Check this place out! Very cool theatre! They offer 2 movies at great prices in an amazingly historic place. Surprisingly super comfy and spacious seats. The atmosphere is retro and fun. What a great experience. Its a special treat for a romantic movie date or a nice afternoon out with the kids. The area itself is adorable. A really nice place to walk around and check out the neighboring businesses. Yes, I would recommend and will return next time Im in the neighborhood.

Small theatre with great old time movie theatre outside picture perfect aesthetic, feels like home, great friendly (customer) service, always clean, bargain prices... a steal compared to AMC and other major theatres, great downtown location in the midst of awesome mom & pop local small businesses... you can literally just park early in the day and spend all day downtown and cap the evening off with dinner and a movie and everything is walking distance from each other. When I just want to spend a nice local quiet day with the family, I either walk downtown from where I live or I drive the 2-3 minute drive park at the public parking garage at the city community center, walk to the theatre and spend quality time watching a movie.

Great place to see a movie! $4 a ticket for all on Tuesdays! Extremely cheap, small but good sized theater, not super crowded. Popcorn is good but candy is expensive. The largest ticket price there is was $7.50 for an adult. $5 less than AMC.

Love it. Good ticket prices and previews dont go into movie time as long as AMC does. Popcorn prices are a bit overpriced though. But still fun place.

What a wonderful theater! The staff makes you feel at home. The facilities are old, but the chairs are comfortable and in good shape and the popcorn was really good. The venue is primarily family friendly which we loved. Well definitely be back!

Its definitely a cheap place and all, I wont complain on the prices. But its a bit dirty, the floor is always full of popcorn and other nasty stuff.

I love this theater. Two small theaters, great prices on the movie and the snacks. During the Summer they offer family pricing at special matinees. The staff is pleasent and they work well together.

Its been a long time since Ive gone to a movie with my hubs and spent less than $25, especially for an evening showing. But thats just what happened tonight. We bought two tickets, two large sodas, and a large popcorn - all with a refill - for just over $24. The seats were extremely comfortable and the view is very good from nearly any seat. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when my husband asked for an assisted listening device (he decided to go with the closed captioning device which worked great). Having reconnected with this place well be heading here more often for a night out.

Excellent place to watch movies with the family. Cant beat $5 for most showings and concessions that are a few bucks cheaper than the newer theater in town. This theater has been here for a long time and has lots of character. I love how the hallway to the left side theater is totally out of square and the floor curves up and down. Makes you wonder if the local farmers didnt build it back in the day. Nice, comfortable seating. Plenty of parking in downtown Brentwood. Lots of restaurants in the area for something to eat before or after the film too.

Nice older theater. The popcorn is good, the soda selection and snacks are very limited, but they arent priced too ridiculously. The ticket prices are great for an afternoon show, but dont expect great lighting or a killer sound system. After all it is a saver theater experience.

I cannot believe that on the 2nd day showing The Lion King this theater did not prepare enough hot dogs to serve the viewers...it would take 15 minutes to prepare another batch..by that time the movie is starting

Growing up Granny would tell me about how Great Grand Pappy used to holler Long Live the Delta Theatre This was almost 80 years ago. Pappy lived downtown, and swore they scrubbed it down with Spic and Span every night. The refurbished Cinema has been modernized replacing the lonely one screen. Great sound and picture quality, and still clean as a country dog whistle. All the kids n kin folk say its the best popcorn in town, and smells much sweeter than any other--almost better than Sugar Pops.

I love our little hometown movie theater in Downtown Brentwood! Its a smaller movie theater, with only 2 shows playing at a time, but you cant beat the price. Its a wonderful family friendly movie theater and I highly recommend it. Its close to boutiques, nice restaurants and the City Park!

Ive been going to Delta for twenty years. It hasnt changed much and always has a nice small town feeling. Although they have since upgraded to all digital projectors and a more modern sound. Theater 2 has some terrible calibration. The image is only good when the image is static and not moving. Once there is movement its blurry and practically unwatchable. The trailers before the films are very loud. But in the actaul movie the speaking parts are extremely quite and have a very low quality. A $50 soundbar has better quality. The side speakers are very loud and the surround sound is on point. The image is dim as well. They need to do a full recalibration. Other than the actaul movie quality this theater is a very nice place to go. I always go there before other larger more expensive theaters.

Like when I was a kid. The popcorn, prices to people all has that small town feeling of quality and honest hospitality. Man the people are awesome. I love going here. My favorite way to end a date night as we walk from the local bars or restaurants to relax and enjoy a movie in a theater that should be the standard not an exception.

Love this place! They only have one screen, its true.. But they have first-run movies at such an affordable price you can take your whole family and maybe a couple of friends for the same price as youd pay for 2-3 people at a big multiplex. Seating is a bit old-fashioned and worn and the bathroom...well it is TINY, not well-ventilated, and looks as if it hasnt been updated since the Eisenhower Administration. However, if you can overlook all this- there is a family feel and retro vibe that makes your whole experience pleasurable. Not to mention, the popcorn is very tasty and the staff is friendly and attentive. Great way to stretch your budget.

It is a small historical building. I like supporting my local business. They show the current movies. The staff is courteous.

The price for movies is great. I enjoy the stadium seating in the one theatre. Their bathroom.... is old. Its not the worst i have ever seen though! The employees here are wonderful. I have been here several times, and I am sure will be back in the future.

Inexpensive, no-nonsense, covers the basic needs/wants of your movie-watching experience. Theatre kinda smells, but to be expected--its old! Seats are a bit worn and do not recline, but again... That is what keeps this place low-cost. I can seat my family of 4 in 1 row. Watched Incredibles 2 & enjoyed it. Buy your tix online ahead of time and then just go in and buy your concessions. Easy.

You can find all the other larger chain theaters just about anywhere! But nothing like the delta theater!!!!

You get more than what you pay for. I took a family of 7 to the movies, and bought a tub of popcorn. It set me back about $30 bucks. True the floor was sticky, in the theatre. But $4 tuesdays? it was a wonderful experience that I will try to make a family tradition!

Awesome Movie Theatre! Love that its still around despite the BIG competitors. Its located in Brentwoods historical downtown what I attended when I was a child and now am able to bring my daughters generation to enjoy as well. Plus its pretty school spot if you look up its history. DYK? Solid Gold Bars were found in the walls during reconstruction
