Ive had two family members live here and would recommend it to any family. The owner is close by everyday, and does not allow nonsense to go on. Theres a lot of families and olderfolks and the crazy is driven out. Not your stereo typical trailer park in that sense. Plus, its in bristol city schools!

Don’t consider it, owner maintains nothing, don’t hold there word, hatful to speck too and raises rent randomly and other monthly expenses (don’t move here)
