Great view over Mount hope Bay to Fall River and over Narragansett Bay to the Newport bridge

The bridge worked really well. Just got from one side to the other. I think they could have made it higher though.

A really beautiful bridge, especially nice because it’s free. A lot of attention goes to the Newport bridge, and although this one is a little smaller, it is every bit as beautiful and makes for great pictures.

The bridge was decorated for flag day on the Bristol side.

The Mount Hope Bridge is a beautiful staple of Rhode Island. It is best viewed at night from the northeast corner below the bridge next to Roger Williams. Be warned that there is no legal parking near this spot

For a RWU alum this bridge is home for a hawk

If the bridge was properly paved and some better lighting then I think it would be a great bridge but it does have a nice view of the water

This is where all your tax money is dumped. They replace it year around one tiny patch at a time ! They havent stopped working on this bridge the entire time I lived on the islands ! You could build ten bridges for what this thing is costing tax payers. Someone needs to check the books !

A great way to get from Bristol to Portsmouth. Beats swimming especially in the winter months.

Very cool bridge. I have no problems with it (but, then again, I am from NYC so I KNOW about scary bridges)

Beautiful view, and its one of the only bridges in RI that allows you to bike over it, making a trip between Providence and Newport possible by bike (and its a lot of fun!) Be warned however that you are literally biking with traffic (no bike lane) with about a foot to spare between you and the cars/trucks. Still worth it if you are an able biker!

5/10. Not the best, I rather would use my helicopter. But alas, I do not have a helicopter. So, all in all it is a semi-decent bridge that is able to serve its purpose.

Bring back the ferry..who is in charge of that bridge...bad construction traffic..bad time of day..always..for paint..get a clue..how do you sleep at night..thanks for making peeps day just harder..should be a class action on this state and person in charge ..
