Great deal for kids birthdays. Flat rate for each kid and include everything. Highly recommend for kids birthday parties, up until seven or eight. No Frankenstein pizza. Not the largest Chuck E. Cheese, but it has the best games, and the stage area is well done. A lot of fun on weekdays when their is a smaller crowd.
Unlimited play is awesome, automated machines are missing a line to tell you to remove your card when the reader turns green. Pizza is super greasy. Plenty of parking, easy entrance, all the games were working, staff was very friendly.
Been told wait for the all you can eat deal for the pizzas for 30 minutes. They keep telling me 5 to 1 minutes. All they have are the dessert pizzas. Meanwhile 5 pizzas served to people who ordered whole pizzas at tables are served first while every one else waits. It’s 12:45pm. Lunch time. Not cool.
Love chunkee cheese. Put a greasy joystick in my mouth and got hurp. 9/10 on rotten tomatoes.
Friendly, clean and my kids had a blast :) the refillable soda cups are really nice, and help me not spend too much money. When it came time to leave, the $2 cotton candy made the kids much more cooperative!
Its a great place to take your kids and play games to earn tickets to trade in for prizes. I must say I do love the new menu changes. They have a lot more choices.
After multiple visits I can honestly say this is probably the friendliest Chuck E. Cheese we have ever been to. Staff is very nice, eating areas and games are always clean and the food is better than you would expect it to be. A very good choice for a fun rainy day event.
My grandson loves to go there. We all have a good time playing the games. My family enjoys the pizza and my grandson has had his last two birthdays there.
Theyve just recently upgraded alot of their games which is nice. The staff is always super friendly and very attentive. My children and I love coming here to spend quality time together.
No one was here in the middle of the day on a Tuesday which was perfect. The pizza was good and tasted like any Chuck E. Cheese pizza. The unlimited play was worth the money. One star is missing because we had to remind them about tickets in machines constantly, no one just went to fix them which seemed normal for young kids working in Washington state.
Watched a grown man Make the staff and Chucky sing Happy birthday to him, then he got in the ticket blaster. The staff was mortified. I was highly entertained. Fun stuff
Please we all need to help support chunky cheese while theyre closed they are open for food take out pizza and wings but they need support
It is a lot cleaner and nicer than it was in years past. All in all its a fun place for the kids
There was no one at the front when we got there and people started piling in and doing their own thing. Someone flagged us down and stamped us. There were no employees around for at least 5 min. Finally someone took our order and we were able to go play. Other than the lack of employees we had a great time. Salad bar was good and clean pizza has improved. It was fun. My kid had a great time.
We had a group of 40+ kids. With a time limit. Our staff were told the kids cannot trade in their coupons on this visit. Their parents have to being them back. Id say 30-50% of our kids parents dont have cars to bring them back
Katie is a real gem! super nice, and patient with all the kids. ty katie!
Great service great pizza just make sure to wash your hands allot.
We had a great time. Chucky himself came out. Lots of games & things to ride. Great family fun...b
Kid friendly. Clean and a good salad bar. Kids cant leave with just any adult. They have a door security protocol to help keep the children safer than some places.
They didnt let me speak to the rat on the phone, not calling or going to this place ever again
Paradise for children! Nice place for a birthday party. Had fun watching my great grandchildrenhave a ball.
Lame. Employees are not attentive. Went an hour before closing and were informed they werent selling food. Even though salad bar was still up. I realize its Chuck E. Cheese but at least act like you care.
This location has amazing staff. Im in a wheelchair and our child is nonverbal and the is always welcoming and everyone is always so kind.
Took the kids I babysit here. There were tons of games and we had a great time. Went right after school so not too many kids.
Great service, very helpful. Kids had a blast. No issues with anything, they did great with bring out the pizza, cake at the right time.
It was a fun time with my sisters family for her sons birthday party
Dont bring your kid if hes under 5, younger kids wont be able to play even the little kiddy games properly and I found it stressful and a waste of money watching my 3 year old try and fail. Also the kids working there either havent been taught proper customer service or are too understaffed and stressed to care. Also last two times I went machines took my credits and didnt work or the tickets got jammed. Both were rectified but it was annoying standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up to fix the machine while my 3 year old wanted to wander around.
Many off the machines had run out of tickets. But friendly and helpful folks working.
Dropped the kids off for birthday party. Wish they had more games for the kids . Kids had a blast tho !!!
