Had a great time ! Always fresh pizza! Not a lot of games were operating due to social distancing.

No complaints here. ALWAYS THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN. Well thats my opinion!

Arrived at 8:30pm. Ordered 2 XL NY 3-Cheese, Garlic Cheese Bread and Side Salad. Wasnt charged for cheese bread so had to go back later.After 25mins, the 1st pizza was ready. The cheese wasnt not running which it appeared to have been out of the oven for atleast 5 mins before we were called. We had to wait another 10mins for the 2nd pizza to be called. This one had hot, melted, running cheese (pic attached).Then we also waited another 15min for the cheese bread to be ready.Not what were used to from PPP. Kids still enjoyed the pizza treat during the week but we did expect much more. Plus the restrooms were very dirty. Not many people at the store.

The pizza was amazingly good like aways!!!!! The reason I gave it 3 stars, because they seem to not really enforce safety during the covid19, the change cup eveeytime u refil rule, no one was following and the staff did nothing about it. also every table was dirty we ended up cleaning our own table just to eat.

07/31/2020 @ 7 PM.Placed an order over the phone. Either the phones at that location dont work or the male that answered was incompetent.All i asked for was the 2 for 20 deal. 1 Large cheese & 1 large Pepperoni. He kept repeating the wrong order back to me saying Beef instead of cheese. I hung up and called back hoping someone else would answer. Nope. Same guy. I gave it a shot again and placed the order 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. He did not repeat the order back to me after i placed it. When i arrived at the store i told the young girl my name and told her my order. She told me someone had rang up extra mozerella on the cheese pizza? She went and pulled the 2 boxes for me and she opened them both. It was the wrong order. It was 2 pepperoni pizzas. She told me it would be 7 minutes for my cheese to come out so i waited. Frustrated, i left in a hurry and when i got home opened both boxes took a bite out of the pizza and they were both raw not cooked fully. I dont usually leave reviews or complain but this experience was flat out terrible.

Had my grandbabies birthday party here. Always great service and food is always good. The only thing is my guest of honor aka birthday girl, got there late giving us only 1hr party . So they removed are party 10 minutes before our due time. Literally were taking off our plates from table and throwing them away.

The food and prices are great. Although I feel they over rent their tables living no space for walk ins. I went on a Friday and it was close to impossible to get a table. So super crowded. Still recommend since they have their lunch buffet during the week.

Took them 45 minutes to get our food even tho we called ahead and told us 15 minutes. We get there in 15 minutes and its not busy at all and the employees are gathered around chattering it up doing nothing. Made us wait an extra 30 minutes

Peter Piper Pizza is the best. This our family pizza restaurant to go. No other pizza can beat Peter Pipers Pizza.

I love the pizza the games My issue is the management Blanca I was a guest for a birthday party that I was invited. Her behavior as a manager is simply upsetting. She needs to be retrained in her management skills simply bcz she looks burned out you can simply tell she has years being there. Anyhow I understand that there are certain rules and I got no problem, the problem is that if theres an issue w the customer during a birth day party it should be resolved on a one and one communication not where ALL THE GUEST HEAR THE SITUATION. Its very disrespectful and embarrassing. That can escalate into a bigger issue. Just to say that the crew helping out with bringing in the pizza have a better attitude than her. I simply didnt get the crews name that was hospitable unless miss Blanca needs toget reevaluated again and get her self together and reprioritize the commitment to Peter Piper about friendliness and think about a better way to solve conflicts with customers or replace her w one of the crew members that are willing to do better job than her in resolving problems w customers sometimes change is Good for both herself and the company.

Okay guys, PPP on is PACKED just an fyi if you plan on going on a FRIDAY SATURDAY or SUNDAY....you have been advised! Although, Monday-Friday they have a lunch buffet...which is amazing...its almost $10 with drink...but you get to eat your favorite pizza (as much of it as you want)...

The pizza is the best. Better than any pizza place around. We did have a bad experience.My daughter got her iPad stolen off the table. But it was turned in to the cash register podium. They where nice enough to leave her pencil and her key board. Good thing it has the find my iPhone active or it would have be lost for sure.But on the other hand my son got his android phone stolen at the same time. We did not get the back. It’s a real shame some sticky hands are floating around even with a police officer on duty. It went missing around the time we went to hit the piñata. This place has a lot of movement so you needs to keep a look out for you belongings of value.

The Games Are Never Working.I mean every single time I go there almost all the games are OUT OF ORDER!!. I feel sorry for the kids not alot of game variety, and the pizza is always cold never comes hot !!

This place has been a part of my life since I was a child. Their pizza is still one of my absolute favorites! Their staff is very accommodating to their customers even when it is extremely busy. I love all the games they have in their game room as well. The attendants always try to help if there is an issue with one of the machines.

Birthday party central. I liked the indoor pinata cage. Games are fun and priced just right.

The pizza is way overpriced! I hate the after taste of their pepperoni. Its sort of a rancid taste. I cant stand the smell of the carpets when you walk in it hits you and leaves you wobbling like Anthony Joshua after fighting Andy Ruiz!

I dont think its right for the manager to allow people who already reserved tables for a party to use booths just to put their party stuff/decorations on. It would be nice if the booths and round tables to be only allowed to use for those who arent celebrating a party. Another thing that Ive noticed is that everytime I order bread/cheese sticks, they are given with the order almost 15 to 20 minutes the pizza was given to the customer. Can extras be given at the same time the pizza is given ?

Always busy with parties, but plenty of space for kids to roam and play. Small game area. You can plan party packs here as well. ATM available inside.

Needs better organization both drink stations and ticket counter area. We stood in line for 5 minutes to fill our cups and had multiple people just looking at the line and not offering to help or guide people where they could go. Probably need to hire more staff on weekends to clean of table also. Pizza was good but service was not great.

Although the place recently got a cosmetic upgrade it has really gone downhill in terms of quality. This used to be some of the best pizza in Brownsville easily, but not it just doesnt taste the same, and one time I ordered a pick up pizza and it has a thick black hair in the crust. The pizza is still good but I think this place needs a wake up call to get it back to the glory days.

It was dirty and the restroom was rediculously nasty Pampers all over the restroom trash and toilet paper was flowing out the top of what I presume was the top out the can to the floor like a water fall of to.

Love the pizza from here, always tasty but i wish they had more salad options and mostly during evenings we struggle to find tables due to all the party reservations going on.

We got there and it was super busy but ordering was fast as there was no line. 2 pizzas and cheesy breadsticks took about 10-12 minutes and were delicious! There were lots of parties and reserved tables so mostly booths were available and it was fine for us. Overall a great afternoon!!!

First and last time I ever eat at a Peter Piper Pizza. The toppings were not cooked with the pizza, more like thrown on top from the salad bar. I found lettuce on my pizza, paper plates, no napkins and the tables were not cleaned off. I would rather get pizza from the trash can of a gas station.

Love it, even for an adult! The pizza is pretty good and the games are entertaining even for adults. Theres ample enough space and of course they cater to large parties without an issue. They have new games and the location is clean and roomy.
