The service could have been so much better... it truly doesnt take much to be nice to people

Always a blast at cinemark Broken Arrow. The only movie theater where you can get a meal snacks drinks comfy chairs and always clean. If Im taking my family to a movie this is the theater. Staff is always happy to help as well.

Empty...we went to the 1 pm matinee to see the Tenet. There were only 2 other people in the entire theatre. Really good if your worried about Covid.

Its alright. Floor is usually filthy and the bathrooms are not very clean, but thats a normal movie theater.

Cinemark has a really good movie selection. My kids love to come here.My kids, Karla and Denny, ask me to bring them on Tuesday nights since we can save and get better seats. You can save so much by downloading the app. We get discounts on popcorn and movies. This facility is kept looking pretty good. The seats are pretty decent for the price. Cinemark is close to my home which makes it very convenient. As I am writing this review my kids are watching Jumanji part II. We love Cinemark. I would definitely recommend family and friends to come to Cinemark.

When we walked in at for our movie at 7:50, the first thing I saw was mounds of popcorn everywhere not being cleaned up. Employees couldn’t care less. It was still there after the movie.On top of that, the hallway smelled like urine really bad. It was disgusting.Went to the bathroom (trust me I tried to hold it) and the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, it smelled like the mopped the floors with pee and there “hair” everywhere. It was disgusting.We spent most of the movie listening to squeaky seats and trying to get comfortable.On top of all that, the cashier was rude.Do not recommend. Won’t be going here again.

It was fun! Easy to get to. Clean. We went early and we were the only 3 in the theater. The tickets were cheaper too. Popcorn delicious!

It is good to have this theater here. It is not as crowded as the big one and has better prices. However the theaters are smaller and they have less people that handle concessions and so it takes a little longer. Overall its a nice theater in a good spot

Went in the afternoon and had a good time. The concession prices were higher than expected but 20 for a large popcorn and two drinks was fair. The extra boxes of candy at almost five dollars was a little much. I didnt see the prices on any of it, but I would do it again.

Really enjoyed going to theater. Seats are comfortable in the movie experience was awesome. Im sure Ill go there another time

This is a hidden gem. The folks are nice and the place is clean. The are NO crowds here. People should definitely choose this theater.

This is the 2nd time there was a long line to pay and freezing cold with only one ticket agent. Then we got in the theater and it felt like they had the AC on. It made it pretty miserable to watch the movie. After the movie, we went in the bathroom and half of the stall doors were locked with no one in the stall. Well, at least the movie was good.

Not bad, I went at a time when it was not busy, so everything was clean and quick.

Had to buy tickets outside on a cold and very windy day. Do not like the assigned seating at all. Outside in cold weather while people pick their seats. Concession employees are great.

Used to love this place but the last 4-5 times it wasnt that great. Long line (I have went at different times) due to only having one person selling tickets and no kiosks. Last time I went I was late to the movie due to long line. The snack area has been dirty. Prices went up and now you have to pick a seat but the seats are the same not the ones that recline. I will pay more to go elsewhere.

The lobby is bright and modern. The theater seating is raised so you arent looking at the back of anyones head instead of the screen. The seats are incredibly comfortable. I did not find anything to complain about

These people are crazy, movie cost is fine. Price for food is to high. cost a small fortune if you have a couple kids with you.

Still a great deal. Old classics and New movies. Snack process are quite fair. Social distancing is well implemented and not many people go. Great time to visit the movies.Staff here is very friendly and they have a full time sanitation specialist to ensure standards are met and they clean every 30 minutes.

Good theater- not the best seats but also not the worst. A little noise coming from next door but nothing terrible. Price is 25% or more less than the higher dollar movies so its worth it for the price.

Great place to go on premier nights. Not as many people go here, so there arent super long lines. The restrooms are always clean and tidy. The blue icees are always awesome! Ive never had an employee be rude to me here either.

I will probably not come back to this one, and just stick with the one in Tulsa on 71st instead from now on. There was only one person who was working concessions and tickets both at the same time. So, handling money and food and not washing his hands. Yuck. He also had the worst customer service. He was extremely unfriendly. The seats are not recliners like the Cinemark in Tulsa.

Our favorite place to go to the movies,if it isnt playing there we dont go, We live out of town, when we have business in Tulsa we eat, and hit the movies at Cinemark before going home.It price is the Best in town!!!

First time here. Seemed crowded to me. Had to wait in line for drinks and popcorn. Not as comfortable seating as the Warren. And at the end of the day with popcorn drinks and tickets, I only saved less than $10. Not worth it in my opinion.

Floors were clean as you know thats unusual for a movie theatre. Sound was excellent and the price was good (matinee showing during the week)

Pretty clean, except the expected occasional sticky floor. The bathrooms are very clean, Tuesdays are discounted (at least for summer 2019), the seats are super comfy and rock bait so you can lean back. The popcorn is fresh and perfectly buttered, plus you can get one free refill on drinks and popcorn.

I took my grandson to the movies there, had a good time then after getting home later in the evening I discovered that I had lost my wallet! So upset!! I checked at home and at grandsons house then called the theater. They found my wallet in the theater where we watched the movie. Everything was in it, even the money!! Honest people work there!! Thank you Cinemark Broken Arrow!! You are tops in my book!

