Theater did a great job to make us feel safe and enjoy a movie again.

Went to watch toy story 4. Had the custom toy story popcorn bucket in which my kids loved. They where very excited to sit on the comfortable reclining chairs. The menu has good variety but a bit pricey. Would definitely come back. #toystory4 #familytime

I came here with the kids. It was my first time to be in this Theatre. The food had more of a section than other theatres. The sounds and screening was great. Loved the movie. This is my children home away from home. They can be here all day if they wanted to. It has a little of everything for everyone in the family to a game room or a bar for the Adults if they just want to relax after the movie or before. I will be coming again

Have to say the theaters are well kept with state of the art seating!! The selection at the snack bar is the best Ive seen. Its not just the same ole stuff. Best part, they have a bar!! You can have an adult beverage while watching the movie. Not my first time here and wont be my last!!

Everytime I go and I happen to forget an item and lose it.... it always gets stolen.... when I cannot go back to the theatre to heeeeey the item I call and call and call... to no avail. Nothing. No answer. My 8 year old daughter left her green Pusheen mini purse backpack with nothing in it... Ive called and called about 30+ times total. I know that theyre open, and still nothing but call back later.

Very clean theaters with lots of options on movies. You can purchase tickets online ahead if time which is very nice. The seats are as comfortable as you expect. You can also purchase cocktails, they are a bit pricey but they are usually fairly strong and tasty. The lines for concessions are always extremely long.

I like that you can reserve your seats, the drinks are great from the bar. I just hope they have security when it opens back up and possibly a limit on drinks per person, three. Not trying to mess up anybodys fun, but we watched Creed 2. Yet, Creed 3 was going down in out theater due to a young lady being drunk, and in the wrong theater looking for her friends, yelling, and fighting other customers. She was already drinking with friends when my fam and I arrived for our movie. They took care of everyone and thats why I am giving them a five. Also, I like the location. I just wish the mall security didnt racial profile people.

Tried to watch Tenet there today, had volume so loud couldnt understand the movie. Had to leave before it ended. Told one of the kids working there and she basically blew it off. Said theyll turn it down next time

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere there. The food is good too. I enjoyed the movie there as well.

Best theater in town. All seats are reserved though now. Best of you go to a matinee. They also serve alcohol now and also some keto snacks other than just candy and popcorn.

It has a large variety of venues and seating options. Only a couple of complaints: trailers start consistently 5 minutes beyond posted times; sometimes the projection is above the screen by 1-2 feet; sometimes the projections are blurry; the Dolby Theater has a fan noise that is ignored by management but annoying during quiet scenes (this would be really bad for A Quiet Place); and finally if you try to get someones attention from the employees room they ignore you while mocking you behind the door (yes we can hear you back there). Management could be a little more attentive to complaints. But these are exceptions and not the rule. I still enjoy going there.

Came to watch Frozen 2. Love the assigned seating. Seats are comfortable we had a really good time. This theatre is surrounded by so many nice shops and places to eat.

I go here every week with my disabled mom. We have the A+ plan and see up to 3 movies per week. Great Dolby. You can pre-order your food to be ready when you get there.

I wish Oakley, CA had a AMC theater but Brentwood AMC is not that far away. It is really nice here and I like the open Bar they have. Also the theater is surrounded by shopping centers and some really good places to eat. My two boys love coming here so thats a plus come by and check it out hey the Imax reserve seats are awesome also.I will post some pictures this weekend. Never will I return. It was freezing inside the theaters. The ticket collected snatched the tickets from my daughter. Concession workers were young and unprofessional. They didn’t have straws for the kids cups and the popcorn was stale

Its always nice and clean. Parking is close and there are plenty of places to stop and grab a quick bite or a drink in the streets.

Theater was clean and the perfect temperature. Employees were very nice and explained the deals so we could get the best bang for buck. We ordered the tickets thru their website, so we just walked in and showed the QR code on our phone. So easy!!!

I like the place buuuut you need to figure out a way to have hot dogs and pretzels ready. We waited 20 minutes for ours!

