Just HORRIBLE!! IVE BEEN HUNG UP ON MORE THAN 4 TIMES! I went down there thinking they must have some busy crowds and cant seem to find the time to answer the phone. BUT when I got there the place was empty! I asked the questions I needed to know but was told they didnt know their own deals!! The stupidity is flabbergasting! Just HORRIBLE!

My kid loves this place as do we. They have great security on checking the kids when they leave with the parents. The front door is always guarded to ensure the safety of the children. They games are great because they are 1 point each. This gives us plenty of gaming time with our children. They enjoy them and so do we.

They were really nice to me and they made my day.

Sorry for that... Not sure why it put one star, already changed it, my bad. It was a 5 star. Service was very good at a very full time and everything went awesome with the kids.

Great place for kids and adults. Reasonable prices. Only wish the had more or a designated area for children 3 and down. Toddlers section.

This place.... my toddler loves it but none of the good games ever work! Then when the games eat up ur points you need to call someone to either give u points back on card or fix the game is a whole other thing!!! I literally asked someone to help me out with one of the broken games and had to ask 4 different people cause they kept saying someone will meet u at the game. No one ever showed up. I dont know about you all (customers) but its freaking expensive here so a point in a game that doesnt work really does matter to parents who are on a budget and want to get the most for their buck while being here. The service is horrible in every sort of way. I wonder if the one in Harlingen is better I shouldnt have to travel to another city to get good service but its starting to get to that point. I dont usually go to places like this, but it was for my nieces birthdays, so an exception was made. Judith was an amazing hostess and made sure everyone had everything they needed. For the amount my sister had to pay, it wasnt that bad.

Games are inexpensive and children are able to play most of the games

Food is good but servings are small and prices are ridiculously high for the serving size. Menus are different now with higher prices. They need to improve the size portions if raising prices.

The pizza is ok and the traditional wings are even better.

Pizza was great and service was quick.Girl in charge of giving the little prices was kind to my kids, the guy at the door had a bubbly personality, other employees need to work more on interacting with customers.(Didnt get the names sorry)

If you want a place to let your kids let loose and not worry about how much credits are left for them to play then this is the place to go! Pizza is delicious! Games are purchased by time not credits! Highly recommended!

Best entertainment for kids in Brownsville

My daughter loves this place but then again what kid doesnt. Pizza is always super good.

About as good as a childrens pizza place can be. Lots of fun loud bright flashy lights for the kids. Cool games for them too. Not the best food.

Food is OK but a bit over priced, but the games are the real highlight. If your child feels a need to play every game its best to do it here, you pay per hour or 2. Ends up easier on the wallet.

Took my kids for some pizza and fun time. The staff were very friendly. All the games and kid rides were fun and i didnt find one that was not working. Spent a total of 3 hrs at Chuck E. Cheese, my kids had alot of fun. My only note to mgmnt would be to maintain the fountain drink area clean.

Went their recently and loved the staff, the pizza is always delicious, and I enjoyed seeing all the kids be happy

Wonderful customer service! We decided to try this over peter piper and it was the best choice ever. Kids loved it.

Visited this place for a nephews bday party. If it hadn’t been for that, I would’ve never touched this place. I got sick with their pizza, or who knows, maybe the salad. This place is dirty not disinfected enough, so many kids are running around with their mucus flying all over the place.

This place has changed since the last time I was there pizza is great new flavor. Keep it up

Great place to eat. I was attended by a very friendly cashier named Lelanie. Connie the general manager helped me enjoy my experience at Chuck E. Cheese to the fullest!!! I recommend this place.

Place was clean. Food took over 30min. Connie (name tag name) who i believe is a manager at this location seemed very strict & sarcastic. Didnt like that she was rude with the other employees in front of customers.

The pizza is good and the employees are great but understaffed. I dont think that having one employee to handle both the register and salad bar at the same time is not good management. Several customers had to wait almost 30 minutes for the salad bar to be restocked because the cashier was busy taking orders and didnt have anyone to assist at the salad bar.

Worst experience ever!! Not only did we never get our food after waiting over an hour and a half(got a refund and went elsewhere) but, there is a lot of issues that need to be addressed immediately!! I am a very patient person being a mother of 4 and the wait time here is unbelievable !! The whole time sitting and waiting I noticed so much miscommunication! The employees stopping to speak to each other while holding pizza in their hands & talking over the food, orders going to the wrong customers,and much more!!

Good food but really bad customer service. Never have had a good experience except that our kids love the arcades but not even the manager was polite.

I went to the lunch buffet and will not be going back. There was like 3 pizzas out. The salad bar was just a bowl of lettuce and dressing. The worse part was the drink machine. The ice was dirty and you can tell they dont clean the pumps daily. My son had a good time with the games which I have to say is the best part of the trip. They do have a lot of games for the kids to pick from but I will not be going back for the lunch buffet thats for sure.

The service is terrible. Theres really only one guy running around cleaning, fixing things, handling the register, helping the customers. Literally everyone else is ignoring the customers. I watched one guy walk to the back when a line at the food register started forming. Even the manager isnt doing anything. An employee was showing him that there was an issue with the ice cream dispenser and he was berating him for not fixing it. The environment is pretty typical of a kids entertainment place: a bunch of ill-mannered kids running around while their parents pretend they dont exist. The food is good though.

Great place to eat but they take long to charge. There was a long line and only one person charging when there was others that could have done the same to help.

For the first time the service was horrible, waited over a hour for 1 pizza and wings. After approaching the desk they gave my order to another table. I had to requested a refund left to a different place.

My kids had a lot of fun and the pizza was pretty good.

Its a good place for kids to go and have fun and run around crazy they have good games they all like when Chucky cheese comes out and says hello to the kids thats cool but it is a little on the expensive Side for Pizza but overall its good its good to go

Chuck E. Cheese needs to update their games badly. They are very worn and some of them dont even work. My children used to love this place, but now they dont even want to go because they have the same boring games and arcades.Food is decent, but their salad bar is really good.

Pizza and service is awesome but when they need to keep all the tickets machines working during peak business hours.

Good pizza, great service. The manager manager (higher than workers wearing manager lanyards) greeted us and honored our coupons and threw in some extra game tickets for the kids.

There are so many games to keep the kids occupied! The food is really good, and the drink selection isnt that varied, but in my opinion the drinks they do have are good. The games arent that expensive, though the prizes can be pretty bad; I think they just need a little better prizes. The big prizes are worth it, though.
