress and triggering certain events based on your actions. Should they be sleeping on the job your experience will be significantly impacted. At one point I performed an action that I thought would trigger the next step, but it didnt. About five minutes later, the attendant spoke to us through the speaker to give us a hint, which was the very thing I had done five minutes prior.I dont want to go into too much detail for fear of giving any clues away to potential participants. As I said, the story is very engaging. Overall, though, I left unsatisfied.

Easily the best escape room that I have played. Its a highly immersive experience that really makes you feel like youre on a pirate ship! I would highly recommend this room to anyone!

Tried to book online and kept having errors, called the number listed and received no answer, show up with group to do room and was told we only accept online reservations. Beyond unhappy with this place!

This is a very cool escape room. Really fun immersive props and puzzles. It feels like you are in a movie and get to be a pirate on a ship plus you really get to fire a cannon!

I went there yesterday and it was awesome. It was challenging but not too hard. Me and my friends managed to escape with a couple minutes to spare, definitely worth the trip! Afterwards we ended up playing in the arcade and did a game of laser tag.

The props and visuals are really well done and made us feel like we were on a movie set and it was super interactive and hands on! Thanks to the Game master who stepped in and made it possible for both the kids and adults to figure out the clues together and stay focused through all the excitement.

This was by far the freakiest escape room weve been to yet. Our group arrived expecting a wait but things ran like clockwork... until it was time to escape! The environment was kid friendly but at the same time catered to us old folks beautifully. A MUST DO when youre in the area... totally worth the drive out from Ren Cen! Cant wait to go back next year.