My favorite movie theater! Order your candy & popcorn BEFORE you leave your house, and it will be waiting for you at the pick-up counter! The Dolby Cinema theater is pricy, but worth it for the reclining seats.

Good selection of movies. Popcorn seamed a bit burnt. A bit pricey for a non-imax movie, but I guess that is what the early bird films are for. The drink selection was huge! Overall, a good evening out.

The line for food is ridiculously long. You need more people working especially on a holiday Monday

Theater just opened for the day and family restroom doesnt lock even though you think it does. Someone walked in on me. The restroom smells of urine and no paper towels. The theater is dirty with crumbs of food all over the floor and stairs. Again, the theater just opened so it should be clean. Unacceptable!

Went to this theater for the first time because the one AMC in Deer Valley closed. Walked around the plaza which was nice. But when we wanted to get a soda and popcorn their concession was completely down. How is this possible? Thats like McDonalds running out of hamburger patties. I probably wont come back, Ill just go to either Century or Brendon in Concord. Way better seats and they can accommodate people that want soda or snacks.

One of my favorite movie places. I didnt like the ticket placement we received last time we went. That might cause us to go elsewhere.

We were able to see Dorá the explorer movie, and so we could explore the theatre. We found bathrooms, a snack bar and even our seats with a minimum of difficulty, if I am permitted a partitive. The only difficulty for my weak eyes was finding the row number marked on the floor, which is necessary when one purchases specific seats.

Great theater, the only thing i did not like was finding your seat in the dark. I noticed somebody asking other people to move because they were sitting on their seats. Not to practical if you ask me.

This theater looks updated and modern on the outside, but extremely dated and old inside. THERES NO RECLINER CHAIRS and the food is subpar and outright nasty. Go to a cinemark theater or the AMC in Emeryville for a much better quality experience.

If you have the chance watch your movie in the Dolby theater, its fricken amazing!

They had one person at the ticket booth and a long line on a weekday afternoon. Temp was about 105 and everyone had to wait in that heat for 10 to 15 min outside just to purchase tix. We went in to ask if they could send another person to help. They eventually did but that is something they should keep an eye on. Especially on super hot days! The row letters are not clearly marked and very hard to see so that results in confusion when trying to find your assigned seats.

Have shows only one time during the day. Some too late for seniors. Have only reserved sitting so you stand in line for close to twenty minutes while the parties ahead of you try to decide where to sit. The staff behaves as though they are doing you the biggest favor to be there

My favorite AMC theater staff is so friendly, lot’s of parking and if you’re AMC member lines are never big. Popcorn is awesome, there isn’t one thing that I can think of that’s negative about this location.

As far as theatres go it was average. Super sticky floors, pretty clean bathrooms (but they had just opened), movie was REALLY loud, my daughter kept covering her ears. Over priced everything, and they had assigned seating. Yes, that was the dumbest thing of all. That was such a turn off for me I might not go back. But really, in the end its in a decent area, seemed like a fine theatre.

Cool theater, but not too drill with seat assignments... otherwise not bad.

This place was dirty and dark. The bucket of popcorn was way too salty, and filled with a bag of unpopped kernels. The IMAX seating was uncomfortable, and the 3d glasses were dirty. However, the seating views are unobstructed from the rows in front.

Love going to the movies here. We park once, and we can eat, shop, and see a movie. The theater is clean and well staffed. The seats are slightly outdated but we dont mind.

Dont like to pick the seats when I buy the tickets for 2 reasons. Because you cant see well the exact spot on the screen and because some people still seat whenever they want and sometimes you have to ask them to get up because they took your spot

Upgraded movie snacks friendly service and clean

Its an older theater, you can feel the cushions on the chair that it needs a bit of TLC. Chairs dont recline, it does swivel back a bit and you can push the arms all the way up. Snack selections are pretty good and excellent array of drinks. They do need to clean a little bit better in between shows. Sounds are pretty good and screen is great. Its a pretty enjoyable place to take the kids for a movie!

