Very nice quiet park. Very relaxing and clean. I have been going here for many years. Much nicer than Kershaw on the north end.

Great view of the lake. Little breezy for a picnic but a great day to watch people on the lake.

Always have loved deep run, seems more like freedom of the lake here compared to Kershaw. You just gotta make it passed the huge rocks that hurt your feet

Not exactly a park. Far to small to do anything. Except to look at the lake.

Some shady trees along the beach front with picnic tables make a great place to drop a cooler and some towels. There are bathrooms on site and lifeguards present for much of the day. 2019 sees one section of swimming closed due to ground bees, but a great little spot to relax and cool down on hotter than hot days.

Small local Beach on Canandaigua Lake. Away from the hustle and bustle. Nice place to spend relaxing afternoon with a picnic. Public restroom facilities available. Park is free.

Good place for kids and families to come and swim

By far the best park in the Canandaigua area to swim. Never too overcrowded, no zebra mussels. Sectioned off for the little ones in shallow vs deep.

Filthy. Went years ago and so much fun! Especially as a kid. Its gross Ill never go back now!

Just tried this park today. Dead animal in water. Water kinda dirty. Life guards dont seem to really care, just a job.Otherwise grass area, parking and facilities are very nice.

A nice semi secluded lakefront. Perfect for a quick swim in the lake.

Very beautiful and free but huge, nasty, black wasps. We couldnt stay because my boyfriend is allergic to bees.

I adore this place. It has the park amenities that I like but the water and scenery are incredible. Great place to take pics, hang out as well as meditate...

Lifeguards on duty. Plenty of picnic tables, and each had its own little grill. Also lots of shade. The only thing is the sand is kindof rocky, even in the water. Not horrible, but I did wear my sandles in the water. But my son loved it. The swimming area is marked off, and theres shallow and deep sections. Best of all its free!! Def going back very soon!!

Unfortunately, the park was closed for the season after Labor Day. No swimming and NO bathrooms.

It sucks. People are scum