Ticket prices reasonable, lacks on security, and obtaining tickets promptly.

They had the ac on in the theater in middle of winter it was 44 outside and it was colder in the theater than it was outside even with a blanket on me. The movie was good and the the concessions were ok just a bit unorganized and only 2 registers were open on a weekend seems a bit unusual.

Although it is missing a few of the modern attractions such as recliner seats, it more than makes up for it in its lower prices and friendly staff.

It was great both movies were off the chain I would recommend both of them to everyone

This is the nicest theater Ive ever had the pleasure of viewing a movie in. The manager, Sherell, and her staff attended to the needs of every single patron with care and consideration. My husband and I are waiting to see the Avengers: Endgame and have seen many, many people come and go. Not once have I heard a rude or even curt word. All of the staff has offered someone a hand in getting to their theater with concessions. Hopefully we will see many more movies at this location. Thank you, Cinemark Broken Arrow!

Nice little theatre located in a large Broken Arrow shopping center.May seem outdated only because its small. But its up to date. Well taken care of and clean. Many fun and cheap events during the off school seasons.I have many daughter daddy dates here.

Favorite Theater. Chocolate Almonds, Nachos, Angus Hot Dogs, Tasty Popcorn, Drink in a collectors cup, Can even buy a T-shirt if you want. Not to mention a Good Choice of Movies !!!

For what you pay, I can not complain. Definitely plan to go here more often for movies Im interested in but not sure about. Only suggestion would be I would love to see luxury loungers implemented, even if it drives the ticket prices up a little.

Staff was friendly, place was clean, bathrooms were clean and the food was good....but its in desperate need of an update. It needs the reclining chairs. Watching a movie there felt like i was thrownback to 10 years ago. Packed house made you feel like a pack of sardines lol. Ill go to the Tulsa cinemark until broken arrow can figure out how they want to make the customer experience a lot better

My family and I went to see the new movie Halloween at Cinemark Broken Arrow. We got our tickets quickly and at a good price. The staff was friendly and seats are very comfortable. Each row is elevated a little higher than the previous row so you dont have to worry about your view being blocked from the person in front of you. Theatre was clean and neat.

Nice enough theater for the price of the tickets. just wish that the seats were a bit more comfortable and that the kiosk would actually read the QR code provided to me for the tickets.

1 poor girl working by herself, doing tickets and concessions. After she did an amazing job of trying to help everyone. two guys that looked like managers came out of hiding. Sad how some employees get treated.

Staff very friendly but seats where uncomfortable . When we first sit down temp was perfect but when movie started then became very cold and its in the winter and you shouldnt have to wear a jacket to watch a movie and we werent the only ones that felt it was to coldThe qaulity of the screen was excellent

Great time. Bought tickets on line . No long lines . Service was excellent. Got my large popcorn with lots of butter good to the bottom of the bucket. Great seatsOverall enjoyable experience.

Its a decent theater to see a movie. Tuesdays are discount movie days. They dont seem to be picky about bringing snacks in, but I wouldnt be blatantly obvious. Bathrooms may or may not be clean. This time, the first 2 seats I chose were broken. Still, its worth it to me on Tuesdays.

The state of the bathrooms were horrendous. Dried feces up the toilet and wall. Why on earth aren’t the bathrooms checked more frequently. The movie we saw was good but this ruined our experience at this particular theater.

If youre in a hurry to get in you must show up very early. Concessions people are extremely slow. Popcorn isnt any good either, especially for the price you have to pay.

If you dont care about reclining seats, this is definitely the theater to go to! Affordable way to see brand new movies! Staff is always friendly, and the place is kept nice and clean! Cant complain!

Im so use to the newer theaters with reclining chairs and the wait staff taking my order. But this theater was nice. It was clean. the employees friendly. We all had a good time there.

Went to see Angel Has Fallen good movie, lots of action and twists. The theater is very clean and the staff is very warm and friendly.

I love this place! I do the app & I have done the refill cup & bowl for 4/5 years now.ButOne person to sell tickets on your Tue discount night?! Not okay, line way too long, I had to walk out because there was no way I’d get to my movie in time even with a 5 min delay & previews. Maybe I’ll catch my flick next Tue otherwise renting it is

Great place. Clean and very affordable. Tuesday is discount day which I love. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Bathrooms are fairly clean but theres been several times when the paper towel dispensers are broken. To compensate its simply just a roll of brown paper towels on the counter. Thats kind of nasty in my opinion. I dont want to touch a wet paper towel roll to get a paper towel to dry my hands. Thats my only complaint.

Cant beat the reclining chairs. Clean theatre. Nachos were awesome, cheese was hot...... unlike some other theaters who have like warm nacho cheese.

Went to go see the Mule here today - and my family and I enjoy coming here because it’s literally HALF THE PRICE of other theaters !! Very clean and extremely nice screens. Great snack bar, clean bathrooms, clean theaters and friendly staff.

Needs better seats. It also smelled really bad. Not only at the concession but in the hall and theater as well. It smelled like horse manure.

We love the Cinemark in BA. They have the best prices in town, fast service at the concessions, and really clean theater rooms. The theater is all digital, so there is never a bad experience.
