Beautiful updated theater. Nice helpful employees. We decided to get the monthly subscription. Its $18 per person you get to watch as many movies as you would like. You also get 10% off of food and non-alcoholic drinks. You earn points for free popcorn and drinks as well. I highly suggest this for someone who enjoys going to the movies.

I wanted to show my fiancee what great service and dinner selection the warren had but I guess regal bought it. The dinner menu was stuff you could get at the diner down stairs. I mean for what you pay for the director suite, you would think they would have the better gourmet menus like before. The service is way more lax, they used to show you to your seat and be way more friendly and helpful.

The Warren used to be my favorite theatre and worth the drive to broken arrow from Tulsa, but ever since it was bought by Regal, the overall quality has decreased. They completely changed the menu, mainly serving only fried foods, pizza or burgers, all of which seem cheaply sourced. They used to have fantastic wraps, quesadillas and nachos. The menu is much smaller. The service has always been great and that has not changed. Rachel was our bartender and she did a great job! The theater itself is still good, but since other theaters have caught on to the luxurious seating and experience, the Regal Warren has unfortunately been overshadowed.

My actual movie experience itself was quite nice. So this review is for the company, this location’s management and the larger customer service for this group.Unfortunately, I left my credit card behind. The attendant for my theater reached out and let me know I had left behind via FB (lovely gesture). However when I called back, and finally drove back to retrieve it, nobody could find it, there was no record of it, and no one knew what happened. The process of trying to get my card back was excruciating, unsuccessful, time consuming and I was met with very disrespectful behavior both with in house management and the customer service route via their 800 number. I won’t be going back to this theater. The general manager was out, so I never got to speak with him.I do realize that leaving something behind is my personal responsibility as they repeatedly reiterated to me. This theater will provide a nice experience. As long as you don’t leave anything behind, or need any customer service for any reason.

Used to love the Warren, unfortunately it has been a while since we had gone, and it seems that Regal has really lowered the quality of what used to be a great theatre. We had tickets to the balcony, the person taking tickets had no clue that our movie was even showing, told us we would be seated soon. We sat at the bar and had a drink, the light on the marquee switched to show they were sitting but no one ever came to the door. We eventually asked the lady at the bar if we could go in, after a few minutes, she simply said, “the commercials are on so I guess so”. We went in and sat ourselves in busted seats where the arm rests were falling off. Pushed our buttons for service and never got a response. After a long wait l, we went outside to find someone to help with our order. A few minutes later, we were finally greeted and were able to order from the menu that has severely shrunk and were told the “buttons don’t work in all the seats”. The food has really gone downhill as well, processed everything and much smaller portions. Warren used to always be worth the money as it is a much higher priced ticket than the competitors but the most recent experience for us really changes that mentality. I will be hard pressed to go back.

Overall a nice experience. Watched movies from basic theater room up to directors suites. My personal favorite is balcony seating in grand infinity. Took off a star due to the food being extremely underpar and pricey for the quality. We always just get basic concession snacks now. Or if we sit in the balcony just order an appetizer and a drink (soda, milkshake, etc.)

Great theater with Nice seating options. We reserved seats in the Directors Suite, which us a nice, small, and adult only area. The lounge waiting area where you can sit and wait to go into your movie was comfortable and convenient. We got to the theater a little more than an hour before our movie was to start with the idea of grabbing a quick snack in their family diner. We ordered a basket if cheesey bites which didnt too long for them to have ready. We also ordered a large tub if popcorn, which was was some of the better movie theater popcorn Ive had in a long time. The seats in the Directors Suite are large, comfortabl, and roomy. Each seat comes equipped with their own recliner, heater, food tray, and a call button for your waiter. The food is a bit pricey for sub par theater food, but its still fun to be able to order whatever you want - be it candy and/or popcorn from the concession stand to an alcoholic beverage to a full blown dinner - and have it delivered right to your seat at any time before and during the movie. However, keep in mind that as fun as that is, it can also be a big distraction when youre trying to watch and pay attention to the movie. You or your neighbors are talking and placing orders with the waiters, who then are walking in front of you and the movie screen to serve what was ordered. And, then sometime close to the end of the movie, the waiters are walking around cleaning up the plates, cups, etc as well as handing out the checks. Youre once again distracted from the movie fumbling around with the seat light trying to see and fill out your bill - as is everyone else.All-in-all its a fun time and would go back again

Used to love this place. Loved the directors suites, the food, the drinks. Stayed the same for a while when Regal bought it, so it was still cool and I didnt mind dropping 60 bucks a visit. First the drinks changed, smaller sizes, definitely less alcohol, same price though which seemed like a rip off. I tried it twice that way, everytime the drinks tasted like there was no alcohol, waste of money, just get water its free. Didnt go back for almost a year. Tonight was my last try, read a lot of reviews the food changed and was bad. I hoped they were wrong but they werent. Food changed, menus are cheap paper. I just got nachos, they were all right. But they had nachos before, they were amazing, they were cheaper, and the servings were bigger. I could never finish them. Now its smaller, not the same or as good, and costs more money. I wouldve been cool with charging more and even shrinking the portion a little since i never finished, but why diminish the quality?60+ for a drink with almost no alcohol that was small and costs 11 bucks (restaurants are cheaper and stronger), food is not very good, its not worth that price. It gets 3 stars because picture/sound was good, its got heated recliners, and my waitress was super nice and and gave really good service.Im done though. This was my last try and it just got worse. It was nice while it lasted.

