I have been living in the main park for about 10 months now, I have been harrassed by other tenants, have had my vehicles scratched and been threatened by the park manager of unrightful eviction. I came home late wed, August 15 of 2018 to find yet another notice on my door. Stating a vehicle parked in the grass, which it is not. I have photos to prove so. I will post for others to see. I also have multiple notices and videos of bad tenants the manager picks favourites and therefore isnt doing her job. I believe I have 2 court cases for being spit on and my range rover being scratched. If you have considered moving here please be wary of whats been described. Ive had no help on my side since I moved here.

Just bought our new home here. Jaime the park manager is amazing. Highly recommend this location.

I visit a friend here once in a while and the entire place reeks of garbage. Pikes of filth and squalor are everywhere. Watch where you are driving or you might end up with a flat.

Bristol Heights is located off of Weaver Pike Bristol Tennessee if you like paying overpriced$200 a month plus you can hear the neighbors going on if their argument you get to hear that two with you $200 a lot rent cuz theyre still closed everybodys in everybodys business You Pull It in you go about for Speed bumps video camera for more speed bumps for more speed bumps speed bump speed bump speed bump they got a video camera so they can watch whos going in now the trailer park I believe his friend by woman I think shes a lesbian the video cameras are the snitch on you if they see somebody thats not supposed to be in there they will call the law I would live here for nobody I get me a tent youre better off for lot rent plus utilities if you own your mobile home good for you if you dont youre screwed lot rent for your mobile home single wide or double-wide only allowed to have two vehicles in your driveway no outside pets they had a swimming pool at one time it turned into a mud hole they just filled it in dirt so if you enjoy being told what to do being ridiculed and thats the place for you for $200 a month for lot rent plus utilities and your trailer payment enjoy your neighbors