Very poorly managed, there are often long lines at the Box Office with only one clerk even though there are several windows. Management needs retraining or replacement. Understaffed. The new bar that opened a couple of years ago is “dead” all the time. Popcorn is strewn everywhere. Long lines at concessions. We have the top paid membership and service is just atrocious. If it wasn’t two miles from home we wouldn’t frequent. When it was “Rave” it was five stars. I’m generous with two stars.

Theaters are nice. Love the preselected seats in the IMAX theater and the the new A-List option. Great value if you are a regular movie goer. Food options in the snack bar have been upgraded, nice step up. They have cocktail section open now, I haven’t seen it used much.

Very nice theatre. You pick your seats while you pay admission..looks like a revamp and there is so much room for your feet. One more plus there is now a bar and you can bring your drink into the theatre. Very clean.

My husband I go here frequently even though we live in Antioch. The AMC theater in Antioch is worst. So I started going here. What I dont like about this theater is the bathroom are always dirty with toilet paper all over the floors and people dont even flush the toilets. Trash all over the floors. The popcorn is not even hot. Antioch AMC theater has better popcorn, but the floor in the theater are sticky and not clean. They have all the young people working in these theaters and they wont clean up the place. Years ago older people worked in the theaters and it was always clean. The concession stand display was so inviting, appetizing and the friendly smiles from the working was overwhelming. Now all you get from the workers are mean faces. Also the lines to purchase tickets are so long because there is not enough employee working, even on the weekends. Im giving it a 4 star because of the bar and the hotdogs are all beef. They are good.

The concessions stand was so dirty (popcorn everywhere, even hanging out on the counter) and teen boys seeing the movie w/out being supervised wrecked some scenes due to them being vocal. I wish movies theaters had a call button to report things like that.

Understaffed on a Saturday. Only one person selling tickets so everyone had to wait too long, then most of the self service drink machines were broken. The one that worked was out of almost everything, so my $7.00 drink was not what I wanted. On the plus side, it was a great movie and the seats were super comfie.

$10 per person but no recliner chair, no chair side food delivery & I have to reserve my seat?! What in the WORLD am I paying for??!! Really WAS looking forward to the recliner & chair side service, how disappointing!!! The movie was clear, setting comfortable but next time I am going to Brendan, they have recliner & bring your food!

Like the theater for the do it yourself with butter and sodas. It is in a nice area so I feel comfortable there when attending a movie.Do not feel a bar should be in a movie theater at all!I thought movies are rated to keep children from seeing Certain films.I heard children were seen in the movie the ” Nun”Recently!!!

Popcorn was disgusting. Our party felt sick after eating the overly salty popcorn. Bathrooms were dirty and unkept. The movie seating was the only thing that was decent.

Love the updates (bar for the hubby and Dolby theater with the most comfortable chairs EVER for me!) Now I can enjoy the theater as much as my kids!

Hit a mon evening show. Bar was open and service was quick.$5 Tues are always a good deal too.

This theater being still new, it is in great shape and has very good audi and visual equipment, is in good repair and has great air circulation

Theater was good. Womens bathrooms need to be monitored and checked frequently . No paper towels and floors were messy. $12.50 a ticket bathrooms should be cleaner. Overall good time.

Sheer incompetence. We brought a family of 6 with children to see My Neighbor Totoro, the previews didnt start in time, the screen was set to the wrong aspect ratio, the movie was meant to be in English but was instead in Japanese. This would have been ok for the adults execept the subtitles were not visible because they were projecting below the screen. After wasting an hour we were finally told that they couldnt fix the issues so we left with a refund and some disappointed children. I expected more considering the tickets were almost double the usual price for this special feature. Save your money, buy the DVD and watch it at home.

The added bar is nice, and I often visit this theater with friends. However, the whole place always seems messy, with floors inside the theaters and outside in the lobby being sticky. It also always seems excessively crowded, as if the lobby wasnt designed to accommodate the amount of people that are waiting for popcorn or other food/drink. The popcorn is also super salty for some reason, in addition to the drink machines being out of like half the flavors.

Very nice shopping center with a place that you can charge your cars when watching a movie or shopping.