Could be the most impressive movie theater I’ve been to in a long time... possibly ever. Throwback feeling. Lights on the curtains before the show...curtains raise after welcoming you with the audio presentation. Wow! And I haven’t even sat in the Grand Infinity seating yet! Very impressed and highly recommended. I have to laugh at some of the reviews slamming in the food. Have not tried anything other than popcorn...as that is what a theater should have.If you’re looking for 5 star dining in a movie theater while watching Captain America or Pennywise the Clown...you might want to consider that some of your decision making skills need some fine tuning.

Before Regal took over, the food was amazing! They had this pasta Alfredo that I could get popcorn shrimp put in that made the $100+ tab worthwhile. I took my friend last night because he had never been and I was bragging about the food only to find their menu had changed completely. The burger was so bad that I couldnt even finish it. We were the only two in the theater up in the balcony and the waiter was not as friendly as Im used to seeing. When I mentioned then menu being changed, he didnt offer any explanation or seemed to care.I liked to go about once or twice a month for an amazing experience. We have a movie theater at home that rivals most theaters so we like to go to Warren when a great movie comes out because we cant duplicate that experience at home. However, food is a large part of that experience and they went corporate with it. They ditched the chef for a concessions cook. I dont mean to offend anyone that works there but Im sure you dont have any say on what gets made on the menu. So, its probably not your fault. Oh, and a burger should not ever be well done. At least put veggies on it if you do so you dont have to taste the overcooked frozen patty. I hope this helps someone, especially other loyal patrons like me.

My husband and I don’t get to the show often, so when we go we do it up right and order dinner while we watch the movie. Well, after tonight, we won’t be doing that anymore. The in theater food menu used to be AMAZING before Regal took over. It made the evening special and we didn’t mind dropping $100+ to see a movie and have a nice, delicious meal with our movie. I was looking forward to the loaded chicken and mashed potatoes. Now, it’s basically sub par bar food that you can tell was frozen and heated up. We were EXTREMELY disappointed, to say the least, with our meals. If you had eaten at the Warren before it was bought out by Regal, you will be sorely disappointed as well. Go get dinner somewhere else and save yourself the $$$ on the expensive ticket. The theater doesn’t have the same magic that it used to either. Now it’s just like every other one out there.

Its just not the chicken and pasta, not the smoked salmon on a board style of food that they used to serve.

Hands down my favorite theater in the Tulsa area. If you get an opportunity to see a movie in one of the two grand infinity Theatres while it doesn’t have the recliner’s in those theaters you still have wider isles the seeds dueling back there hi backseat. Plus it is the largest screen in the Tulsa area and they are bigger screen is the neither IMax in town. They have also the balcony in there is a bar upstairs and you can go sit in the lounge and bar even if you don’t have a MovieTickets or before or after movie. the balcony Seating is awesome there are two balconies which are in either of the grand infinity auditorium Cesar huge seats more than twice the size of a regular seat and then they are heated both the back and the bottom of the sea but you can turn off or low or high. Then there are also auditoriums with the recliners and those are either the director suites for the screen rooms. And then also you have just regular stadium Seating.I love the warren. It was better before he sold it to regal because then there were no commercials ever aired on screen and when the grande Infiniti played it light show before the movie it was always coinciding with the movie now regal displays the same animation no matter what.I highly recommend this theater it just feels nice every auditorium is larger, every screen is larger than the other regular theaters in town plus the art deco and the luxurious feel just set it apart from everything else around.is it more commercialized since regal took it over? Yes but on the positive side if you go to the movies a lot regal has the crown club so you earn points every time you go and you can build those points for free popcorn or drink or tickets. But in the end it’s still the Warren and it’s unique and fabulous.

Regal has ruined this place. We used to love to come here for date nights, loved the whole dinner and a movie experience. This was our first visit since the new menu and it’s terrible. Cheap, poorly-made fast food type of stuff that is really overpriced for the low quality. All the plates and silverware are now plastic, giving it a very “trashy diner” vibe. It took over 40 minutes to get our food, a small paper cup of chili and a plain hamburger, on a slow week night. So much of what was special about coming here has been changed and cheapened by the new owners. The actual theater is still fine, but we will definitely be coming less often and definitely eating dinner elsewhere.

The quality of the service has declined significantly since the takeover by regal. Opening night in the directors suite used to always be packed regardless of the movie. Now a 7pm premier showing has 8 people in it. The menu has been changed and the quality of the food has been significantly reduced. The memory if the warren has been tainted and I can never come back. The old reviews for the warren should be removed as the ownership and entire service has changed.