I wish the place was a little bit bigger with how many kids can be in there at one time. I have to give it to the staff for going above and beyond to make birthdays awesome. 4.5 stars if I could add a half
Busy of course, but the salad bar is great could use more attendence on games.
Im very happy and surprised with the changes they have made here. The pizza was good and I really like the cards you get for the games. My kids love the day we spent there. Thank you.
Not that great.....Its not THE CeC you r used too...Pretty small, not many games.....Mall looked like ghost town....I had fun with fam I hadnt seen in years, so hence 3 star...Deserve 2 or 1.5Also.... New card system is not as fun as tokens......
Love the new play by the hour option. New favorite place to go. Stuffed crust pizza was great too.
Fun for kids. Music can be a bit loud on the store speakers.
Good place to take the kids for a couple of hours, not to expensive. Friendly staff and clean.
Had a great time and I have to say that Chuck E. Cheese has really done a good job of improving the pizza quality, it used to be pretty awful, but its decent enough now even for the adults, and regularly updating their games and kiddy rides indicate that they care about the whole experience.
Very loud, expensive, slightly sticky. Staff unhappy. Okay security, not the best. They do serve food, alcohol, and soft drinks.Great for kids, 10/10 would not recommend with a hangover.
Had my Grandsons birthday party there and the kids absolutely loved it. The new unlimited games for 2 hours is an awesome deal and I had 4 very tired but extremely happy grandsons at the end of the day!! Worth every penny and the staff is always amazing!
Was ok. No more tokens, tickets arent worth much. Pretty standard I guess. Threw away our food while we were playing, like 2 full halves of pizza, then said it was only 2 pieces left, the manager was nice, gave us a medium pizza. Fun for about an hour I guess.
Love the new time limit on tokens!! This was by far the cheapest I have ever gotten out of there!!
Decent place to take the kids. Sometimes chaotic
Pretty awesome place. The lady we had to help with my sons birthday was amazing! I do think they could have more games. All the games were full and people wouldnt budge or share. But other than that. Its a good little spot.
This place is just all right Pizza is not that great The games are okay they went to a card system so you arent just having a carry a bunch of coins around which I do like that much better.
Lots of fun. Very empty and quiet during the day. Staff was helpful with pointing out best deals for our group.
We came in to let our child see Chuck E. Cheese and let him play some games. We were aware that the food was atrocious. The food and the 90 minute game cards that they now do cost us $70. Our pizza and breadsticks came out burnt. I sent them back and made them remake them. We had to wait because the place just opened and it said Chuck E. Cheese comes out every hour on the half an hour. We waited here until 1230 and he didn’t come out we waited till 1235 he didn’t come out, I went up and asked them when he was planning to come out and they told me he doesn’t come out today. It takes approximately 4000 to 6000 tickets to get anything that’s even remotely decent. This place has gotten so outrageous we will never come back again.
It was upgraded, and staff was very polite..as for pizza..its Chuck e cheese..8 dollar for all you can eat. Do t come here to eat for almost nothing then rip the food. Its a place to play for kids if you want brick oven truffle oizza go to Seattle otherwise you get what you pay for..and its not that bad we will definitely go back.
Great place to spend time with family good for all Ages. Great food. Lots if fun.
Like that you can purchase card for time length played or coin. Seemed like there was a lot of enjoyment for my 5 year old for just $10 we bought time. Things were pretty clean too. She had a great time.
I took my 5 year old niece to this place because that is how she rolls. In fairness,I do not have any children of my own. It was a bit overwhelming the amount of curtain climbers in that place. My niece had a blast and that was all that matters to me. I am sure I will be back with my niece. Next time I will come with the optimal amount caffeine consumption prior to my arrival.lol
It was nice!! Good food! My youngest played games galore!!!
Briana, our Hostess was excellent. Request her or Yesenia for your childs party. Everything was outstanding. They made sure our Granddaughter and her guests had a memorable time.
I come here with my kid. We get 30 minutes of play time for $10. They have a lunch buffet thats nothing special but ok. I like that i can ask them to make fresh pizza and they never complain. I suppose I come by here enough that they remember us. They always do a great job for me and my family.
I have always love chuck e. Cheese, is a great place to go, is fun. But this location is so so overcrowded that you cant even play because is a lot of people using the games, I recomend yo yo when is not a lot of people during the week if you want to enjoy and have better time
Its really sad when you have gone somewhere for years and then the next time theres a total witch that is the only person to help. Especially when shes doesnt understand English very well... yet can speak it
Extremely disappointed in Chuck-E-Cheese no pizza ready for the buffet waited over 10 minutes for it Chuck is not out every 30 minutes like hes supposed to be no napkins no parmesan cheese on the tables then they tried saying I didnt pay for the buffet when I paid $60 for it. Come to find out it was the front counter lady that gave me the wrong plates for the buffet today theyve lost a family of customers we wont be coming back
Fun for the kids to pkay at. Food is okay. Service is very good.
Its kinda gone downhill with customer service, but its a fun place to hang when its raining out
Perfect place for children 3 and under, probably up to a tweenager. I recommend buying 2 passes if you have more than one kid because passing the card to my wife while watching our kids was a work out! Didnt eat the food but imagine its on par with other pizza places - nothing fancy.
I like the new system of buying play time rather than tokens.
Had a great time with my kids birthday party I wish that they would have give unlimited time but theyll give you your kid 2 hours to play and then within that two hours youll have to do the party. Like you get 2 hours of play and then you can have
Ive never seen people so unhappy at their job. If you dont like kids dont work with them?
A lot of the machines were broken or malfunctioning. Its disheartening for the small children who dont understand why it took their points but they didnt get to play or didnt get tickets when they should have. Otherwise, the place was okay. Food was fresh and there were a lot of kids crammed in one small area. Could definitely use a little revamp and new games for sure. But it is what it is.
Good games and good service. And a fun place for all ages
I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of entertainment for toddlers. My 2 yr old grandson had a blast!
Clean end safe place for kids
Their pizza is definitely unrivaled and most of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, however, the compliments stop there. I found this particular arcade to be so cramped that I had to keep leaving. (And no, I am not a claustrophobic person.)The games seemed to be outdated and set you up to lose, I personally found the points on a card thing to be purposefully confusing. (they trick people into paying for things that are not needed and customers actually fall for it.)It is wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking close. The front door is not well labeled and very small. If you do go, I highly recommend earplugs.
The games are always fun the pizza is not so great .
We had our sons 5th birthday at this location and the experience was awful. When you put out hundreds if dollars for a birthday party you expect a certain level of service and we felt like it was not met. My sons bracelet for games did not work we had it fixed which took a long time just to get them to fix it. Once fixed it still didnt work so my brother just bought him a pass. On top of the ridiculous prices for food our orders were almost all wrong and the employees seemed annoyed that we pointed this out. In the end we wont be returning here it is one big Rip off nickel and dime you for everything and horribly understaffed.
Fun place for the kids with games and rides. You can even get food but its not the best quality. The ticket price for unlimited play for an hour can get pretty pricey $20+.
It has lots of games good deak like 100 credits for 20$ and customer service is really good
Had a great time pretty clean the kids seem to have fun for an adult though I guess its all right kind of boring
This is the best place to take the kids we all had a awesome time
Same old Chuckys, but kids do love it
Great experience, staff was actually very helpful for my sons 3rd birthdY
Not a lot of staff. The one girl that was working did a very good job !!
So much fun .... my kids love this place
Horrible customer service.
Games are super fun. Pizza is not worth the $$
Has some fun things for kids to play, but its been a bit dirty any time weve gone. Staff seem to just be there for the paycheck. Customer service is lacking.
Overly crowded, loud, and hard to walk around. Food was very over priced but tasted okay. I give them 3 stars not because I will return but because the staff did an amazing job orchastrating parties and the mass of people. Not my type of place though.
Pizza was surprisingly good. Grandson had so much fun.
Very fun for kids!
Great place to take your kid to play games. Im only rating based of my childs experience with their games we dont eat there we only go to have fun!
Good food, good service, but they need to clean up and have fully functional equipment. I would think they need more things to do as well.
Came in just after opening on a Sunday and was not disappointed in our experience. The food took quite a while but the manager let us know about the delay. The kids had fun which is all that matters.
Far less crowded than Lynnwood and much nicer for anyone thats in between locations.
Had a great time with our family and it wasnt too busy! Pizza was awesome
Who doesnt love chuck e cheese
My kids love this place it’s great when the weather is bad and the kids are bored. I wish the staff was more friendly. Every time we come the staff makes us feel like we are inconveniencening them
